JD/B (1)

1st Jackson’s Benatone Love Affair. 9m pretty bitch with a good quality and silky textured coat. For her age, she moved with confidence showing no weakness in front or rear movement. Sweet and correct expression I particularly liked her well-proportioned head and broad muzzle. Pleased to award BPIB and see her later awarded PG4.

PGD/B (1,1abs)

1st Jackson’s Benatone Rome With Love. After judging and looking at the catalogue, I was not surprised to learn that this young bitch is the litter sister to my BP. This bitch is smart, and well balanced with a good developing quality coat. On the move and once settled, she also shows no weakness in movement with her straight, clean, free flowing movement.

OD/B (2,1abs)

1st Jackson & Rycraft’s Benatone Macrolabel. This smart, well-balanced dog won this class with some to spare. Presented to the highest standard, I could appreciate his silky coat which was of pleasing length. Super for pigmentation, his black eye rims and halos set the basis for the most pleasing expression. With the correct scissor bite and broad, well-proportioned muzzle his headpiece is faultless. Short and ‘cobby’ in body with a good spring of rib, he carries his tail correctly. On the move, this dog covers the ground accurately, never faltering with his well-spaced and straight movement, maintaining his top line throughout. It was without any hesitation and with admiration for his owner/handler that I awarded him BOB. It was with great pleasure to see him awarded BIS.

2nd Urquhart’s Blackpark Polar Bear. A dog of different type to first place. Good for outline and balance with the correct tail sent and moderate length of neck. Strong pigmentation and his rear movement was spaced; however, I would have liked to observe a straighter front movement.
