Hats off to the small band of enthusiasts who are keeping this breed going. Good to see a few new faces.

Veteran D (1)

1ST Ch Sukunimi Haway Geordie (Mrs L, Mr S D & Mrs A M Anderson & Piearce)

Fairly square d of 12 years. Full of life. In v good coat. Masc head, eyes a little round. Ok neck. Moderate in angulation. Firm topline. Tail is ok. Quite a good mover.

Puppy d (2)

Both show a lot of promise.

1ST Valokki Guovssahasat (Mrs K & Mr D Barlev)

Almost square d. Better mover of the 2 but can still firm in front. V good head. Well set eyes. Ok neck. Well ribbed back. Preferred his tail to 2. Moderate rear, BP

2ND Valokki Virmalised (Mrs G Honisett)

He is square and nicely up on leg. Good head and eye. Slightly narrow in front. Well ribbed. Firm topline. Needs a better tail. Rather too moderate in rear

1ST Saisaaren Salmiakki via Valokki (Imp Fin) (Miss A C & Mr D J Rolfe)

Really good young d, could be better at moving in a straight line. Square and nicely up on leg. Well balanced head. Good neck. Well bodied. Angulation is in balance. Well set tail. Quick mover.

1ST Sukunimi Olli (Mrs L, Mr S D & Mrs A M Anderson & Piearce)

Really typical d, just a bit wilful at times. Masc in head. Enough neck . Well made front. Good body. Excellent tail. Just a but wide going away for the first few steps. V typical side gait. Thought his outline and proportions excellent. CC & BOB

1ST Ch Toveri Teppo by Markku (Mr & Mrs Masters)

Square d who was fairly accurate on the move, would like a better eye and expression. Ok neck. Balanced in his angulation. Well set tail. In enough coat. Could have moved with a bit more animation. RCC

2ND Era Jarhen Turo at Sukunimi (Imp Fin) (Mr S D & Mrs A M Piearce)

Lightly built d, just a bit long. Has a tendency to lean on the move, head is typical. Rather moderate in his hind angulation. Holds a level topline. I see he sired the BOB, who has excellent proportions.

3RD Finn Ch/ch Karahkan Fransu to Toveri (Imp Fin) (Mrs M-D & Mrs A Montgomery & Cavill)

Just looked a bit heavy and giving nothing on the move here.

1ST Valokki Pipari (Mr A & Ms C Green & Dardis)

Really lovely b. She is square, lightly built and moves v well. Fem head, but could have better eyes. Enough neck. Well laid shoulder. Enough hind angulation. Super topline. Excellent tail. CC, which I understand makes her a Champion, indeed a ‘Crufts Champion’ as all 3 won at this show – congratulations. BV.

2ND Ch Toveri Tosca of Lelaps (Messrs D & J Knights & Stokes)

Longer in back than 1 and can loose her topline. She has a pleasing head. Well made front. Moderate in angulation. Tail slightly short.

Square and lightly built b. She has super eyes. Enough neck. Moderate in angulation. V good tail. Rather playful with her front as yet.

1ST Pykalan Onnen Potku to Toveri (Imp Fin) (Mr & Mrs S and Mr & Mrs D Byrne and Cavill)

Square b who looks good in profile action, she could just be better out and back.she , legs were rather going in every direction, maybe the carpet. She has a lovely, well proportioned head with super eyes. Enough neck. Slightly forward in shoulder. Lever topline. Ok rear. Better tail than 2. RCC

2ND Valokki Sampo (Mr A & Ms C Green & Dardis)

Accurate moving b. Head is ok, not eye of 1. Enough neck. Topline rises ever so slightly. V moderate rear. Tail could be longer.
