Bournemouth. Bull Terrier

The dogs are such great characters. A few mouth issues which affected placings, very frustrating as a judge. At the end of judging my hands were rather white, clouds of white dust coming off a dog whilst you go over it doesn’t actually improve its chances of a win.

Puppy D (1)

1st: 108 DE ROUBAIX, Mrs Lara Zanderlari Sandman

Masc d who is a sound mover. Accurate with a good length of stride. He is just a bit strong in head, but masc and egg shaped. V good eyes. Lengthy neck. Well laid shoulder. Good spring of rib. Short loin. He could be slightly shorter in back. Well made rear. BP

Junior d (1)

1st: 122 PRING, Mr Gareth CROESYBULLYS DOMINATOR OF DENUBULLIES

Bouncy d enjoying himself. When he got into stride has a lengthy stride, using his rear well. Masc head which could be slightly longer. V good eyes. Would prefer more neck and a slightly better shoulder. He has v good width of chest. Well sprung ribs and short loin. Well made rear.

1st: 104 BECKINSALE, Mrs Sian Cywbullys Thundering Tank

Slightly heavy type b, enjoying himself. Head is strong and quite wide. Well placed eyes with good expression. Medium length neck. Well laid shoulder. Deep and broad chest. Well spring ribs. Ok rear. Slightly long in back.

1st: 134 YOUNG, Mr M Kirkville Tokyo Jo

Solid, fit d, so v well muscled up. He has a masc head, good down face. Well placed eyes. Could have more neck. Rather upright in his pasterns. Deep and broad chest. Well spring ribs that go back to a short loin. Has a well made rear which he uses well. Could be tidier coming towards.

1st: 110 DODD, Mrs Annaliese & DODD, Mr Michael Bluepoint Patchogue at Miandale

Sound moving d who is well put together. He has a good mouth. Masc head, which could be longer. He has enough neck. Slightly better front than 2. Broad and deep chest. Well ribbed back. Moderate rear. He is v well balanced. CC

2nd: 130 TEWKESBURY, Mr Jack Tewkabull Peaky Blinder

Macs d whose proportions I liked. He is moderate in his angulation but well balanced. Has a good mouth. Liked his length head. Medium neck. Deep chest. Could be slightly firmer in front action.

Fem and sound moving b . Needs some more confidence. She has a well shaped head but could have a wider underjaw. Lengthy neck. She is slightly long in back. Well ribbed. Well made rear.

Junior b (2)

1st: 115 JOHN, Mr Gareth & JOHN, Mrs Emma Bluepoint White Swan for Garthybull

Liked the proportions on this free moving b. Could have a slightly longer head, has good width to muzzle. Well set eyes. Enough neck. Well laid shoulder and sloping upper arm. Well sprung ribs. Quite a good rear. Feet could be tighter.

2nd: 121 PACHOWICZ, Miss Marta Karolina & WITOSLAWSKI, Mr D Renae Princess of The Sky

Close call between these 2.

1st: 120 O'CONNELL, Mr K Bluepoint blackbird at Koellen

Prefered the head on this b, has good width of muzzle. Well set eyes. She has enough neck. Could have more angulation front and rear but she is very well balanced. Well ribbed. Broad chest. Topline is ok.

2nd: 118 KITTLE, Mr Harrison Treszia Devils Quilla

Slightly heavier type of b, but still feminine. Liked her length head. Ok neck . She is slightly forward in shoulder. Deep and broad in chest. Carries tail slightly high. Moved well.

1st: 125 PULLEN, Miss E Razorsedge Are You Ready

Well proportioned b who moved well. Well shaped egg shaped head which could be slightly longer. Liked her width to muzzle. Well set eyes. Medium neck and could have a better lay of shoulder. Deep and broad chest. She could be shorter in back. Well bent stifle with low hocks. Moved well.

2nd: 129 TAYLOR, Mr Mark William & TAYLOR, Mrs Audrey Ragnarok Boadicea

Liked her outline. She has a lengthy head. Quite wide. Has a medium neck. Front

moderate. Not feet of 1. She is v well bodied. Topline is level. Again slightly long. Has a v good rear.

Open b (7,2)

1st: 126 ROBINSON, Mrs Lisa Miandale Enchantress

Really lovely b who even in a good class stood away. She has a super outline. Fem head. Long enough, egg shaped with correct width. V good eye and expression. She has enough neck. Shoulders well laid and slope to upper arm. Well ribbed back. Broad chest. Enough hind angulation. She is a v good mover, accurate with stride. B full of fun. CC & BOB and I understand a Champion on the day.

2nd: 128 BURGOS ARTERO, Mr Andres Mildre's bulls Fire Galaxy

Liked her strength whilst still feminine. She has a good head, down faced. Dark eyes. Lengthy neck. Shoulder ok. Broad chest. Could be better coming towards and she is too upright in pastern. Super body. Level topline. Well bent stifle and low hocks. V good profile action. RCC
