Thank you to the committee for the invite to judge , it’s a long way to Devon but you can always be assured of a warm welcome and quality dogs to judge . Many thanks to my steward , you made my day go smoothly.

1st JASTEAL KNIGHT OF KYNANCE

11 month male , stood over plenty of ground , gentle arch over strong top line and definite tuck up . Long lean head gentle expression . Good length of neck sitting well into a good front assembly, well angled rear quarters with hocks well let down. Won this class on his movement, free flowing and driving from behind with good tail carriage. BPIB

2nd KIERPARK JUST A SONG AT ZEGLYNN , liked this bitch as well , shown in excellent muscular condition and she also presented a lovely balanced outline stood . She had a kind expression and decent length of neck . She moved with drive and good footfall .

1st FREEHAMLET SAINT CECILIA

Bitch who has done most of her growing , she is very well balanced , stands over plenty of ground , lovely graceful arch over loin , decent spring of ribs and deep through brisket. Good width to second thigh. She moved well , good forward action and driving from behind.

2nd ROSE OF SUNLIGHT OF IVYBRIGHT , a smaller bitch but in balance and correct , lean head , dark eye and kind expression, correct topline and held on the move , carrying her tail correctly. Just lost out to the 1st on movement.

3rd ZEGLYNN HELLO YOU

1st CROSSCOP ONE STEP CLOSER TO FREEHAMLET

Mature bitch , lovely typical outline , deep through brisket and good infill ,long and lean head , feminine, kind expression, small ears . Strong muscular rear quarters . She won this class of her easy free movement driving from behind

2nd ISCAGLADES GOLDILOCKS , slightly bigger bitch , good length of neck , topline correct just falling away over croup . She was steady on the move , just not as positive as 1st .

1st ALAMAYN CHEVERONS IN BLUE

Lovely shape to this dog standard over his ground well and had a balanced outline , straight front , good front and rear angulations gentle slope over strong arch . Slightly sloping pasterns and arched feet . Very correct on the move , which won him the class.

2nd JASTEAL GODDESS OF GODREVY

Another who was balanced in outline , dark eyes and kind expression, small ears , deep through brisket and correct infill . Strong rear quarters with good turn of stifle . He moved steady and true .

1st BRYNTREIA SEA OF LOVE

Dog of lovely shape and size , head of typical breed type , front and rear well angulated , straight front , bladed bone and in good muscular condition . Moved with drive , parallel hocks and great freedom of front movement , his movement ultimately won him the class and BOB

2nd Alamayn ENDEVERN , slighter bigger framed , deep through brisket and strong front , shoulder placement was good . Slight arch over loin and well angulated rear . He was not as clean on rear movement today .

1st DOLCE DIVA DIVINE N DELARY AT

JASTEAL, a well constructed bitch , who had a super front , good upper arm and layback of shoulder , topline correct and good finish to croup , she moved well with forward reach and moving parallel behind.

2nd SOUTHGROVE KISS FROM A ROSE AT ZEGLYNN ,

Smaller framed bitch , good head and kind expression, balanced in neck length to body , not as good a finish over croup but moved well . Free flowing and covered the ground . Shown in excellent muscular condition.

This young dog didn’t really settle on the move and played his handler up , tall lean hound with large erect ears , deep through chest , prominent chest bone nothing exaggerated but needs time to mature .

1st AMAHTE’S BEWITCHED VW( IMP CAN)

Two nice bitches , good balance to this bitch , loved her head , large ears , inquisitive expression , well muscled , Unexaggerated and I found her movement more correct on the day BOB

2nd CH AFILADOR ROOM ON THE BROOM ShCM , she was not as settled but had many lovely breed points , ears not as erect but tall and strong bitch , quality in type but not as tidy in her rear movement.

Black masked gold , balanced hound , nothing exaggerated, decent length of neck , good length of upper arm and correct layback of shoulder , prominent pin bones and correct fallaway , large feet and he moved true with good footfall carrying his ringed tail . Shown in good coat .

2nd AFFYNEETA DESERT WIND, black masked gold , not the front assembly of one , rather upright and would like a shade more neck to complete the picture , moderate angulations behind . Moved okay , ringed tail.

1st CLOUDSIDE BASAURI AT SHIMONAY (AI)Black and Tan bitch , well constructed and of good balance through front and rear angulations. Level topline and correct fall way . She was not keen on the floor and found it rather slippery. Shown in lovely coat . RBOB

Young male , head probably a little stronger than I prefer but not coarse , a well constructed male , sturdy and compact with good substance. Level topline , held on the move . Well sprung ribs , short loin and strong rear end . Stands on super feet . Moved purposely round the ring carrying his tail correctly BOB

1st DAVRICARD HUMMINGBIRD OF PARKEBREEWAY

Mature bitch of good type , feminine head , enough length of neck , moderate angulations behind . Topline not as strong . Moved steadily around ring RBOB

1st , There are times when you are judging that a dog walks into the ring and instantly you just know it is quality dog . He gave me goosebumps and going over him , my hands told me the same . Head long and lean , strong under jaw , dark eyes with keen expression. Smallest of high set ears , good length of neck with slight arch . Front of excellent proportions, brisket deep and defined tuck up . Correct topline,graceful arch over loin and fallaway over croup . Strong quarters with well developed second thighs, well let down stifles . Shown in the best of coats . He moved effortlessly, the ring was not huge but he is so balanced he looked graceful and powerful . Delighted to award him BOB & Hound Group 1 and then he won a well deserved BIS.

