Firstly, I would like to thank the exhibitors for their lovely entry and for accepting my placings.

Also, thanks to the officers and committee for a lovely show and for inviting me to Judge the Labrador Retriever at a well run show.

PUPPY D/B 5

1st (BP) Manning’s Marchurch Imperial Topaz. 10-month-old yellow dog, with a lovely pleasing head, not overdone in any way, good eye shape and colour giving him his lovely kind expression. Clean neck and well balanced throughout, good coat and correct texture to the touch. Moved well around the ring and using his tail on the move. One to watch for the future.

2nd Young’s Potterzuri Mystic Zena 6 Month black bitch with a lovely head that is just right for her age. Good eye colour and shape, good bone, coat and lovely tail set moved well.

1st (BOB) Young’s Potterzuri Wanda Vision 1 year old yellow bitch with a lovely feminine head, good length and depth of muzzle lovely kind eye giving her the correct expression for the breed, clean neck set into well placed shoulders nicely balanced throughout, good coat and feet, good turn of stifle and nice developed second thigh, that she used to move around the ring and covering the ground well.

2nd Porter’s Winnellands Vanilla Sky 16-month of age yellow bitch, with a pleasing head with a good length of muzzle. Good turn of stifle and rear angulation good width of second thigh nice tight feet moved well. Preferred one’s movement on the day

3rd Young’s Potterzuri chip of the old block

LIMIT 7 D/B (5 abs)

1st Young’s Potterzuri Chip of the old block 1-year old yellow dog with a masculine head with good length and depth of muzzle, good eye colour giving a kind expression. Clean neck set into well placed shoulder’s, deep through the chest and a well sprung rib, level top line and good tail set, good coat moved very well.

2nd Dobb’s East Dew Easy Rider 2-year-old yellow bitch feminine head kind expression shown in good coat and moved ok.

OPEN DOG 3

1st (RBB) Edwards Chelmscote Key Component Yellow dog of 2 years of age, masculine head good eye colour giving a kind expression. Deep through the chest and a well sprung rib. Well boned, good coat, good otter tail which he used well on the move and moved ok.

2 Youngs Optimist Vision 15-month-old yellow dog lovely head brown eye colour, good length and depth of muzzle, good bone and neat feet moved well.
