Thankyou to the exhibitors for accepting me as the change of judge for the three breeds that I judged today, also thankyou to the committee for a well-run show.

Tibetan Spaniels

Post Graduate D/B 3

1st BP & BOB Thomson’s Tibbiestars – 6 month old male with all the characteristics that this small but active dog requires, smashing head and carried proudly, correct for his age, lovely dome to his head, but not overdone in anyway, lovely dark eye and you could see that little naughty side to him, correct mouth, moderately short, strong neck, had the correct proportions required for the breed, good spring of ribs and level back, moderate turn of stifle, hocks well let down, lovely set hight tail with such a great plumed covering, cracker on the move, moving free and positive, this young lad was handled by a stranger and he never look for his owner for a second.

2nd Gilling’s Princess Mulan Ilharess of Talocan (IMP POL) NAF TAF, cracking 1 year old bitch, with such a feminine head correct eye shape and colour, lovely neck into good front, level top line, lovely turn of stifle, lovely correct tail, moved free and at pace.

3rd Thomson’s Tibbiestars Shady Lady

1st Thomson’s Tibbiestars Moulin Rouge – 6-year-old bitch, with that little naughty twinkle in her eye, lovely head and expression, good neck into good shoulders, nice depth of chest, correct mouth, strong level top line, correct tail set and coverage, moved well.

2nd Thomson’s Tibbiestars Storm Lord – 3-year-old male, with a masculine head and expression, but without being course in anyway, good neck well set on, level top line and correct tail set, correct mouth, moved free.

Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever

1st Wardrope’s Danehaven Nouvel – Sweet feminine bitch with a nice kind head and expression, good neck into well placed shoulders, well sprung ribs, deep brisket, level top line, well bent stifles, correct tail, good coat and colour, moved well.

2nd Wardrope’s Goldstar Strutting Her Daisy Dukes – another sweet feminine botch with a lovely head and expression, nice neck and good front, good spring of ribs, level top line, good stifle, good tail set, moved well.

1st & BOB Wardrope’s Rusty Fox Alterego Alterego (IMP CZE) – Masculine dog all over, good head and correct expression, strong firm neck into well placed shoulders, good depth of chest and good spring of ribs, strong loin, short back, stifles well bent, good tail and correct carriage, correct movement.

1st & BOB Cox’s Green Dale Ash – Black and White masculine male, I judged this lad in April this year, lovely head and expression, correct coat and texture, good neck into nice front angles, nice depth of chest and spring of ribs, nice turn of stifle, well developed second thigh, moved well once settled.
