1st Place    940 - Sandbears Fourty Four (Ms S Blake) a very smart 10-month-old well grown, sturdy young male having a well-defined outline. Mature in shape but still a bit immature in head. Carrying an excellent coat. Pleasing bone and body having overall comparative proportions; well balanced presenting a very satisfying outline. Impressive conformation and appearance with nothing obvious to fault. Good conformation endorsed by good movement. Best Puppy in Breed and later Reserve Best Puppy in Group.

2nd Place    944 - Nandobears You’ll Never Walk Alone (Imp Deu) (Mrs L Chapman) a quality 9-month-old who has desirable bone and body. He has an attractive head of more mature look than 1st and is well boned and has notable body development and substance. Powerful neck and well-constructed front and forequarters. Sturdy body and strong hindquarters which are firm and stable. Moved with a good free action but needing to settle in rear action and inclined to toe-in more than I prefer in front.

1st Place    974 - Pacto Entre Caballeros del Valle Largo Baranova (Mrs B Turner) an impressive 15-month-old male who is well made with a balanced look from all sides. Handsome breed typical head of pleasing proportions and having desirable sized dark eyes. True well boned front, well-made forequarters, well developed body, ribbed well back and having body substance. Moved well and was the best mover of this class.

2nd Place    950 - Mississippi-Missouri Walking My Angel (Mr M Drakeford) a 13-month-old substantial male who is pleasing in head and expression which is set well onto a strong good length neck. Tended to appear slightly longer caste than 1st. Balanced and moderate in angulations front and rear, good spring of rib and well ribbed back and strong loin. Moved with a free action and with forward purpose but tended to be close behind.

1st Place    961 - Legend I Am Canadian Beardog for Lindgreave (Imp Cze) (Ms J M Lindley) a striking 19-month-old black male who is well balanced in angulations front and rear and presents a powerful appearance. He is breed typical and attractive in head and expression which I preferred to 2nd. Well boned and true enough in front standing on good feet. Pleasing fore-chest and width all through. Firm and well made in body with pleasing proportions and balance. Move the better of the class with an easy steady action.

2nd Place    951 - Sasquatch Zero to Hero (Mr M Drakeford) an upstanding 23-month-old male of pleasing overall shape. substantial in bone and well made in body having a true enough front which was inclined to be close. All male, with a pleasing well-shaped head set on a strong neck. In mature coat with pleasing length to height proportions. Free in movement but needing to be more settled in action.

1st Place    952 - Titanbears Vainglorious JW ShCEx OSW (Mr D & Mrs A Duff) a 2-year-old impressive black male having a mature, imposing appearance. He presents a very satisfying picture being well-balanced in side profile with pleasing proportions in length/ height and substance. Pleasing head which is masculine and breed typical, strong in neck set well into shoulders. He has good spring, depth and length of ribbing, firm in back and loin. He has moderate angulations front and rear which permitted a free, steady, even action on the move. My Reserve Dog CC winner.

2nd Place    938 - Going for Gold Tender Ebony (Mrs W V & Ms S Austin & Baxter) a well-presented, mature quality 5¾-year-old shapely, substantial male. Pleasing overall body and balance in angulations. Substantial in bone and well made in body having pleasing depth, decent fore-chest and good width across the chest. Masculine, well-shaped head, strong good length neck. Pleasing overall length to height proportions. Free in movement but lacked enthusiasm and was a little close behind.

1st Place    941 - Ch Sandbears Masterpiece (Ms S Blake) an impressive nearly 3-year-old quality mature, shapely black male who, in outline, presents a striking appearance. Everything in proportion and balanced in angulations front/rear without exaggeration. He possesses powerful size with substantial bone and sturdy body. Handsome, masculine and breed typical in head which is of pleasing shape and size and in proportion to the rest of him. Head set on well to a good length, strong neck. True and well boned front standing on large, correct feet; well-made in forequarters with obvious fore-chest. Well-made in body being well-ribbed back and chest deep; firm in back and loin leading to strong moderately angled, stable hindquarters. Moved with a free easy, steady stride with a true, controlled action. My Dog CC and Best of Breed Winner and later went on to Working Group 3.

