I thought type was fairly even in this entry. Eye colour was a concern in some. Having a student judge seemed to work well and not slow down proceedings and enabled him to study a whole entry.

Fully mature d. Lower than I prefer. Has a v good head. Correct neck., well laid shoulder. Well ribbed back. Holds a firm topline. V good rear. Accurate and very typical mover. CC

Lower than I prefer. He has a typical head for his age. Enough neck. Quite a good front. Well ribbed. Would like a stronger rear.

Raw but has potention. Slightly long in muzzle. He has a very typical expression. Medium neck. Front is ok. Well ribbed back. Rear ok and a sound mover.

Proportions are quite good. I would like tighter eyes and more stop. Correct neck and quite a good front and he comes at you v well. Level topline. Could have more angulation at rear and drive better.

Liked his proportions best in this class. Would like a better eye colour. He has enough neck. He is balanced in angulation. Best mover.

He has a masc head. Ok neck. Would like a better topline. He needs more weight. Better mover than 3.

3rd: 3162 MOWBRAY, Mrs S Crumbledor Reubus Hagrid

Typy d who was best mover in class. Has the best head and eye of these 2. Enough neck. Well bodied. Firm in topline. Needs more hind angulation but uses what he has v well.

2nd: 3166 SWIETALSKI, Mrs Christine FRED SIOP GANOL INTO BOWSWIZZLER

Quite good proportions. Medium neck. Deep chest. Balanced and moderate in angulation. Uses tail well.

Lower than I prefer and today was rather heavy, which made him look even lower. He is such a good mover, accurate with drive. Well balanced masc head. Could appear to have have more neck, caused by being heavy over the shoulder. He has well sprung ribs to a firm loin. V good rear. RCC

2nd: 3164 SWIETALSKI, Mrs Christine Sh Ch SOVAROMA RELATIVELY FRANK WITH BOWSWIZZLER

Liked his proportions. Would like a better eye. Enough neck. Quite a good front. Well ribbed. Not the rear or coat of 1.

She has good proportions and is v happy. Moderate length neck. Quite a good front with width. Can firm in topline needs more hind angulation.

Lower type b. She has a fem head. Lengthy neck. She is well made front and rear. Topline runs up stood. Ok rear.

Like her proportions and she moved well. Fem head. Eyes could be better. Lengthy neck. Well made in front., well ribbed to a firm loin. Holds her topline. She has enough hind angulation. Really good honest, typy Sussex. CC & BOB

She has v good coat and colour. Quite a good head with typical expression. Medium neck. Would like better pasterns and feet, which is where the yearling b beat her.. Firm in topline. Moderate rear. Moved quite well.

Lower than i prefer but liked her head, coat and colour. She is ok for neck. Has good angulation and goes well. Holds a level topline standing and moving. Feet are better than 2.

2nd: 3155 MATTHEWS, Miss E Sh Ch Foxhampton Fly By Night JW

Prefered her proportions to 1. Better head than 3. She is ok in neck. Slack with her topline standing. She moves out quite well. Moderate hind angulation.
