He has a classic masculine breed typical head and expression, which I liked. Head set on a a good length neck. Pleasing forequarters, well bodied and firm level top line flowing to nicely angled hindquarters. Moved out with style and a notable free action. Best Veteran in Breed.

He has excellent bone and body. Handsome, shapely head and endearing expression; head set well onto a good length neck. True front, pleasing angulation front and rear. Even at this young age of development he has ideal overall proportions and balance. He moved impressively with a true springy gait and was the best moving puppy here today. Best Puppy in Breed.  Later Hound Puppy Group 4.

2nd: 2294 LANCASHIRE, Mrs A M & O'DONNELL, Miss C & LANCASHI Drishaun Baby of Mine litter brother of 1st sharing many of the same merits. He is a well grown Gold male who stands well over the ground and has pleasing bone and body development and has the elegant lines typical of the breed. Pleasing front and forequarters which I preferred to 3rd. Masculine head of good shape and proportions, nicely developed body and good length, nicely angled hindquarters. Moved well enough in a swanky style.

Very striking in head set on a good length, strong neck. He is impressive in bone and body development, stands over the ground and has pleasing proportions and balance in profile. Tended to stand narrow in front. Moved well and so satisfying to observe his excellent breed typical springy gait. One who has an exciting future although today he was just edged out by 1st.

Well-made in front, which is true and of good width and possessing desirable fore-chest, moderate length, sturdy body with pleasing firm level top line and desirable fallaway. Good low hocks. Moved with a breed typical gait and one of the better movers here today.

Another having a handsome breed typical head and expression. Pleasing front and width across the chest with sufficient fill-in, which I preferred to 3rd. Well-made body and hindquarters. All the basics in conformation to grow into a top adult. Moved well and free and more controlled than 3rd,

2nd: 2313 PARKER, Miss Claire M Saxonmill Mahic Moment at Khatira a 2-year-old black male who has a typical shaped, masculine head possessing a pleasing expression. He has an overall profile that is pleasing to the eye with balance and good length/height proportions. Soundly made front, strong powerful body and lengthy hindquarters of firm width and moderate angulation. Steady in front action and pleasing width rear action on the move.

Handsome, breed typical head which is of good length and proportionally not too narrow, confident expression, obviously masculine. Well- constructed in front, body and hindquarters with good width all through. Preferred is body cover/condition to that of 2nd. He moved the better of the class with a typical Afghan gait and noble head carriage. A contender.

2nd: 2304 METCALFE, Miss P Jo-Kins Pineapples Have Peelings Too (Imp Fin) a stylish and well balanced mature looking 6-year-old black male who is in pleasing coat and condition. He is attractive in side profile both standing and on the move. Elegant in head shape and carriage, powerful muzzle, attractive expression. Pleasing length and shape in neck set. Firm in body and top line with decent spring, ribbing and well bodied especially over the loin. Moved out well but could not match the controlled front action of 1st.

He has an athletic look with ideal substance of body and quality of breed type. Appears to be in his prime being presented in super coat and condition complimenting his sound conformation. He is true in front, has fore-chest and is sound in forequarters, body and hindquarters; a strong and powerful male, possessing poise, stylishness and a superior oriental expression with a noble head carriage both standing and moving. He has a free, all action gait with true front movement and driving hind action, covering the ground with ease. A striking example of the breed. My Dog CC and Best of Breed Winner. Pleased to see him top the Hound Group later.

He also has an elegant, powerful appearance and was impressive with his smooth, controlled, stylish side gait which I just preferred to 3rd. Strong, masculine head with an assured expression, strong neck set onto well to laid shoulders with firm body and powerful, angled hindquarters. Stood well over the ground which presented a pleasing well defined outline and side profile. Moved purposefully and precisely with a free, breed typical gait. A close up Reserve Dog CC.

Pleasing body, topline and hindquarters all of which go together well and presents a satisfying overall outline. Moved well and free.

2nd: 2284 HUGHES, Miss Melanie Sofico Gabriella At Nantmelan an attractive well coated gold 9-year-old mature feminine bitch. Very pleasing head and expression, head set well on good length neck. True front, feminine body, pleasing topline and broad firm loin leading to stable angulated hindquarters. Moved true enough but would prefer more extension front and rear.

