I would like to thank the Hound Association committee for the honour of this appointment, I thoroughly enjoyed my day. To the exhibitors, thank you for giving me the opportunity to judge your dogs and for such a lovely entry of quality hounds and finally thank you to my steward Anthony for ensuring the ring ran in good order.

Puppy dog 6 (3 abs)

1st Evans’s, Killoughery Ricochet with Braewisan, 10-month-old full of character, kind expression with lovely dark eye, good reach of neck, nice topline, good bone and feet. Moved well.

2nd Gregory’s, Killoughery Ringleader, litter brother to 1st and could swap places on another day. Lovely kind eye and expression, good reach of neck, good bone and feet. Moved well.

1st Pateman’s Whiteorchard Atlas, good masculine head with dark, kind eye and good ear set, excellent reach of neck into well laid-back shoulder, good depth of chest and rear angulation, excellent bone, moved well, held his topline on the move. Best dog

2nd Reeves’s Whiteorchard Arcturus, lovely head with kind expression, good reach of neck and upperarm, good depth of chest, moved well. Reserve best dog.

1st Gregory’s Killoughery Redemption 10-month brindle, beautiful feminine head and ear set, kind expression, good reach of neck and depth of chest, excellent topline and rear angulation, moved with drive. Best puppy.

2nd Waslin’s Wolverbrigg Ivy, compact dark brindle bitch, feminine nature, kind expression, good earset, excellent reach of neck and depth of chest.

Junior Bitch 4

1st Heather’s Whiteorchard Aurora, shapely bitch, beautiful head with kind expression, loved her rosebud ears, excellent reach of neck into well laid-back shoulders, good feet and angulation, well-muscled, moved with drive.

2nd Sales’s, Oh Baby I Von Der Eichenkoppel, loved this girl but didn’t want to show herself off today. Beautiful kind expression, good ear set, excellent reach of neck into well laid-back shoulder, lovely angulation, moved well
