Many thanks to the Committee for their Invitation and to the Exhibitors and Efficient Stewards. This is a breed a nearly owned some thirty five years ago but unable to find a puppy at the time without importing, so went down the Briard route.

Class 32 PD (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 81 DALLOW, Mr Stephen & DALLOW, Mrs Helen Alex-Sidney Vom Wilden Suden (Imp) Deu 11 mths old well-presented lad making a good shape on the stand. Head and muzzle ratios developing well, square set dentition, eyes dark and good shape. Neck is strong fitting into good front assembly, brisket has depth. Top line is firm as are thighs. Moving showed capable of a good stride but needs to settle more giving a better fluid action. BP

2nd: 97 SUTTON, Miss T & MANNING, Mr Simon Abbiville Royal Black Duke 8 mths. Nice make and shape still a raw baby at this stage but developing in balance. Well-presented jacket. Moving was giving a stride pattern just needing more practice to settle.

Class 33 JD (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 88 LAMBERT, Mrs Fiona & EASTHAM, Mrs Marj Bouvpilot Sullenberger 17 mths. Super bone make and shape on the stand, and presentation in harsh quality jacket. Flat skull, good ear set and usage, with good muzzle strength and ratios, bite is good, set-square and well-fitting flews, eye a lovely shape and colour. Neck is strong and slight arch and fits into well placed shoulders. Body is compact, chest reaches down to well-fitting elbows and firm top line. Thighs are so muscled and stands on neat hocks. Has a powerful driving rear and ground covering reach in front. Pushed hard for CC today. RDCC. Must have a bright future.

Class 35 LD (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 90 NICHOLS, Mrs L Nikolaev Malbec 21 mths. Another quality lad. Lovely shape on the stand, straight front legs and good feet, well-presented harsh dense jacket. Skull flat stop shallow with good ratios, muzzle is deep and with clean flat cheeks. Using ears and correctly set harsh head furnishings. Eyes dark and expressive, dentition good and set square. Neck widens slightly into well placed shoulders. Chest has depth of brisket and width of chest which elbows fit into. Top line is firm with broad loins. Rear angles match front assembly and is well muscled standing on neat low set hocks, thus moves in a balanced fluid stride with good round coverage retaining balance and shape. DCC

Class 36 OD (3 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: 87 LAMBERT, Mrs Fiona & EASTHAM, Mrs Marj GB Ch Bouvpilot Skyjack(AI) Impressive make and shape on the stand 2 ½ yrs. Skull is flat with good ear set, slight stop, muzzle is broad, and deep with dentition set square. Neck is strong and fits into well placed shoulders, chest has depth and is broad. Stands on straight front legs and good feet. Firm top line and well-muscled rear and neat hocks. On the move was giving a good action and ground cover today just a little heavy in shoulder. Well deserving his of his title.

2nd: 96 SUTTON, Miss T & MANNING, Mr Simon Chepam Xantor 7 yrs. Longer cast on the stand than 1. Good skull proportions and head furnishings. Ample neck and front assembly depth to brisket, loins a shade long for me. Moving was not giving his best going away in hock action. Coat is not as dense at the moment due to medication.

Class 37 VD/B (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 94 SIMMONS, Miss Wendy Ch. Chepam Woronora Sh.CM 8 yrs. Super quality feminine outline on the stand with excellent presentation. Lovely ratios to skull and must slight stop with good clean flat cheeks, muzzle has depth and bite set square. Neck fits into well placed and angled front assembly. Chest is deep with good fitting elbows standings on straight front legs and good feet. Firm top line and well-muscled rear with neat hocks. Moved out so well fore and aft and balance with good ground cover. In the challenge lost out for RBCC needed a larger ring today but a total credit to owner as given a shortlist in a Championship group larger ring and a previous BVIS all breeds.

Class 39 PB (2 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: 85 JONES, Mrs A M & JONES, Miss H M Abbiville Royal Invincible 8 mths. Raw happy baby enjoying herself. Head proportions are developing well with good bite at this stage. Cheeky expressive dark eye. Neck ok for length and fits into well laid front assembly. Chest still growing as to be expected, firm top line and moderate angles to rear. Moving was a little unbalanced as being so happy but showed she has a good stride, all this will come. Rather see a happy baby than a rigid silhouette any day.

