PUPPY (4/1)

1ST- FELSTEAD –LANKEELA YOU GO BOSS AT FOVEAUX- lancashire heeler – 1Omth old brown and tan male. Excellent rich colours which draws your eye. His head is clean with good stop. Correct eye shape and of excellent colour. Well placed and used ears. Correct bite, fantastic temperament, excellent angulation front and rear with excellent movement and correct tail set which gave the overall package for this sturdy dog. In good coat and top muscle condition for one so young. BEST OF BREED & BEST PUPPY

2nd- BEVIS- BEABEARDIES XTRA SPECIAL- bearded collie- 10mth bitch, slate and white, excellent coat and condition. Pleasing head with good eye shape and colour. Bite could be tidier. Strong neck and and well laid shoulders with good depth to chest. Good topline and tail set. Balanced on the move in good muscle conition.

1ST - BEVIS – BEABEARDIES CINNAMON GIRL – bearded collie – 3yr brown and white bitch.coat of excellent texture and in top condition, Good head with broad skull, correct bite and good underjaw. Strong neck and good shoulder placement, good depth to chest. Firm topline and moved ok.

2nd- FOSH – TOUSLEFELL IN A FLASH- briard – 3yr fawn bitch, not so interested today in showing, though the wet weather could be to blame for this. Ok in head, good pigment, correct bite, strong neck, would prefer better layback of shoulder. Topline ok on the stand but roaching on the move, rear angulation was ok with good muscle tone, double dew claws present. Good tail set and length with hook tip. Moved ok.

1ST – FLETCHER, FINNIGAN & CHURCH, CH INVANSE RED HOT shcm- Belgium shepherd dog (terveren) 8.5yr dog, pleasing head with correct parallel planes, good under jaw, and correct bite. Dark eye and correct shape, near well placed ears. Strong neck, good front and rear angulation, moderate bone, in good body condition, excellent coat, strong topline. Moved ok on the day. RESERVE BEST OF BREED.

1ST – MILHAM – ARIEL OF THE LOWLANDS WHITES IN SHADOWSHACK NAF TAF – white swiss shepherd. Just shy of 7mth old this young lady has a lot to like. She has ring presence; her dark pigment stands out against her white coat. She is alert and keen. Dark eye and of correct shape, well set and used ears. Strong neck with excellent front quarters. Chest needs to develop more but for one so young she has more than enough depth right now, strong topline and good rear for age. Correct tail, free and easy move and she free stands beautifully. One to watch for the future. BEST OF BREED AND BEST PUPPY.

1ST WHITE – FRANMAR DEVILS DESIRE – Black tri dog, 15mths old, well chiselled head with almond eye shape and eye of good colour. Would prefer slighter better fill under the eye, but given age feel this will come. Ears of good size and well placed. Strong neck of equal length to head, good angulation front and rear, good bone and feet, strong topline while standing and moving, moved well covering the ground with ease, on the day a lot of handler errors let the dog down at times. RESERVE BEST OF BREED.

2nd – LANDS & GITTINS – SOLOYAL STORYTELLER FOR CASMAWLLAN – black tri bitch, 22mths old. I really liked this girl today, unfortunately the handler let her down on the move and couldn’t stop her from pacing. Pleasing feminine balanced head, good eye, heavier in ear than 1. Good bone and feet, good angulation front and rear, strong topline and good tail set, she has a full tail which is carried correctly on the move.

1ST- MORLEY – TRIJEM THREE TIMES THE MAGIC – just over 2yr old BLAck tri dog. This boy has caught my eye before today and pleased to see him and be able to get hands on. What the eye sees is what the hand felt. He is masculine in head but so balanced, good eye shape and dark in colour. Clean lips and strong underjaw. Good sized ears and well set on skull to give the over finish to his head. Strong neck which is equal in length to the skull. Excellent front and good depth to the chest. Strong topline on the stand and move, rear angulation matches his balanced front, in top body condition and excellent muscle tone and definition. Strong in bone with excellent feet, clean and easy on the move, with power and drive, he could go all day. Pleased to award him BEST OF BREED.

1ST- CRIBBEN – NASHDOM SUN IN YOUR EYES – 11mth old male. This boy was very unsettled and on edge today, he has a decent head with good eye shape and colour, ears placement is ok. His expression was alert and at time a little startled today. Good length to neck and strong front quarters. Topline is ok on stand and move. Tail set ok but at this stage tends to fly it on the move. BEST PUPPY IN BREED.

1ST – BARLETT – CWNHAPUS CELESTIAL BEAUTY – bitch at just over a year old. Balanced feminine head correct eye shape and of good colour, good fill under the eye, keen expression, good ear size and well set on. Strong neck, good angulation front and rear, strong topline and good tail set, moved well.

1ST- ANGIER, STACEY & SEGHEZZI – AUS CH WYNNLAKE A DROP IN THE OCEAN (AI) (IMP AUS) 3.5yrs black and white, this boy oozes breed type. From the moment he entered the ring he had my attention, at one with his handler who knows how to get the absolute best from him, presented in first class condition. Masculine in head, dark eye, correct eye shape, well placed ears which were used well giving the overall alert and attentive expression, strong powerful neck leading into excellent front angulation with good depth to chest and excellent forechest, topline is superb on the stand and follows through with that on the move. Rear angulation is just as excellent with good turn of stifle with well let down hocks. Good bone and feet. Correct tail set. His movement is free and easy but with power, and covers the ground with ease, he comes into a lovely free stand. Pleased to award him BEST OF BREED.