2nd Place    945 - Vodahond Prince Charming (Mrs L & Mr T Chapman) a well coated 4-year-old imposing Black mature male who is balanced in angulations although, at times, looked a little lethargic. Masculine in head. He is well boned and true in front with well-made fore-quarters and having plenty of substance over his substantial frame. Moved well enough, though slightly lazy in action.

1st Place    967 - Twillin Gate Voulez Vous Sheridel (Imp Bel) (Mr T J H & Mrs D Richards) a well grown 11-month-old black, more mature in body and coat than 2nd. She is pleasing in head, is well boned and stands on good feet, gentle expression. Pleasing development of bone and body, which is so desirable in a developing puppy. True, well boned and well made in front with tight enough elbows, well bodied with good spring of rib.  She presents a well-grown, well-proportioned profile. Moved well especially in front.

2nd Place    943 - Sandbears Twenty Seven (Ms J Cameron) a 10 month old attractive, shapely youngster, she is pleasing in overall make, shape and balance. In appearance she is very much a baby in coat and look. Pleasing bone and body. Attractive head shape both from front on and when viewed from the side. Needs to tighten in front and elbows which should come with maturity. A very promising youngster.

She presents a sturdy, well-constructed appearance. In good coat. Pleasing in head and expression, head set well onto a strong, ideal length neck. Balanced and moderate in angulations front and rear with a well-proportioned, well ribbed body, strong over the loin. In profile she has unmistakable qualities. Moved well with forward purpose.

1st Place    973 - Saskinbears True Blue for Safeharbour JW (Ms K Thompson) a 19-month-old who is well balanced and is impressive in proportions and has a general appearance which catches the eye having nothing in exaggeration. She has a well-defined, youthful, agile look. Attractive head, which I preferred to 2nd, breed typical, of pleasing shape and in proportion to the rest of her. Gentle expression. True front with pleasing fore-chest; firm substance of body, good spring of rib and ribbed well back. She has a very satisfying profile picture. Free moving but not as precise in action as I had hoped.

2nd Place    956 - Will of The Emperor’s Could This Be Love (Imp Esp) (Miss R L Haresign) a nearly 3-year-old who has a well-balanced, strong bodied look. Pleasing in head with nicely shaped dark eyes giving her a gentle expression. True, well-boned front. Tends to stand a bit wide in front. Moved freely but just needs to steady and settle to show off movement to advantage.

1st Place    966 - Mount Pearl's Meridian of Sheridel (Imp Deu) (Mr T J H & Mrs D Richards) an impressive 3½-year-old well-coated, mature Black who, when standing or moving, is well-balanced, all-in proportion with a strong, active appearance. Pleasing head shape and proportions; head set correctly and carried nobly both standing and on the move. Well boned true front, well laid shoulders, pleasing make, shape and substance of body with strong stable hindquarters, low hocks. Moved the best of this class. My Reserve Bitch CC winner.

2nd Place    942 - Sandbears What Ya Fancy at Ravenshore (Miss M Bull) a nearly 3-year-old black substantial bitch who is attractive in overall appearance. She is well boned and well bodied. Pleasing feminine, typy head and expression, set well onto a good length strong neck. True front, with moderate and balanced angulations front and rear. Moved well enough, but inclined to be unsettled in front action.

1st Place    955 - Bridgestone Manor of Groves (Mrs J & Miss C Groves) an impressive 3-year-old super quality black bitch. In profile she is shapely and presents a strong but elegant appearance, she is in commendable coat and condition. She is well balanced without exaggeration possessing size with substantial bone but still obviously feminine. Attractive and breed typical in head which has ideal width, is of good size but is in total proportion to the rest of her. Head set on nicely to a good length strong neck. True and well boned front standing on good sized, tight feet; well-made forequarters with pleasing fill-in across the chest. She is ribbed well back and has good depth; firm in back and loin leading to strong moderately angled hindquarters. Moved with a free and easy action but could have been more precise in the challenge for BOB. My Bitch CC winner.

2nd Place    964 - Auldmoor First Edition for Sheenmarie (Mrs S M Pallett) a 4-year-old mature looking bitch. Attractive, strong but feminine head set well onto a powerful neck. True well boned front, substantial in body with a strong loin, pleasing and nicely let down in hindquarters. Active on the move but tended to sweep in front and needing to settle to give of her best.

3rd Place    976 - Wyrleybears Wendy for Bearhugs (Mrs J A Woodhall)