Class 40 JB (2 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: 86 LAMBERT, Mrs Fiona & EASTHAM, Mrs Marj Bouvpilot Amelia Earhart 17 mths Littermate to RDCC. Brindle dense quality jacket, well presented feminine outline for make and shape on the stand. Skull to muzzle ratios good, flat skull and using her ear set well, eye of good colour and pigment for coat tone. Muzzle is broad and dentition set square. Neck has strength and slight arch fits into well placed shoulders with balanced angles. Chest is deep with elbows fitting well, width across chest. Stands on straight front legs and compact feet. Firm in muscle tone neat set hocks. Moving has a strong drive off her rear and forward reach, retained her shape and balance. Really considered her for higher honours but sadly kept losing top line wanting to sit giving her handler a hard time. Must have a bright future ahead.

Class 41 PGB (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 93 SCHOFIELD, Mrs Bianca Theadora Medusa V. D. Dambaern Hoeve at Theanab Imp NLD) 13 mths Still of developing to do at this stage, head and skull ok in ratios with good eye and colour. Brisket needs to drop and develop in width of chest and loins. Rear starting to muscle. Moving was unbalanced and not quite in unison with handler with more practice this will improve. Coat just changing after a season again this will change.

Class 42 LB (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 89 NICHOLS, Mrs L Nikolaev Anuke Feminine compact silhouette on the stand in a quality harsh rugged jacket. Flat skull with correct ear set and using them well. Slight shallow stop, muzzle has depth and strength with set square dentition. Eye is oval dark and expressive with harsh head furnishings. Neck has enough length and slight arch, fits into good lay of shoulders. Chest has depth reaching well fitting elbows and width of chest and good ribbing. Stands on straight well boned front legs and compact feet. Top line is firm as are loins, moderate angles to rear and muscling with neat low set hocks. Moved out with drive off hocks and reach in front with good side gait and ground cover retaining shape and balance. RBCC

2nd: 95 SIMMONS, Miss Wendy & PIERPOINT, Mrs Cheryl & PIER Chepam Queen of Swords Slightly larger make and shape on the stand but still feminine. Head to muzzle ratios good, eye expressive and oval shape. Muzzle deep and teeth set square. Front assembly balanced in angles, matching rear. Moving today was unbalanced going away and towards ample side gait just needed more fluidity in stride pattern for me today.

Class 43 OB (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 91 PIERPOINT, Mrs Cheryl & PIERPOINT, Mr Andrew Ch. NL Ch. Bouvier from Kitsis House Gina Lollobrigida of Chepham (Imp Ukraine) 3 yrs. Superb feminine silhouette and presentation on the stand oozing quality covered in a dense harsh rugged jacket. Her head is clean, with flat skull and correct triangular ears set correctly and showed mobility and alertness. Shallow stop well placed oval dark expressive eye. Muzzle is broad without being coarse and deep flat in cheeks. Strong dentition set square with strong jaws. Neck slightly arched and muscled, fitting into well placed shoulders and equal front angles. Stands on straight front legs and compact feet. Brisket is deep and spring off ribbing, well-fitting elbows, Firm moderate angles to rear, muscling to thighs and neat low set hock. Moving had a fluid balanced positive ground covering gait, with good tail carriage keeping her shape beautifully. BCC BOB Not surprised she is multi titled and so well deserved.

2nd: 84 JONES, Mrs A M & JONES, Miss H M Nikolaev Secret at Abbiville Another quality feminine 41/2yr old. Balanced in skull to muzzle ratios, dark expressive oval eye and pigment. Bite set-square, with harsh head furnishings. Ample neck and front assembly, depth to brisket and width of chest. Straight front legs and compact feet. Top line firm, moderate bend of stifles neat low set hocks. Moving out today was not a positive in rear action as 1 thus losing a little balance in the smaller ring.
