I would like to thank the exhibitors for accepting me as a replacement judge at very short notice and for having to wait for judging to start due to the appointed judge Mrs Heather McCormanck, unfortunately having an accident en route to the show. I’m pleased to report that she was not injured.

MPD 1

1st Green & Martin's Goviz Spring Rains by Viszaset. Very nice young dog. Lovely head, eye & expression; large open nose. Good length of neck & depth of chest. Nice topline. Moved well covering the ground with ease on neat feet.

PD 2, 1

1 Harper’ Pitswarren So Nex Century. Nicely balanced in head & well grown for age. Large open nose. Good width of skull. Good length of neck & depth of chest. Well-muscled throughout. Good glossy coat. Moved well on neat feet.

JD 4

1 Roe's Rarog Ruda Szata for Pirospont (IMP POL). Lovely outline. Well-constructed with excellent forechest & depth of chest. Good bone. Nicely balanced head. Good. topline. Well let down hocks. Moved well covering the ground on neat feet, tail held a little high.

2 Senior & Seymour's Vizslanya Csatar. Nicely balanced. Good head with nice eye & intelligent expression. Large open nose. Pleasing spring of rib & good width of upper & lower thigh. Well let-down hocks. Moved well on good feet.

YD 2

1 Underdown's Bitcon Jackpot. Good outline. Nice glossy coat. Well balanced in head with large open nose. Good reach and strength of neck. Nice angulation fore & aft. Good depth of chest; nice topline. Moved well on good feet.

2 Pachana's Slavenja Eter (NAF) (IMP POL). Well-constructed with well-proportioned head. Good neck & forechest. Nice topline and good bone. Nicely developed over loin. Well let-down hocks. Moved OK just need a little more confidence.

PGD 3,1

1 Kubikova's Darwin Gurdau (IMP CZE). Well grown & shown in good muscular condition. masculine head with nice eye & expression. Excellent depth of chest. Well ribbed back leading to strong loin. Moved well coming & going on neat feet.

2 Underdown's Kenxtwen Chocolate Chip. Another nice dog shown in well-muscled condition. Large open nose. Good reach of neck and pleasing forechest with good depth of chest. Correct topline & tailset. Not quite so positive on the move as 1.

LD 6,2

1 Porter-Manning & Porter's Wallaroo Hawk Eye JW. Res CC. Lovely balanced outline with masculine head, intelligent eye & expression. Good ratio of skull to muzzle; large open nose and good earset. Excellent angulation fore & aft. Excellent forechest & depth of chest. Good ribcage leading to strong loin. Moved well on neat feet. Shown in excellent muscular condition.

2 Zafar's Avar Hunter Danube Slovakia. Another nice dog and close up to 1. Masculine head with nice eye & expression; large open nose. Good depth of chest. Nice width of upper & lower thigh. Well let down hocks. Excellent coat & condition.

3 Hughes's Ambravittoriya Oskar at Listerlo (imp RUS)

OD 8

1 Miles's Sh Ch Layways Van Winkle JW. CC & BOB.Best outline in the class. Very mature with lovely masculine head & correct skull to muzzle ratio. Large open nose; nice eye & intelligent expression. Excellent angulation fore & aft. Well-developed forechest & depth of chest. Ribcage goes well back to short, strong loin. Well let-down hocks. Good width of upper & lower thigh. Moved soundly really striding out on neat feet with correct pasterns and good head and tail carriage.

2 Elliot's Aldom Dark 'n' Stormy. Another nice dog with attractive head, nice eye & expression; large open nose. Good angulation fore & aft. Good depth of chest & spring of rib. Nice topline. Just not as positive on the move as 1.

2 Seymour's Vizslanya Csatar. Nicely developed young dog. Typical outline & masculine head with nice eye & expression; large open nose. Excellent depth of chest. Well let-down hocks. Moved well on neat feet but not quite as positive as 1.

VB 1

1 Walford's Westhallows Grand Finale. Best Veteran. Very feminine & in excellent condition for age. Sweet head with well-proportioned skull to muzzle length. Nice length of neck; good depth of chest. Nice topline. Well let-down hocks. Covered the ground well on the move with each stride.

