1st Morris’ MYCALLEYS CHINA
A very pretty black lady with a lot to like about her. Super head piece, well developed with expressive eyes, muzzle has breadth to give that feminine expression. Clean reach of neck into well placed shoulders Body of good proportions, ribs well sprung for her age and correct sloping topline. Quaters well made with good angulation, hocks well let down. Did enough on the move just needs to find her feet to complete the picture. A very promising youngster who I like a lot.

1st Morris’ MYCALLEYS CHINA
2nd Sunter’s KENOULA GYPSY KING
20-month -old black and tan of good overall type. He did not quite have the outline on the stack of China. His head is masculine with enough work, would like him a shade cleaner through the neck. Stands on good legs and well proportioned. Quarters well developed with stifles well bent. I don’t think he liked the floor today and consequently he needed to settle on the move.
Open
1ST Morris’ CHURHILL MOSSER DOG AT MYCALLEYS
Smart buff dog, full of type. I liked his head and expression, enhanced by a lovely dark eye ears well set. Good through the neck in to well set shoulders, good front assembly. Body of decent proportions. Topline good. Had a good action on the move, covering the ground well to take the class and subsequently Best of Breed.
2nd Steel and Jefferson’s MYCALLEYS MOONDUST OVER SHARNAMBER
Another pleasing Buff with a lot to like about him, head of good proportions and a kind eye. Good overall shape and balance, coat in super condition. Not quite the front construction of the winner and consequently lacked a little in front extension which cost him the place. Well-handled to advantage.
Alaskan Malamute
Open
1st Vasarhelyl OKINASTAR I’M THE MAN
Though this chap was super on the stack, in great condition. Super example of the breed with a good head piece, good breadth and no exaggeration. Strong neck set into well-placed shoulders. Standing on well bone legs and super feet. Body of good proportions, good angles both ends. Breadth to chest and well-muscled throughout. Well developed quarters. Super coat and condition. The ring really constrained him on the move today and although he did enough to take the class and the breed, he just couldn’t get into a stride so I couldn’t see that powerful driving movement that I am sure he has, which was a shame. Best of Breed
2ND Vasarhelyl OKINASTAR ALL OF THE LIGHTS
Litter sister to the winner and again a lovely type but unfortunately not happy on the floor today. Head is pleasing, feminine and with good proportions, ears well set on. Clean in neck, shoulders well-set but would like a shade more return of forearm, legs well bone and super feet. Depth to chest, powerful hindquarters, stifles well bent.

1st Moran’s AIBREAN DROPS OF JUPITER AT GRANBORN
Well-made lady of 23 months with a lot to like about her. Good overall size and proportions; her head is feminine with breadth and a good eye. Strong in neck, into well-laid shoulders, stands on well-muscled legs. Enough depth to chest and decent spring of rib. Good overall proportions. Quarters are well made with good rear angulation. Moved out well despite the small ring. Best of Breed and later Group 2, congratulations.
2nd Moran’s AIBREAN SOMEBODY TOLD ME AT GRANBORN
Young chap just coming up to 12 months and of good type. Super head on him with good breadth. Powerfully built with a deep chest, substantial bone and hard muscle all over. Just didn’t want to play ball on the move today in this class, lifted his game in the puppy group to take the runner up spot.
Open
1st Moran’s AIBREAN MR BRIGHTSIDE
Impressive three-year-old dog, head broad and masculine in expression with a good eye. Standing on good legs and feet, shoulder well-set just a shade wide in front and would have like him tighter in elbow. Good depth of chest, correct croup, quarters well developed. Didn’t moved out as confidently as I wanted, on that point he lost out on BOB to his kennel mate.
Leonberger
Open
1st Burrell’s NEXGEN BOBBY ON THE BEAT
Smart young puppy, developing in the right direction. I liked his head which is balanced for his age, still needs develop in skull but that will come as his head breaks. He has a lovely kind eye, with a hint of mischievousness in it. Neck strong into well laid-back shoulders, Standing on well boned legs. Body of good proportions and hindquarters developing as they should. Moved out well for one so young to beat his kennel mate. Best Puppy and Best of Breed.
2nd Burrell’s LEOSRUS NEVER FORGET
Grand chap with a lot to like about him. 5yr old male, darker colour with lovely dark mask, which gives a masculine expression. Level topline, stands on well bones legs and tight feet. Body well proportioned, good depth of chest. Did enough on the move but as with others in the entry couldn’t get into his stride today in the ring, so gave way to his kennel mate.