She compares well with her siblings having many important merits of conformation, all are very promising. Lovely head shape and expression. She has desirable overall balance and an eye-catching side profile. Soundly constructed in front and forequarters, good body shape and hindquarters of ideal length and width. She is impressive in side profile with everything combining together well and when she moves, she affirms her breed type and excellent conformation. Like her brother she is an exciting prospect as are all the others in this litter.

2nd: 2292 LANCASHIRE, Mrs A M & O'DONNELL, Miss C & LANCASHI Drishaun What Baby Wants the fourth of a litter on show today; and what a very good litter of puppies they are. This one is litter sister to 1st and similar in colour and overall appearance. Well-made all through, attractive in head and very pleasing in side profile, make and shape. Not so steady as others. Moved well enough when settled.

Classy head and confident expression. She has lovely overall proportions, is balanced in angulations and has a satisfying side profile. True and soundly constructed in front and forequarters. Pleasing length of hindquarters with good parallel width and low hocks. Standing she looks good and when moving she proves it.

She is well constructed in front and forequarters with an impressive well defined side profile; She has pleasing overall make and shape with a top line that is typical firm and level which I preferred to 2nd; pleasing length and angulations of hindquarters which has good parallel width; low hocks. Very attractive feminine head with a dignified expression. Moved out well with a long striding breed typical gait with superior head carriage. Better mover of the class.

2nd: 2261 BELLRINGER, Mrs Sandra Pramya Keep Your Eyes on Me (Imp Fin) JW a 14-month-old cream/gold who has a very attractive head, eyes and expression. She is well grown in size but is at a rangy stage of development and does not have the firm substance of body and top-line of 1st. She has a true parallel front but tends to appear upright so needs to be stood sympathetically. Free moving although would prefer more extension. She is satisfying in basic structure and conformation which I appreciated and expect her to develop into a quality mature adult.

Well-shaped head which has pleasing breed characteristics and a dignified expression.  Pleasing lay back in shoulder and neck set; well-made body, tight enough in elbows and stable, well angled lengthy hindquarters. Free flowing breed typical gait, which was true and purposeful.

2nd: 2308 MITCHELL, Mrs W & THORNTON, Mrs B & SMITHSON, Mr G Absolute Afghan's India at Karnak (Imp Nor.) a 3-year-old well coated gold/black mask who a particularly attractive head. Pleasing in outline and stands well over the ground. Overall, she presents a very satisfying picture of a running hound of desirable make and shape. Free and enthusiastic mover but needing to be more settled in front action.

Sound body make and substance with a firm, level back/top line. Moved out really well having the edge on the others in this class.

2nd: 2285 HUGHES, Mrs Geraldine & HUGHES, Mr. Colin & LUTY, Gezancol Fallen From Grace a quality 4-year-old who is similar in colour and shape and shares many of the merits of my 1st. Another who has a pleasing side profile although slightly shorter overall than 1st. Lovely head, eye shape and expression. Well-made front, body and top-line. Flowing nicely angled hindquarters. Moved well and free but needing to be more settled to give of her best.

She has elegance combined with desirable conformation, super head and exotic, far away expression. She has notable length, shape and set of neck laid into a well-made body, flowing to good length, strong hindquarters and low hocks. All together presents a profile which cannot to be ignored. She is pleasing in conformation and compliments her construction with springy easy movement and carries both her head and tail correctly Movement that gave her the edge to win the Bitch CC.

2nd: 2309 MOORE, Mr Wendell Cloudside Flamenco (ai) a 4-year-old shapely dark brindle bitch who is also well constructed but lacked comparable strength of fore-chest of 1st Attractive head shape and refined in expression, strong muzzle, depth of jaw but feminine. She is pleasing in conformation and is stylish in appearance. Satisfying in overall proportion and is balanced in angulation front and rear. Mature in substance which is firm with just enough cover which edged her to her placing over the 3rd. Free moving and purposeful action.
