Breed: Boston Terrier

I’m always grateful to the exhibitors who have taken the time, trouble and expense of providing a lovely entry for what was an immensely enjoyable afternoon. We started a little later than anticipated, which meant I couldn’t dawdle, but was nevertheless able to give every exhibit my full attention and complete in time for those who qualified or were interested in seeing the group judging and BiS. I was struck by how different in head and expression our breed has become with a higher proportion of light eyes than I have previously witnessed, but on a positive note, I was pleased to see stronger toplines, muzzles and noses without too much layback in muzzle, which should be reserved to other breeds, not the Boston.
