Thank you to the committee for the invitation to judge and to the exhibitors who entered. Understandably the current hot weather we are experiencing contributed to the absentees on the day of the show.

PUPPY BITCH – 7 (Abs 4)

1 List - Hayden Gossip Girl

7 month old cream bitch. She has a feminine head with kind expression which was enhanced by her lovely black pigmentation. Level topline with well sprung ribs. Sturdy front with correct length of shoulder together with close fitting elbows. Correct front and rear angulation which she used to move around the ring. She carries a beautifully groomed cream double coat and on the day she presented a very balanced picture. The best mover today. Best Bitch and Best Bitch Puppy. I was happy for the best dog to be awarded BOB and delighted he was placed 2nd in the puppy group.

2 Todd – Kelbadora Dream Of Dreams With Toddrosa

10 month old mid-gold bitch. Lovely head with sweet expression and dark pigmentation. Level topline, short coupled with good front angulation and close fitting elbows. When standing her front did not seem to be as good as the winner, and I would like to see more positive hind movement.

3 Taylor & Tenn -Strettonhill With Passion

 JUNIOR BITCH – 5 (Abs 3)

1. O’Gorman – Berrymeade Kinvara

14 month old mid-gold bitch with lovely head and kind expression. Straight front with correct shoulder angulation. Short coupled with depth of body. Correct length of stifles and rear angulation. Although I would also like to see firmer hind movement, she moved very happily with her owner around the ring.

2. Brown – Drumkilty Verbena At Glenleddon

13 month old cream bitch – again another one with a feminine head and kind expression. She has very similar attributes to the winner in that she is made very well and presents a balanced picture.

POST GRADUATE – 6 (Abs 4)

1 Bufton & Riley – Phoslas Polly Flinders

This bitch has a very sweet head and expression. Straight front with close fitting elbows. Good front and rear angulation. Level topline, short coupled with plenty of heart room. She has correct stifles and stands on good feet. RBB

2 O’Gorman – Berrymeade Kinvara

OPEN BITCH – 4 (Abs 3)

1. Cychol – Kentwone Clover Fairy

Cream bitch with kind head and expression. Good angulation front and rear. She is of a good size but I would not like her to grow any taller. She has a level topline, deep body and her elbows fit tightly. More trimming around her neck and tail would give a better balanced picture.
