Dogs:
Thank you to Eastern Counties Golden Retriever Club for giving me the absolute honour to judge Dogs at one of my favourite shows. A huge thanks to the committee and my stewards for making the show run so smoothly, even with the smoke alarm going off twice, each causing the evacuation of the hall, we managed to keep calm and carry on!
I was pleased with the overall quality of my dogs, particularly my wonderful veteran class, which made my heart glow, only a couple of suspect mouths and gay tails which can only be a good thing, and I appreciate the spirit in which my decisions were taken.

Nice head and expression straight front, would have preferred more layback to upperarm, adequate reach of neck, sloping off slightly towards the croup, short coupled, Good bend of stifle, difficult to assess movement as he was a little erratic, and would benefit from more ringcraft.
