American Cocker Spaniel

Junior (1)

1st Arrowbien Ivy Queen. 16 month buff with a pleasing head, plush muzzle of reasonable length with a kind eye, Clean through the neck, firm in topline and balanced behind. On the move she was a little erratic at first but soon settled into her stride keeping her outline well, she could benefit from firmer muscling

PGrad (1)

1st Afterglow Bang Tidy. Mature black with an eye catching outline, plenty of substance under his fabulous coat. Handsome masculine head, well-proportioned with a strong stop, plush foreface and dark cheeky eyes. Lovely length of neck into nicely set shoulder, firm in topline just a touch longer in coupling than my ideal. He has strong quarters giving drive but not quite as clean on the move when it came to the challenge. RBOB

Flowed through the neck and shoulder into a short, firm topline. Plenty of spring of rib under a beautiful coat. Well muscled rear gave a lovely driving action that was matched by her excellent reach giving ground covering movement. BOB

Firm topline held well on the move. Strong bone and correct length of leg. Went well once she settled BP

PGrad (2, 1abs)

PGroup 1 Macarica Fair and Square. Italian Spinone Loved her make and shape and beautiful questioning expression. Although down the line in an earlier class given the open space of the bigger ring she really got into her stride and I could not look past her fabulous movement so I had to be true to myself and give her the puppy group

PGroup 2 Cafotaliena Thief of Hearts by Brobruick. Gordon Setter. Still giving his best and showing such great breed type

PGroup 3 Cupid’s Halo. Pointer. Yes a baby in this strong company but so classy
