Border Terriers

Puppy (4, 1)

1st Horner: Stineval Lambert. I thought this puppy was very smart indeed. I could imagine him quite easily doing the job for which he was bred. Excellent overall balance. His head is of the correct proportions - with moderate width of skull and short muzzle. Clean neck leading to correct forehand construction. Correct handspan behind the withers and well ribbed back. Narrow through his body leading to moderately angulated hindquarters. Good bone with small neat feet. Coat is harsh and dense with good undercoat. Moved around the ring with purpose. BOB, G1 and PG1.

Moderate neck leading to well laid shoulder and narrow body. Well ribbed back. Correct amount of bone. Small feet. Good coat with correct undercoat. In the challenge I just felt that the puppy winner put a little more effort in but a quality dog nonetheless.