2nd RYAZAN VLADIMIR

litter brother but much less mature in body or condition. He has a long and lean head , with a dark eye , small ears and he is well constructed but he needs more condition to compete at this level . Moved with good reach but needs to drive more from behind . RBOB

1st EVFORCE MISS HAVOC AT HENISSY

Very much enjoyed judging this breed

Medium size bitch , everything in moderation, head was of good breed type equal muzzle to head proportions. Body to leg length was good with a slightly longer body .

Substance without coarseness . On the move , positive and workmanlike . Handled very well BOB

2nd HENISSY FANCY ,

Another sound bitch , I just preferred the head and body proportions on the 1st place . Rather more exuberant on the move. RBOB

What a lovely example of the breed , rectangle in body proportions, and upstanding boy , who looked powerful and strong , parallel lines to skull , kind eye .

Good layback of shoulders , well ribbed back , short wide loin and well muscled rear quarters . Moved on a long free moving stride . BOB

18months bitch , she was better on the move than stood as she was a little unsettled on table . Held her topline well

Masculine boy , with good proportions, liked his head very much , lovely prominent ridges over eyes , muscular neck , long well placed shoulder blades , strong breastbone , good ground clearance , rear quarters broad and well muscled , impressive on the move . Driving with rear legs moving parallel . BOB

2nd CICLANE MAGNUS AT KASALANE , Happy boy not quite the front of 1 but good in rear quarters and moved freely with drive and holding his topline .

1st BYSTOCK SEA NYMPH

Very smart puppy , lovely head , prominent ridges ,lengthy neck good front assembly ,well placed shoulders , strong level topline and plenty of ground clearance , very together on the move moving with freedom and drive , coat of correct texture BP ,RBOB , PG2 and won a lovely puppy stakes class.

2nd KASALANE SYMPHONY , another bitch constructed well , just preferred the front on 1 , prominent forechest , ribbed well back , good strong rump . Moved steadily .

1st ARBENNIK BERTIE DELIGHTFUL AT JANACOP, very much a baby at 6 months , head already showing ridges over eyes , he was a happy puppy who moved steady around the ring . Should develop well BP

Liked this young bitch , she has a decent head of good proportions, lengthy neck , strong topline , rump is broad and rear quarters set on correctly. On the move steady and true

2nd CH CAPTAIN TOM OF SIOUXLINE, preferred the head on this dog , lovely furnishings , well angulated rear which was used on the move well , I just preferred front action of 1 today .

Head of correct type , high set ears , shoulders long and well placed , liked her body length to height proportions. Moderate rear quarter.,On the move she was steady and held her topline .RBOB

2nd MINARD BE CUZ THE LADY LUVS

Just a baby , she showed well but needs to build her confidence as she matures , little bit unsteady on the move as you would expect . BPIB

1st MINARD OUT OF THE DARQUE FROM DRYMOOR JW, lovely constructed bitch of good size, so feminine in expression, high set ears and lengthy neck set into her well placed shoulders , firm topline , deep keel , very good rear quarters which she uses so well on the move . True in front and drives from behind covering the ground well . Shown in beautiful coat condition BOB & GRP 3 in a strong hound group.

2nd BELVYDACH PROPER JOB , nice head with dark eye and high set ears , decent keel and front construction . Topline firm , rump broad and rear quarters well angled , just not as clean on the move as the 1st place today .

Masculine dog , I liked his head proportions, strong under jaw , good length of neck to body proportions, deep chest and well ribbed back , strong parallel rear quarters, he looked impressive stacked and keep his outline on the move . Covering the ground well with an easy stride , won the class on his movement . BOB & GRP 2

2nd SKYWALKER BLUE

Another lovely boy , similar remarks would apply, good forechest and front assembly. He just lost on on the move today . Shown in good coat. RBOB

AT DAXIEMOORS, pretty bitch of good construction, head of good type , deep keel , balanced front and rear angles , she presented a lovely outline stood and won this class on her clean movement, forward reach and moved with parallel hocks .

2nd DARQUE ANGEL FOR WAKYWILKS super front on this bitch , deep keel , good body proportions and plenty of ground clearance. Just preferred the rear action on the 1st . Shown in lovely coat BP& PG4

2nd PENNYDACH MYSTIQUE AT ROSENCRANTZ another nice bitch , that I liked very much and only lost out as 1st just didn’t put a paw out of place , very feminine head with gentle expression. Moved out well around the ring .

1st BARONGLEN THE NOBLEMAN (AI) , Irish wolfhound, what a lovely boy , strong and masculine with good bone , head with the kindest expression, he has good width to his second thigh and balanced in angulations front and rear . He was very true and steady in movement, would love to see him in a large grass ring , congratulations for gaining your JW on the day . BAVNSC
