It was an honor to be invited to judge at this well run show, thank you to the committee for the invitation. I would also like to thank my steward and of course to the exhibitors who gave me the opportunity to examine their dogs and for accepting my decisions sportingly.

1 Savage Silvestre Destiny is a Beast BP

10 month old O/R bitch of good type, balanced feminine head with eye colour toning with coat. She is developing well in body with good bone and feet. She moved out well in profile but just needs to come together more at the back.

1 Forbes Canemamens Primo Al Fine BOB

Striking O/R male of just 12 months, full of promise, masculine head well developed forequarters, good length of neck into strong level topline, deep through chest, correct width of thigh and well turned stifle. Really strides out well on the move, must have a bright future.

1 Sladden Valcor The Confessor at Canemamans

Upstanding male well balanced with lovely head, straight front with well boned legs and neat feet. Ample forchest, deep chest, good rear quarters, with well turned stifle. Moved out well.

1 Ebano Dell’ol tresavio at Canemamans (Imp Ita) RBOB

Different type to the other dogs in the line up today is this 4 years C/R he has a pleasing head with lovely dark eye, a touch smaller all through but still retains good depth in body with well sprung ribs. He stands on good bone and strong tight feet he moved well in profile but not as good at the back as the BOB today.

1 Wilson Hameldowntor Pedro Ximenez

Rising two year old male of good proportions. Has a good head with kind expression, reasonably long length of neck, and good depth in body, well boned and well muscled rear quarters which showed as he moved.

2 Mcquade Gemswin River of Dreams

13 month bitch, has a good clean outline when stood, she is still needing to mature in body but she has a pretty femine head with a soft expression, she was straight in front and stood on good feet moved well just needs to tighten at back, she has time on her side.

Mature bitch of substance, She has a lovely head and eye, has a lovely shape on the stack, has good length of neck, straight front good bone and neat feet. She has depth in chest and well muscled rear quarters, she moved with drive around the ring.

2 Beeson Esined Double Delight

Sweet two year bitch a different type to 1 being finer all through, she has a femine head with a kind expression, she has enough neck, and depth but I would prefer more strength in rear quarters. She moved ok.

1 Beeson Esined Pandora BOB

Super well balanced bitch, she was what I was looking for today, lovely feminine head and expression, clean cut outline, good length of neck into well angled front, she has good forchest, with deep chest and body well ribbed up, she has strength in rear quarters and good muscle tone, correct width of thigh and turn of stifle. Moved really well and with drive.

1 Allen Calvin Klein Warm Heart of Friend Naf Taf BP

Lovely 10 month chocolate boy, head is developing well with broad skull and a kind expression. I liked his balanced outline and good barrel rib even at this age. He has depth of chest and good forchest for his age, he is well boned, moved well and his tail never stopped.

2 Goodwin & Bishop Tweedledum Silenz is Golden at Valbury

16 month old yellow bitch, of a different stamp to the winner, She is feminine, with a good head and intelligent expression, makes a decent shape when stood, I’d have just liked a touch more of her, but she has time, she moved well on well boned legs and tight feet.

1 Newman Creamwood Silver Hawthorn BOB

Two year old yellow dog of good type, masculine head, which is balanced with a broad skull and intelligent expression. He made a good shape standing having good length of neck, straight in front and ample forchest, his ribs were well sprung and barrel shaped giving the desired shape I was looking for. His rear quarters are well muscled with correct width of thigh and well turned stifle. He moved well in all directions

2 Sadler Talifen Gentleman Jack RBOB

Another nice young man although different in type and doesn’t have the rib of 1. That said he has a good head and eye, well off for neck, straight front with good bone and neat feet. He has strength in rear quarters with good muscle tone and well turned stifle. He moved ok but was a bit close behind.

1 Powley Cfyre’s Prancing Across The Sky to Danehaven

Raw puppy of 8 months, this young man is still at the ‘legs & wings’ stage in his development. His head is developing nicely and is of the correct shape, with eye colour toning with coat. He has enough depth of chest for his age and is of a good size. He moved well and happily. He just needs time to finish

1 Lam & Leung Tollisty Out to get you RBOB

I was quite taken with this young man; he has a masculine head with good eye colour, he’s well balanced with moderate length of neck, into good front angulation. He is straight in front, has good depth to body with well muscled hindquarters and good bend of stifle. He moved out with the correct jaunty stride.

2 Elkin Tollelkin Dream Dancer JW

Sweet bitch of 16 months, pretty head, she is balanced and is of good proportions, moderate length of neck and straight front and strong muscular rear quarters with well turned stifle. She moved well. I just preferred the overall shape of the winner today.

Red & White bitch of 4 ½ years, my notes read ‘neat bitch’ and she is. Neat and sweet, pretty head, straight in front enough depth of body with well muscled rear quarters, for me she is a tad straight in stifle but she moved well.

1 Elkin Tollekin Caife Americano SGWC BOB & G1

This charming young man headed up a lovely class today, he is well balanced with lovely masculine head of correct shape. Moderate length of neck into level top line which was held on the move, his forequarters were muscular with straight front and elbows close to body. He has ample depth of chest he is strong through body with good muscular rear quarters, he moved out well showing off his jaunty stride. Pleased to award him BOB and to later see that he was awarded G1, well done!

2 Collins & Powley Danehaven Kovik

Here is another good dog from this class, liked him for his overall shape and balance, he has depth to body and is well off for bone with neat feet. Has a good head and eye and moved well, I just preferred rear movement of 1.

Stood along today but a worthy winner this striking 19 month male, has a lovely well balanced masculine head with good width and depth to muzzle. He is straight in front with good bone, His chest is deep with well sprung ribs, his coat is correct with crisp curls, hindquarters are strong with good turn of stifle, and he moved well striding out with his free and easy stride.

It’s not often my heart skips a beat, but when this black beauty trotted into the ring, it did. What a stunner she is at just six months and a smidgeon she is full of quality. Pretty head with the most endearing expression, she has a lovely shape being balanced and compact, she moved so well for her tender age. I hope she goes on to fulfil the promise that I have seen today.

What a lovely baby, at just 6 months he is so well bodied with a lovely head and kind eye, he is balanced with lovely depth of chest and spring of rib for his age, straight front with forchest developing, good rear quarters, just needs to tighten up at the back but moved well in profile, another with promise.

Cracking bitch headed this well filled class, she is quality all through, pretty femine head, clean cut outline, well developed body having good depth and spring of rib good angulation front and rear, an elegant and stylish mover, and has a good partnership with her handler.

2 Gorman Afterglow Divine Comedy Poodle (Standard)

Impressive white male, of good type. super head, good length of neck into well laid shoulders. Excellent depth of chest, strong through body standing elegantly on well boned legs and tight feet. Moved freely with drive, beautifully presented, could not be denied his place today.

Another worthy Champion, lovely round head with dark eye, well balanced compact and study. He has good depth and is well boned. Moving well,
