I would like to thank the committee for the invitation to judge, my stewards for keeping the ring in order and the exhibitors for bringing their lovely dogs for me to assess. Class 877 VD (1 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: FRANCIS & BLATCHFORD, Mr & Miss JW & W Ch Witchstone Not Apache On Me For Peopleton:This eight year old male was up to size but was of excellent breed type. He had a wedge shaped head, with small almond shaped dark eyes and a scissor bite. He had a straight front with well sprung ribs, a deep chest and he moved with drive. RBD & BVIB Class 878 PD (3 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: OAKDEN, Mr ANTHONY & CONWAY, Mr Paul Spawood Run For Cover. I liked the size and confidence of this ten month old puppy who had rich tan, correctly shaped head, small dark eyes and a straight front. He had a good spring of rib for his age, turn of stifle and he moved with drive. 2nd: IMRIE, Mrs W Norris Amalric Butch Cassidy. Just seven months old and so lacking the maturity of 1st, he had a correctly shaped head with small dark well set eyes and a black nose. This was a quality dog but he lost out to 1st on maturity and rear movement. 3rd: HOLLEY, Mrs Joyce & HOLLEY, Mr Kevin Valeast Dream of Dreams Class 879 JD (2 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: PARTINGTON-PALMER, Mrs C & DAVIES, MISS CLAIRE Witchstone Somethin Brewin. This sixteen month old male had a thick glossy coat with a straight front, well rounded loin and low set tail. He had a quality head with candle flame ears, almond shaped eyes, black nose and a scissor bite. I would have preferred him a shade smaller but there was no denying the quality. 2nd: REEVE, Mrs P Royal Emerald avec Gillings . I preferred the size of this 12 month old dog who had a long narrow skull, excellent ears and good depth of chest but his front still needs time to tighten up. Class 880 SBD (1 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: REEVE, Mrs P Royal Emerald avec Gillings (see 2nd in JD) Class 881 PGD NO ENTRIES Class 882 OD (1 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: DIXON, Mrs Lisa Jane & DIXON, Mr Graeme Ch Witchstone Mine's a Double at Lasagesse. I liked the size of this mature dog who had a flat skull, wedge shaped head, almond eyes and was of excellent breed type. He had a straight front, narrow deep chest, hocks well let down and he moved well with an extended trot. BD Class 883 GCD NO ENTRIES Class 884 VB NO ENTRIES Class 885 PB (3 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: DIXON, Mrs Lisa Jane & DIXON, Mr Graeme Lasagesse Black Magic Woman. This eleven month old puppy shows lots of promise with her wedge shaped head, dark obliquely set eyes and candle flame shaped ears. I liked her size and she had a straight front, correct topline, well let down hocks and she moved with drive. BPIB 2nd: HAFFENDEN, Mrs Hazel & WOOD, Mr Jack Nasabe Play The Game JW. Good spring of rib on this puppy who was a bit bigger all through, wedge shaped head, candle flame ears, straight front, a quality bitch but I preferred the breed type of 1st. 3rd: DOWSON, Mrs Roseanne & DOWSON, Mr Wayne LASAGESSE GO YOUR OWN WAY WITH BINKOTA Class 886 JB (2 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: FRANCIS & BLATCHFORD, Mr & Miss JW & W & LEONARD, Witchstone Trouble Brewing at Peopleton. Loved the breed type of this sixteen month old bitch; she had spring of rib, depth of chest, candle flame ears, long wedge shaped head, scissor bite, dark almond eyes and she moved out well. Speaking to the exhibitor afterwards I understand that she already has one CC and I don’t think it will be long before she gains her champion title. BB, BOB & TG3. 2nd: HAFFENDEN, Mrs Hazel & WOOD, Mr Jack Witchstone Storm A Brewing At Nasabe. This was the litter sister to the winner and was of a similar type; she had a glossy coat and rich tan markings, well let down hocks but was not moving as well as 1.st Class 887 SBB (2 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: DOWSON, Mrs Roseanne & DOWSON, Mr Wayne LASAGESSE GO YOUR OWN WAY WITH BINKOTA Eleven month old and 3rd in a strong puppy class, I liked her type and size, she had a long narrow head, correct ears and earset, dark nose, straight front and deep narrow chest and moved with an extended trot. BSB & Special Beginners G2 2nd: REEVE, Mrs P Waukesha Rockahula at Russiatree . A mature five year old who was built on heavier lines, she had rich tan markings, almond shaped eyes and good angulation at the rear. Class 888 PGB (1 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: REEVE, Mrs P Waukesha Rockahula at Russiatree see 2nd in SBB Class 889 OB (2 Entries) Abs: 0 1st: DIXON, Mrs Lisa Jane & DIXON, Mr Graeme Ch Witchstone Unexpected Gift. Two lovely bitches and I was splitting hairs when deciding between the two but in the end the movement on this bitch won her the class. She had a long narrow skull, straight front, spring of rib and wonderful breed type. RBB 2nd: HAFFENDEN, Mrs Hazel & WOOD, Mr Jack Ch Witchstone Minnehaha. Another quality bitch of good shape and size and she had almond shaped dark sparkling eyes set in a wedge shaped head, a flat skull and excellent breed type Class 890 GCB NO ENTRIES
