Group 1 Mrs CL Clarke – Tigerrock Magic Woundabout

A 2 year old WSS presents a pleasing picture in profile and not disappointed when going over him. A masculine dog but not overdone with good head and kind expression. Long neck into lovely shoulders. Deep brisket and well spring ribs. Correct straight front on lovely tight feet. Moved beautifully with handler driving from behind. Shown in good coat and condition. It was lovely to hear that he went on to BIS congratulations.

Cocker Spaniel Junior (2,0)

1st Mr & Mrs T & G Cox – Kimapa Kune Kinch

Blue Roan 10 month old puppy, As the standard says merry and sturdy, a compact bitch presenting a pleasing outline, and not overdone. She has a lovely head, giving a soft and gentle expression. Well developed through the body, with depth and width to the ribcage. Good neck leading into sloping shoulders and stands on super cat like feet. She was a little excited on the move but once steady moved freely. BOB & BP & Gundog Group 3 and Puppy Gundog Group 1

2nd A Sullivan – Jeandun Glas Bachgen

Black 7 month old puppy dog. A nice young boy a little more range than 1 needs time to fill his frame. Has good bone set on to tidy firm feet. Ribs developing holds a lovely topline and well set on tail. Nice bend of stifle. Moved happily.

Cocker Spaniel Post Graduate (1,0)

1st Miss M Prouder – Kimapa Kwarta Korki

Orange Roan and see mother of the puppy winner. A Lot to like about her sturdy and strong with a moderate neck. A balanced head nicely chiselled and a delightful expression. Muscular hind quarters and good bend of stifle. Holds a good topline on the move, would prefer a little tighter in front.

Cocker Spaniel Open

1st Mrs P K Palmer – Casssom Sun Dreaming over Colmeir

Orange Roan Dog. A compact and strong dog with a lovely clean neck. A square muzzle and balanced head, showing a lovely expression. Deep brisket and well sprung ribs. Well developed hindquarters and lovely cat like feet. Moved well, lost out for BOB as not as positive on the move as the puppy.

2nd Mrs M Prouder – Kimapa Kocka Kaia

Liver Roan Bitch. Happy outgoing girl who was enjoying her day out. Slightly longer than 1. Good depth of body holding her topline. Nicely boned with tidy feet. Moved happliy

Deep brisket, ribs well sprung and muscular hindquarters, stifles well bent. Lovely coat and condition Moved out with drive once he actually got into his stride. Best AVNSC, Gundog Group 2

WSS – you can see why he is a champion. Presents a lovely outline compact and not leggy. A nice head with clearly defined stop. Correct muscular neck into sloping shoulders. Strong and muscular throughout with straight front and well sprung ribs. Moved so well enjoying his day. Best Veteran

2nd Mrs CL Clarke & Mrs J Varey – Beaters Barron with Tigerock JW SHCM

ESS - 10 year old bitch shows a lovely outline, good depth of chest, with well sprung ribs. She stands on good bone and tight feet. She has a beautiful head with melting expressing. Strong muscular neck and good front and rear angulations. Moved well with drive.