1st Kent and Sutton LYFEARON WE’RE ALL MAD HERE
Smart young dog 17months and a lot to like about him. Good overall shape and well balanced, medium sized and not overdone in any way. I thought his head shape was typical, expressive eyes and well set on ears. Good through the neck into a well angulated front, stands on well boned legs and good feet. Level topline and ribs well sprung. Quarters well made with good angulation. Coat, double and of good quality. Came alive on the move with that desired effortless gait. Pleased to award him Best of Breed and later Group 3.

2nd Kent and Sutton’s VUKASIN A SONG OF ICE AND FIRE LYFEARON
Six-year-old bitch very feminine in appearance, well made with good overall balanced. Head is pleasing with good ears. Neck well made, not quite a good in front assemble as the winner. Stands on well boned legs and neat feet.
Working Group: The winner was Black’s GUNNERSNEWF BLACK DESIRE FOR BLACKCOAST (Newfoundland) This chap just has class stamped through him, super shape on the stack. He struggled in the small group ring to get into his stride but what I could see was accurate with a good foot fall. Not surprised to hear afterwards that he is already a champion. Thrilled to later watch him go Best in show, many congratulations. In second place was Moran’s AIBREAN DROPS OF JUPITER AT GRANBORN (Dog De Bordeaux), in third place Kent and Sutton LYFEARON WE’RE ALL MAD HERE (Siberian Husky) and in fourth place Hudson’s DIAMOND DAISY QUEEN (Boxer).
Working Puppy Group: The Puppy Group was won by Duff’s TITANBEARS VAIN GLORIUMS (Newfoundland) who won this spot on his outline and overall balance. Second was Moran’s AIBREAN SOMEBODY TOLD ME AT GRANBORN, who was another smart puppy he just not corporate on the move in the groups and in third spot Burrell’s NEXGEN BOBBY ON THE BEAT, who was not as fluid on the move as he was in the breed.

Lovely bitch on the stack, thought she would be the winner on my first walk round but not quite as together on the move as she needed to be. Just rising one and has a super shape on her, feminine in head, very pretty, clean neck into well set shoulders, good lay back. Well ribbed for her age. Quarters are developing nicely.

3rd VUKASIN A SONG OF ICE AND FIRE LYFEARON
AV Stakes Veteran Dog
1st SH CH CHANANGEL STICKY WICKET (WSS)
This chap defies his age, I recall I judged him as a youngster some eight or nine years ago. He did well then but like a fine he has just got better with age. Now at eleven and a half he moved round the ring like a youngster, full of breed type and has quality stamped through him. Best Veteran in show against the top-class Puli.
2nd MACALL BUSHMAN (BEAGLE)
A very handsome chap, head balanced with good proportions, masculine in expression. He has a good overall shape, level topline, chest well let down and ribs well sprung. Stands on well boned legs and feet. Hindquarters well developed with stifles well bent. Strode out on the move with drive to take this place.
3rd MYOJO MORGAN AT GLENDYKE
AV Stakes Veteran Bitch
1st CH SILKATA THEME FOR A DREAM (HUNGARIAN PULI)
This was a smart lady with quality stamped through her, not surprised to see that she has her title. Ten years young and she drove round the ring like a youngster. She is very well made, shoulder well laid back and stands on good straight leg and feet. Good depth to her ribs and well sprung. Hindquarters have balanced angles. I though she had very typical movement and she pushed the WSS very hard for best veteran.
2nd WHIRLYGIG WOTTATODOO AT MUMYSAMI (Min S/H DACHSHUND)
Another one not showing her age, she has good overall proportions and no exaggeration. Her head is appealing and has good shape, pleasing in expression. She is a very balanced bitch, she moved out well with her head held high, moved true unlucky to meet the winner on such form.
3rd KENQUINCE PISONIA OF CYNAMI (RHODESIAN RIDGEBACK)