MPB 1

1 Adams & Aynsley's Vizash Elenk. Lovely baby with lots of promise. Feminine head with nice width of skull & width of muzzle. Correct earset & shape of ears. Good length of neck. Excellent forechest for age. Nice depth of chest & bone. Good spring of rib. Good length of ribcage going well back to short loin. Moved well coming & going.

1 Harper’s Pitswarren's Siyon. Best Puppy. Nicely grown for age. Well balanced head with intelligent eye & expression. Large open nose. Excellent length of neck, good depth of chest. Well let down hocks. Shown in excellent coat & muscular condition. Really strode out on the move on neat feet.

3 Porter-Manning & Porter's Roughshoot Quintessential

JB 2 Two lovely bitches. Both should have a good future. Just preferred the front movement of 1 on the day.

1 Upton & Challis's Vizslanya Mafila to Tragus. Beautiful bitch so well balanced in outline. Lovely feminine head with intelligent expression and eyes of good colour and nicely fitting. Large open nose. Excellent length of neck; pleasing forechest for age. Good depth of chest & width of upper & lower thigh. Nice bone throughout.. Moved covering the ground well on neat feet. Shown in excellent coat & muscular condition.

2 Hughes's Listerlo Russian Roulette. Very nice bitch just not quite the front assembly of 1 at the moment. Similar comments apply as for my winner. Nice eye & expression; large open nose. Good depth of chest and correct top line. Well let down hocks. Shown in good coat & condition.

1 Walford's Piroskutya Aquilla. Nicely developed for age. Good eye shape and colour. Large open nose. Good angulation fore & aft. Pleasing depth of chest. Well let-down hocks. Moved well both coming & going.

2 Challis's Vizlanya Csibe JW. Nice outline. Good angulation fore & aft. Well-proportioned head with nice eye & expression but lacking a little in pigmentation. Nice depth of chest. Good width of upper & lower thigh. Well let-down hocks. Moved well really covering the ground with each stride.

3 St Romaine's Nemzet Kincse True Savannah for Szentromai (IMP HUN)

NB 3

1 Price's Chica Queen of Locura at Aldom (IMP CZE). Nicely grown with well-proportioned head. Good reach of neck, nice depth of chest and correct topline. Covered the ground well on the move, better behind than in front but preferred movement over that of 2.

2 Porter-Manning & Porter's Roughshoot Quintessential. Nice puppy with excellent angulation fore & aft. Sweet feminine head with nice eye & expression. large open nose. Well let down hocks. Not too together on the move but time is on her side.

3 Walford's Piroskutya Ara

PGB 4,1

1 Binkowski’s Omri's Ruda Szata (IMP POL). Res CC. Best outline in the class. Well-proportioned head. Nice eye shape and colour and well set in. Good earset & shape. Excellent length of neck. Good forechest & nice depth of chest. Good spring of rib with rib cage going well back. Well let-down hocks. Moved soundly infront & behind on good feet. Nice coat & shown in hard muscular condition.

2 Littler's Listerlo Golden Oriole. Very nice bitch with excellent forechest & front assembly. Nice head, eye and expression; large open nose. Nice strong loin but carrying a little too much weight today. Moved well really covering the ground.

3 Cracknell's Kincsem For Your Eyes Only

1 Moggridge's Recuerdo Chukar Hershey Bar. CC. Best outline in the class. Up to size for a bitch. Nice head with intelligent eye & expression. Large open nose. Good reach of neck. Nice angulation and good bone throughout. Good depth of chest and well let-down hocks. Moved soundly on neat feet.

2 Warnes's Luckville Digitalis By Debian. So close up to 1. Another nice bitch with lovely feminine head & intelligent expression. Good depth of chest, nice rib-cage and well let-down hocks. Shown in good coat & condition. Just preferred movement of 1.

3 Legg, Scott & Watson's Oakswarren Pure Magic (AI)

1 O R Szata (IMP POL). Best outline in class.

2 Moggridge's Recuerdo Marika. Another nice bitch with lovely feminine head, nice eye & expression with large open nose. Good length of neck. Nice depth of chest & spring of rib. Well let-down hocks. Good width of upper & lower thigh. Nice bone. Moved well. Carrying a little too much weight at the moment.
