Entries: 1 Absentees: 0

1st Place    Chiceron Spin Doctor (Miss Kk & Mr Eb Kolomycew & Birced) a 11-month-old well grown youngster who has pleasing bone and body and presented in good condition. Attractive head in look, shape and proportion to the rest of him. Needs to settle to give of his best and strengthen, especially in hindquarters.

Class 435. Post Graduate Dog

Entries: 3 Absentees: 0

1st Place    Ame Magnanime Jorrick Jaguar (Imp Svk) (Ms K & Mr A Williams & Barker) a 3-year-old well grown male of pleasing appearance and overall shape. He is of good size, pleasing head in shape and proportion, with head set on a strong good length neck. Pleasing bone and well enough bodied with nothing in exaggeration. Moved with an easy action, particularly good front action but was close behind and needing more drive.

2nd Place    Orestes Des Gardiens Du Mont Olympe (Miss V Emma) a nearly 4-year-old well grown male who has excellent bone. Attractive head set on strong neck, true front of pleasing width. Moved OK in front but was weak and unsettled behind.

3rd Place    Overhills Double Trouble for Beauceanto (Mrs F White) a substantial 3½ year old male who had depth of body all through and so tending look heavy and to lose his underline. Attractive masculine head, true enough in front, neck tending to have dewlap. Needs to be more precise in movement.

Class 436. Open Dog

Entries: 4 Absentees: 0

1st Place    Overhills Total Eclipse (Mr M Preddy) a super breed typical male who, at just coming up to 7 years of age, is mature and in prime shape and condition. Masculine and handsome in head, good overall size, shape and conformation being well boned and having firm substance of body. Everything goes together well and there is no part in exaggeration. Naturally stands over the ground well. Best mover here today. Best Male and Best of Breed.

2nd Place    Overhills The Midas Touch for Beauceanto (Mrs F White) another moderate sized, sturdy male who has an attractive head, set on strong, good length, clean neck. He has pleasing bone structure and body cover and presents a satisfying general appearance. Free moving but not just as precise in forward motion as 1st. Reserve Best Male.

3rd Place    Noukey De La Baie Des Agriates (Imp Fra) (aw3) (Mrs Ga Burrough) a rising 5-year-old well-built male who has pleasing bone and body. Delightful temperament which is displayed on his expression. Stands well naturally. Free moving but unsettled both in front and rear action.

Res.(4th)    Tallowah Bram Stoker (Mr M Springham)

Class 438. Veteran Bitch

Entries: 2 Absentees: 0

1st Place    Miss Scarlet Du Regard Mordant to Tallowah (Imp Bel) (Mr S & Mrs J Barnes) an upstanding 11-year-old mature bitch who has an attractive overall shape. Moderate in size and in conformation by having every part fitting together well without extremes. Pleasing head shape and expression, sturdy in body with pleasing top-line, true front and moderately angled hindquarters. Would prefer her to be more settled on the move.

2nd Place    Pebbleena's Millie Murphy with Beaukita (Mrs K J Harrrell) a 7½year old who by appearance looks to be of very desirable build and shape. A little reticent so difficult to fully go over. Free and easy on the move. Needs to be more confident to give of her best.

Class 439. Puppy Bitch

Entries: 3 Absentees: 0

1st Place    Cassia in The Woods (Miss K Walshe) a sturdy 10-month-old who impresses in overall make and shape. She has desirable bone and body development and stands in balance and is all good in head and body proportions. Moderate angulations front and rear. Looks strong although maintaining her feminine features. Moved well with a free and easy action. Best Puppy in Breed.

2nd Place    Chiceron Sonata (Mrs Ga Burrough) a well grown 11month old who has satisfyingly well grown bone and body. Pleasing head which is all in proportion to the rest of her. Needs to gain in confidence and settle on the move to give of her best.

3rd Place    Merdelaine’s Pandora (Miss K Gould) very nearly 12 months of age this harlequin marked bitch is certainly moderate all through.  Plenty of scope to grow-on needing maturity of body and more angles and shape to complete the picture. Free moving but confidence was affected by her surroundings.

Class 440. Junior Bitch

Entries: 5 Absentees: 1

1st Place    Beaukitas Mccrory Park (Mrs K J Harrrell) a 12-month-old who is particularly well grown and has excellent bone and body but could be bolder in temperament needed time to settle. Her qualities could be appreciated just by viewing from front, side and rear. Lovely head and head features, well made in front, sturdy in body and hindquarters. Better mover of this class. My Reserve Best Bitch.

2nd Place    Uisce Beatha Tallowah Du Regard Mordant (Mr S & Mrs J Barnes) a 14-month-old of pleasing size and is well enough made all through. Attractive in head, true well boned front, well covered body. I would prefer hindquarters to be stronger and less close hocked. Needs to be more settled on the move.

3rd Place    Chiceron Stowetree (Mr D & Miss S Buckle & Dainty) a rangy 13-month-old who has decent bone and body. Lacking coat and at a leggy stage of development which did not help his overall appearance. Needs to be tighter and tidier in front and rear action.

Res. (4th)    Strudel avec Pebbleena Des Burgers Du Vent (Mrs T L Phelps)

Class 441. Post Graduate Bitch

Entries: 3 Absentees: 2

1st Place    Pebbleena Piccalo (Mrs T L Phelps) a rising 3-year-old who is of notable size and body. She is well boned and is true enough in front, although tended to stand wide, and she has moderate angulations front and rear. Attractive well shaped head of pleasing muzzle depth and all in proportion to her body. An easy mover. Handler needs to find her correct speed of movement to avoid her tendency to pace

Class 442. Open Bitch

Entries: 2 Absentees: 0

1st Place    Overhills Double Impact (Mrs M J Purnell-Carpenter) a 3½ year harlequin marked bitch of striking appearance. She stands over the ground projecting a balanced, ideal proportioned appearance and just looks ‘correct’. Attractive head which is breed typical and obviously feminine. Head set well on strong good length, clean neck. Very satisfying front and forequarters construction, good looking in body both in structure and substance. Strong and stable in hindquarters. Very satisfying in profile appearance both standing and moving easily around the ring. My Best Bitch.

2nd Place    Pebbleena's Cascabel avec Tallowah (Mr D M & Mrs C M Thrower) a good-sized 4½year old mature bitch who needs to settle both while standing and moving around the ring to give of her best. Overall, she has pleasing bone and body. Feminine head features all in proportion to her body. Not moving as she should.
