1ST Gascoigne, Mrs D, Nivalis Augustus: A male of almost 3 years of age. He demonstrates good breed type. Well balanced, quality bone all through, correct, clean and complete mouth and dentition, clean ears, large square head that is not overdone in any way, dark full eyes, correct shoulder placement and corresponding return of upper arm, powerful hindquarters, large round feet. On the moved he showed very good movement that was straight both fore and aft. Reserve Best Dog

1ST Boden, Mrs & Mr S L & D K, Tweedsmuir Just Cruzin Among Suelynda: An eye-catching male of 4 years of age who demonstrates extremely good breed type but not coarse or overdone in any department. Presented in super condition, showing very clean lines all through. Super large square head, dark amber eye showing no haw, clean, large ears. Complete, clean and correct dentition, strong jaws. Neck thick into excellent front with well placed shoulders and corresponding return of upper arm, body very good width and depth to brisket, body moderately long, ribs well sprung, hindquarters powerful, hocks low, large, round feet with short nails, moved to perfection, absolutely true fore and aft. Puppy Bitch (3, 1abs)

1ST Burge, Mrs Z, Gracedieu Brooklyn Bridge: Almost 12 months of age. I thought this bitch to be very well balanced and presented in super condition. Feminine but correct head of medium length with clean eyes free from haw, dentition correct, clean and complete, vine-shaped clean ears, powerful neck, adequate bone all through, strong forequarters, deep chest and moderate body length, hocks low, stifle well bent and set straight, moved well once settled, again, presented in fabulous condition. BP

2ND Milner Miss J & Jefferson, Mr R, Gracedieu Willow: Litter sister to my first placed bitch I’m assuming. Many of the same attributes apply, the handler must be careful not to overstretch this bitch when standing as she can appear to be marginally straight in stifle which she is not when standing correctly. Again, nearly 12 months of age, good head, correct, clean and complete dentition, deep stop. Strong neck into well placed shoulders, deep chest with good width, quality bone all through, muscular loin, large round feet – moved very well and completely sound but not the fluidity of movement of my first placed exhibit.

Junior Bitch (3)

1ST Boden, Mrs & Mr S L & D K, Suelynda Kreme Della Kreme: The clue is in the name with this bitch of just 15 months of age – I thought her to be truly beautiful, correct, free of exaggeration and presented and shown to perfection – thank you. A future champion in the waiting. With large square head of correct medium length with clean eyes totally free from haw and heavy brows, correct, clean and complete dentition with strong jaw, vine-shaped clean ears that are correctly placed, powerful neck, adequate bone all through, strong forequarters, moderate body length, hocks low, stifle well bent and set straight, moved well, again, presented in fabulous condition. On the move she extended from her forehand assembly and showed excellent drive from the rear. A worthy recipient of Reserve Best Bitch

2ND Dawson, Mr R I & Mrs P E and Miss M, Big Boom’s Viking Liv Beskerby Imp Hrv: A bitch of 16 months of age who certainly looked far more mature than her tender age. Pleasing overall type but not the lines and quality of my 1ST placed exhibit. Large typical head, strong jaws, complete, clean and correct dentition, strong neck, well placed shoulders, brisket of good width and depth, strong hindquarters, moved well and soundly.

1ST Monaghan, Mr & Mrs, PM & HD, SH CH Tweedsmuir She’s So Sheek: What a totally stunning bitch and only 28 months of age. Epitomises the breed for me, beautifully presented and shown, with clean lines and angles all through and excellent muscletone. Balanced all through, good head, deep stop, strong strong underjaw, dentition correct clean and complete, muscled neck into well placed shoulders, deep chest with prominent sternum, well sprung ribs, muscular loin, large round feet – once gathered up by her handler she moved soundly and accurately driving from her hindquarters. Best Bitch and Best Of Breed

2ND Dawson, Mr R I & Mrs P E and Miss M, Beskerby Luminescent: A bitch of 5 years of age, pleasing overall type and beautifully presented on the day – thank you. Well balanced and extremely well boned bitch, head large and square but not overdone, dentition correct clean and complete, deep stop and heavy brows, clean eyes free from haw, large vine-shaped clean ears, strong well placed shoulders and corresponding return of upper arm, slightly loaded over the shoulders, deep chest, well sprung ribs, powerful hindquarters, stifles well bent hocks low. Moved soundly but latterly appeared to flag a little, which I put down to the temperature on the day.
