What a friendly, welcome I received from this lovely committee, special thanks to my steward Gavin who kept the ring flowing so efficiently and enabled us to get through the Group in good time, especially when there was another Group following, thank you for your hard work.

1. Garvey’s Richtig Ragdoll JW. Well presented bitch of 15 months, liked her outline standing and moving, beautifully balanced all through, kind head and expression, straight front, strong neck and shoulders, well ribbed and strong loin, good bone and feet, moved out freely.

2. Blair’s Amblairfield Flymaamlewan. Another nicely balanced bitch of 13 months with some lovely qualities, feminine head and expression, good bone, straight front and good ribbing, she just wasn’t as settled on the move today.

1. Blair’s Richtig Rihanna. Nicely presented bitch of 3 years, kind head and feminine expression, nicely angulated all through with sound top-line, straight front and good bone, well ribbed and strong loin, moved out well with an easy gait, in good coat and condition, BOB.

2. Anderson’s Torranpoint Gilda from Alayglow JW. Soundly made bitch, although she wasn’t standing as well in front today, good bone, nice outline and construction, well angulated all through with sound top-line, strong neck and shoulders, in excellent coat and condition.

1. Lewis’ Crammondkirk Oh My. Really liked this black bitch of 16 months, most gorgeous feminine head and expression, strong neck and shoulders, straight front and correct bone, not overdone in any way and carrying the right amount of weight, balanced all through with good bone and was a lovely outline standing and moving, she moved steadily with good reach and drive, in excellent coat and condition, BOB & G2.

2. Givan’s Timantti Solid Drama Queen of Sudeo. Yellow bitch of 10 months, a little strongly made all through for me, would have liked a cleaner, more feminine head, dark eye, strong neck and shoulders, good rib and good depth of chest, not as clean in movement as 1, BP & PG3.

1. Lewis’ Crammondkirk Oh My. 1st in Junior.

2. Gardner’s Rewari Black Emerger. Black bitch of 21 months, nice breed type but just very unsettled today and not moving out as accurately as winner of class, soundly constructed with good bone and nicely angulated, strong neck and shoulders with level top-line, good tail, well presented in fit condition.

1. Ewart’s Parlickview Blaze Of Glory over Beaupippin. Beautifully presented young bitch of 6½ months, soundly made, feminine head and expression, good feet and bone, a lovely outline standing and moving, level top-line, well ribbed with strong loin, good tail set and carriage, moved out steadily, BP & PG1.

2. Sneddon’s Kadaka Koral. Nicely presented bitch of 7 months who wasn’t as ‘together’ today as the class winner, liked her head and breed type, good eye, strong neck and shoulders, good bone and feet, pleasing in outline although I would like a slightly better top-line, moved out well enough.

1. Dunbar’s Linirgor Nine To Five. Promising young bitch of 13 months, appealed for make and shape and was pleasing in outline both moving and standing, good breed type, good bone and feet, very expressive feminine head, lovely neck and shoulders, she just flowed all through with sound angulation, level top-line, well muscled rear and good tail carriage, in excellent coat and condition, she moved out freely with good reach and drive, a really lovely bitch, BOB & G2.

2. Bolton’s Megarvey Still Game for Shiresmill. Beautifully presented male of 13 months, top end in height but nicely constructed with strong neck and shoulders, masculine kind head and expression, correct bone with straight front, well ribbed, he moved out well with good reach and drive from rear, in excellent coat and condition.

McAleese’s Sheriffmuir Glorious Lad at Glormhorcu. 2½ year old male with lovely gentle head and expression, correct bone with good feet, liked his make and shape, a really nice outline, he was well angulated with good neck and well made shoulders, well ribbed and strong loin, very well muscled in rear with sound top-line, in superb coat and condition.

1. Turnbull’s Alibren Crystal Ocean. Well presented bitch of 3 years with feminine head and expression, would like a slightly better balanced skull, good neck, shoulders and top-line, straight front with good bone, lovely outline and movement, in beautiful coat and well muscled condition.

2. Grady’s Glenrioch Sengalicious. 5 year old dog, well presented, would like a slightly cleaner front but he had good bone and feet, strong neck and shoulders, pleasing body shape standing, would like slightly better angulation all through to give a little more reach and drive on the move.

