I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge at Horley show and for giving me my first appointment. The show was extremely well run and I had fantastic stewards in attendance. I was impressed with the quality of entries and placings came down to movement on the day.

Puppy. 1 (0 Absentees)

1) Crocker’s Leggatts Jive Talkin

This lovely 7-month-old is showing a lot of promise. Fantastic mobile ears and a gorgeous feminine face with dark eyes and dentition was correct. Moderate arch to neck, level top line. Still lacking in the depth of chest but this will come as she matures. Good drive on the move.

Junior. 1 (0 Absentees)

Post-graduate. 3 (0 Absentees)

1) Crocker’s Leggatts Jive Talkin. 7 months.

2) Sturtmoor Eeza Geeza at Buhcafrey. 6 years. Good stop, correct ear setting, lovely eyes and expression. Extremely well-muscled. Good spring of ribcage and short couplings. Nice set of tail. Lacked drive on the move which surprised me given his muscle tone.

3) Crocker’s Leggatts Voulez Vous .4 years.

1) Norman’s Ch Arnscroft Delilah at Veekay. 5 years. This bitch presented herself in the ring so well. Fantastic outline, good depth of chest, short couplings and a level topline. Lovely head shape, nice eyes, expressive ears, correct dentition. Well set tail. Moved with precision and drive and glided around the ring.

2) Kligenthal Almuric. 3 years. A handsome compact boy with a nice stop, a good wedge-shaped head and well-set mobile ears. Good firm front and level topline, short couplings and nice bend of stifle. Good tail set. Just did not move as well as I have seen previously.