2ND- HOSKINS – SH CH BIRKCROSS GRACIE AT LEFEVRE- 7yr bitch, she is all lady, feminine head with pleasing expression, good eye, well placed and used ears. Strong neck with good angulation front and rear, good feet and bone, moving freely around the ring, RESERVE BEST OF BREED.

1ST- RIVERSIDESONG RAISED ON THE ROCK TRENLEY – 5yr sable bitch, clean wedge head, with good underjaw and lovely eye, good ear set, decent length to neck into good angulation, good depth to chest, ok rear angulation, good bone and feet, moved ok covering the ground, excellent coat and condtion, BEST OF BREED.

2ND- STILLWELL- BELLAWAVE CAUGHT IN A DREAM- 8yr tri colour bitch, what a fabulous veteran. Clean wedge head, dark eye, good ears. Strong neck, good angulation front and rear, moved ok. In excellent condition for age, RESERVE BEST OF BREED.

1ST- PELLING- TABANYARUU AURORA AHKERA – 10.5mth black and tan bitch, feminine head, friendly expression, muzzle slightly shorter than skull, ears well set apart and used to her advantage. Strong neck into good front angulation, good bone and feet, firm topline and good tail set. Moved well. RESERVE BEST OF BREED & BEST PUPPY IN BREED.

1ST- GREYSTONE – CH MORVAL HELINA KEIJU- 4yr old black and tan bitch, beautiful feminine head. muzzle again slightly shorter than skull good fill under eye, correct eye shape and eye of good colour, ears well set apart and broad at the base, used well which finished the appeal to her head. Strong neck and good front angulation, good depth of chest, good bone and feet, strong topline on stand and move, good rear angulation, moved well covering the ground with ease. BEST OF BREED.

1ST- BARNETT- DIPPERSMOOR DAQUIRI AT SONSPIRIT – 17mth pale sable dog, ok head with dark eye, ear set is good but would prefer a smaller ear. Good neck, balanced angulation front and rear, ok mover, good tail set and carriage.

2ND- POUPARD- BURRALAND ROCKET MAN- 13mth old sable dog, ok in head, would prefer better under jaw, ok eye and good ear, good neck, ok angulation front and rear, shorter in body than 1, good topline, good tail set but carried high on move, moved ok on side gait but little close behind for me,

1ST - CLOUGH – EVAD LITE BREEZE – just over 2yr old sable dog. Wedge head with good under jaw, dark eye, good ear set and of good size, alert expression, good angulation front and rear, good topline and tail set carried well on the move, moved ok.

1ST- CHEAL- CAROLELEN CALL BE BLUFF- nearly 3yr sable bitch, feminine wedge head, dark eyes, well set, nice sized ears well set on the head to give the overall finish to the head, good neck and good angulation front and rear, good bone and feet.excellent topline on stand and on move, good tail set and carriage, BEST OF BREED.

2ND- FAGG – DUKESON GOLDEN FLEECE AT LYNSCOT – 4,5yr old sable male. Heavier in type to 1. Masculine wedge head, good eye, well set ears, good angulation front and rear, good bone and feet, moved well when handler managed to get him going, but overall was lazy and uninterested on the day.

Feminine head with good eye, strong neck and well placed shoulders, good front and rear angulation, good bone and feet. Excellent topline on stand and move, good tail set, covers the ground with ease,

2nd- GREENWOOD – PETMON ROYAL GIFT- SCOTTISH TERRIER- another eye catching dog, this bitch is elegant to go over but has the true scottie attitude, good head planes, neat ears and alert expression. Strong neck and good front angulation, good depth of body and strong legs and bone, level topline, good tail set and carried well on move, good mover.

3rd – ORRLOFF, ORRLOFF, NICHOLLS & NICHOLLS – RED DILS MILLION REASONS (IMP CRO) – AKITA.

4TH GALLIFORD – SASSYSHI JAMAICA MISTAICA – SHIHTZU.

1ST – TIMMS & HENDERSON – IR CH OLIJAH TOTAL KNOCKOUT JW- this dark brindle dog oozes type and quality, in first class condition, he is a credit to his owners. He is sturdy and compact with excellent bone. Square head in proportion to body, correct bite with cushioned foreface. Good eye and well placed ears. Powerful neck into correct front assembly. Cobbly with good spring to ribs and broad throughout. Strong rear quarters, good feet and outstanding mover, pleased to award the class to him.

2nd – NICHOLLS – CH ARTICSKIES BLACK TRUFFLE FOR SHYLLAR – SIBERIAN HUSKY – bitch. Free and easy mover in excellent condition chiselled head with slight roundness to skull, good eye and well placed ears, strong thick neck and good front angulation with elbows placed close to body, good rib and slight arch to loin, good rear angulation and low set hocks.