1. Purdie’s Megarvey Itty Bitty Boo JW. Lovely bitch of 5 years with lovely eye, feminine head and expression, straight, clean front with good bone, lovely neck and shoulders with sound top-line, beautifully angulated all through with sound, well muscled rear, she moved out well covering the ground easily, in good coat and condition.

2. Ewart’s Beaupippin Dusky Lilac. Feminine bitch of nearly 8 years, kind head and expression, lovely outline, not the reach of neck of 1 but she moved out well with an easy ground covering gait, nicely angulated with sound level top-line, presented in good coat and condition, BV & VG2.

3. McAleese’s Lochtaymor Murraymint for Glormhorcu.

SPANIEL (COCKER)

1. Neatham’s Shoogsea Jessica Rabbit VW. 8 year old bitch, very feminine in head with sweet expression, good front and bone, nicely angulated with good top-line, would like her a little more compact but she was sound moving and presented in lovely condition, BOB, BV & VG1.

2. Neatham’s Shoogsea Peach Streisand VW. 11 year old bitch, another who was feminine in head and expression, she could be a little straighter in front and again a little more compact but she had a good rib and lovely temperament, another presented in good condition.

SPANIEL (ENGLISH SPRINGER)

1. Rose’s Pinereoch Amethyst of Rosannoch. Well wasn’t this exuberant puppy having such a lovely time, just 6 months and in such lovely coat and condition, very feminine in head and expression, soundly constructed all through with good bone and feet, correct proportions and the very best temperament, showed some good movement when she settled, I loved everything about her, I think she has a very promising future, BOB, BP and PG2.

1. Hogg’s Gailiech Ngalyod. Male of 21 months, could do with more condition but nicely constructed all through, masculine head, good neck and shoulders, straight front and good feet, lovely rich tan markings, sound top-line, moved steadily when settled.

2. McNeil’s Woodland Hoppers Evening Star over Barrabrae (imp HRV). 4 year old who wasn’t as sound on the move as 1, very unsettled, masculine head, he looked well standing in profile, sound top-line and well muscled.

1. Millar’s Yennadon Benriach JW ShCEx. Very nicely presented 5 year old male with very expressive masculine head, good neck and shoulders with good depth of chest, well ribbed and strong loin, immaculate coat that gleamed, a nice outline standing and moving, he moved out freely with an easy ground covering gait, BOB & G4.

2. Millar/Scobie’s Yennadon Calvay JW. Larger framed male of 3½ years, not the front of 1 but he had strong neck and shoulders and was well ribbed, sound top-line and well muscled rear, he moved out well and another in excellent coat and condition. 

3. McNeil’s Lachmhor Sincerely Yours at Barrabrae (imp HRV).

Cain’s Schonhund Show Tallulah at Lustamusk. 4 year old bitch, nice make and shape, nicely balanced all through, feminine expressive head, straight front with good bone and feet, well ribbed and good depth of chest, sound top-line, appealed for her free easy movement, in excellent coat and condition, BOB & G1.

2. Maclaine/Dickson’s Greyspirit Hopes N Dreams JW. Another nice bitch of 5 years, although I preferred the head of 1, looked well in outline standing and moving, nicely angulated all through with good depth and shape of rib, presented in well toned condition.

3. Cairns’ Lamarg Silver Showtoff.

1. Vallance’s Rowanmyle Was A Skellum. Upstanding 3 year old male who appealed for his outline and balance, very expressive masculine head, sound front and rear, good bone and feet, lovely neck and shoulders, well muscled top-line, well muscled and well angulated rear, he moved out well with an easy gait, presented in beautiful condition, BOB.

2. Thomson’s Bushbane Rathlin Caspellwynd. Another lovely example of this breed, 2½ year old male, just not standing as well in front as class winner, lovely masculine head with gorgeous expression, nicely angulated all through with good top-line, felt he wasn’t moved or handled to advantage today. 

3. Thomson’s Maursett Morganite for Caspellwynd.

Beautifully presented Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla male of 16 months, lovely outline, straight front with good bone and feet, lovely top-line, well angulated throughout, good depth of chest, well ribbed back, moved out soundly and in excellent muscle tone and condition.

2. Hanney’s Maursett Moruisg. What a character this Clumber Spaniel was, 2 year old male full of personality, masculine head and expression, broad skull, good bone and feet, lovely outline standing and moving, in the most superb coat and condition, moved out well.
