A lovely entry in both quantity and quality.

Two 16 months brothers.

1st Wareham and Dustan’s Maursett Melwyn

Stronger made of the pair and more outgoing today. Lovely, well-shaped head with good dentition. Straight in front with firm level topline and well bent stifles. Presented a balanced outline when standing and moved freely using his tail correctly.

2nd Whitehouse’s Maursett Muttley at Molvonia

Clean in outline with balanced head and typical stoic expression. In good body and well made through. In lovely bright white coat. Unsettled on the move but did settle a bit as the class went on.

1st Fenwick, Thompson and Langridge’s Badgersmoon Mr Branson

Just out of junior and showing a positive disposition. Well-shaped head with correct eyes and lovely expression. Straight, well boned front. Firm level topline with strength over his loins. He moved well today and was presented in good coat condition.

1st Pickering’s Wahnahnish Superman

What a promising young lad. Masculine, balanced head with strong neck and well laid shoulders. His elbows nicely tucked in. Well balanced body with good depth and width. Firm, level topline. Moved well showing drive from behind. Well turned out with bright white coat. Reserve CC.

2nd Harvey’s Gracedieu Sherbert

Kind head with pleasing eyes and well placed ears giving a typical expression. Moved freely showing a positive temperament and enjoying his showing. Not the coat of the winner today.

1st Thorogood’s Anbrook Don't Stop Me Now at Harrifield

Stronger in head with good width to his skull and correct bite. Straight, well boned front showing good width to his chest. Strong neck of good length. Well bodied with good width and length to his ribs. Firm level topline. Well angulated quarters with a good bend of stifle. He moved well carrying his wagging tail correctly.

2nd Langridge’s Carmel Apple White Roll at Badgersmoon

Well headed boy with good eyes and well placed ears of correct shape. Good length to his body. Lovely rear angulation, stifles well bent and hocks are well let down. Not as positive on the move as the winner today.

1st Whitehouse’s Sh Ch Maursett Mallachie at Molvonia

Worthy Champion, looking well here and showing a positive disposition. Balanced in head with good eye shape and well placed ears. Strong neck of good length leads to straight, well boned front and then to well-rounded feet. Well-proportioned body showing length, width and depth to his ribs and well-muscled over the loins giving a firm level topline. Strong quarters of good width. He has a correct tail set and moved to advantage showing drive and strength. A pleasure to award him the CC and BoB.

1st Sheppard’s Whissgig Daddy Cool

At 9 years, this one was moving and showing so well. Strong neck. Well-constructed front. Good length of body and super topline for his age. Strong over the quarters with moderate stifles. Best Veteran. Disappointed not to see him when I judged the Veteran Group later.

Sweet youngster showing plenty of promise. Feminine head with correct dentition. Straight, well boned front. Well balanced body with good length to her ribs. Well angulated quarters. She moved well for her age. It will be interesting to see how she develops. Best Puppy.

Won this class on her sound honest movement. Smaller type but balanced through. Pleasing in head with good eyes and typical expression. Well-proportioned body showing good length and depth for her age. Good width to her quarters with nicely turned stifles. In good body.

2nd Pickering’s Wymeswold Verdejo at Greencourt

Larger mould than the winner. Well-shaped head with good ear placement. Strong neck and well laid shoulders and nicely tucked in elbows. Well angulated quarters. She looked well standing but movement was difficult to assess. Needs to settle.

3rd Sheppard’s Whissgig Honeysuckle

1st Boden’s Suelynda Kreme Della Kreme

Up to size, and needing to fill out. At 17 months, there is plenty of time for this. Strong neck of good length. She has a firm level topline and well angulated quarters. In gleaming white coat and moving well, there is plenty to like here.

2nd Harvey’s Willowdog Primrose

More compact type with correctly proportioned head, compact body with firm couplings. Well bodied and moved to advantage. Would prefer more feathering.

Just right for her age. Lovely head with good length of muzzle and clean eyes. Strong neck of good length. Straight in front with well-proportioned body. She has strength over her quarters with good width of thigh and well-turned stifles. She moved well, showing a positive disposition.

2nd Langridge, Thompson and Fenwick’s Badgersmoon Lady Isabel

Shorter in body and carrying more weight. Pleasing in head, firm and level in topline. She has well-turned stifles. Carrying plenty of body coat. Moved ok.

1st Charlesworth Ironside’s Tavirosh Sugar Plum Fairy

Lovely to go over and pressed for top honours today. Strong yet feminine head. Good front with straight bone and width to her chest. Well ribbed with firm couplings and level topline. She is well angulated behind with well-turned stifles and good width to her thighs. She moved well here and carried her wagging tail correctly.

2nd Sheppard’s Whissgig Comedy of Errors

Mature with well-shaped head. Clean neck of good length leads to well-made front and nice feet. She has a good length of body and enough depth to her chest. Well angulated behind, she moved well.

Super example of the breed looking well today and in good form. Lovely head with plenty of shape, well placed ears and clean eyes. Straight, well boned in front with strong neck and well laid shoulders. Well bodied with good width and depth to her chest and firm couplings giving a level topline. She has strong quarters with well-turned stifles and a correct tail set. Presented in good coat, she moved freely showing herself to advantage. A pleasure to judge and award her the CC.

Another good one here, also looking the part and moving well. Lovely head with correct expression and ear placement. Strong neck leads to well laid shoulders. Well ribbed with good length to her body. She has a firm level topline and correct tail set. Strong well angulated quarters with good width of thigh. She was in good coat. I was pleased to award her the RCC in strong competition.
