1st Daley & Beaumont’s Tababyaruu Yosmo Annala. 9mths, lovely puppy but oh so naughty. Pleasing head and markings with good proportions of skull to muzzle. Mobile ears set well apart, dark eye and a mischievous expression. Well made forequarters, straight front. Body of correct proportions with a level topline through to a well made rear and correct tailset. Moved well when not distracted. BP

Post Graduate (7,4)

1st Clark’s Lumikoira Maitosuklaa at Lumenico. 5yr old D. Nice boy of good size and shape. Lighter in eye but matches coat, well set ears. I would prefer a slightly shorted muzzle. Well made forequarters with straight front. Level topline, correct rear angles. In good coat and best on the move with a true brisk stride. RBOB
2nd Gray & Brown’s Tababyaruu Xuvi Kyrie. A sweet 5yr old B. Good shape and size and loves to tell you she is there. Well made both fore and aft, level topline and well set tail. Moved true.
3rd Beaumont & Mowatt’s Tababyaruu Unelma Hannele

1st Clark’s Oberitz Trollnisse at Lumenico. 8yr D and still showing the youngsters the way. Good overall shape and proportions. Super head with correct proportions, well set ears and pleasing markings, dark eyes and soft expression. Lovely to go over with well made forequarters with good forechest. Level topline, well set tail and correct rear. Super mover, true all round. BOB and Group 3

1st East-Hickman’s Konatian Sweet Zander. Very sweet 7mth B. Won the class on her true movement especially behind. Well proportioned head with well set erect ears and dark eyes. Well made forequarters with well laid shoulders and good return of upper arm. Nice forechest and straight front. Well sprung ribs under a straight topline with slight slope to well made rear. Somewhat distracted on the move looking for her mum but moved true and sound. Well handled by her young handler.
2nd Dabrowa’s Drago Box-Dogs FCI. Different type to my winner. Pleasing through head with good ears and dark eyes. Well laid shoulders and good return of upper arm. Topline straight with distinct slope then drops away at croup. Rear angles good. Moves well in front but weak behind with hocks touching when going away which spoilt his rear movement in profile.

1st East-Hickman’s Zivixer Darling. 3yr B and dam to puppy winner. Feminine through her well shaped head with well set erect ears and dark eyes. Well made forequarters with straight front. Deep brisket. Topline level with slight slope to a well set tail. Good rear angles and moved true but lacked drive.

Two nice examples, different, and a very close decision.
1st Volcini’s Ch Broadmaynes Eclipse to Nolmacdon JW ShCM ShCEx. A young looking 8yr old D. Liked his head, clean and well proportioned with well set ears and dark eyes. Super forequarters with well laid shoulders and good length of upper arm giving good forechest. Straight front with good bone. Deep well sprung ribs under a straight topline that slopes to a well set tail. Well muscled and well angulated rear. Moves true. BOB
2nd Milham’s Shadowshack’s Grand Promise. 7yr B. A very nice B with super head and attentive expression. Dark eyes and well set ears. Well made forequarters, well laid shoulders and return of upper arm. Straight front with forechest and deep ribs. Straight topline with slight slope and well made muscular rear. Unsettled on the move with her runner after tripping her handler up which was the ultimate deciding factor but got better with each move to win RBOB

1st Cross’ Tiksi Moonglow AW. 4yr D, Loved his shape and type. Good head with dark eyes and good pigment. Straight front and well made forequarters with deep well sprung ribs. Nice length to back through to a well angled rear. Good coat and well set and carried tail. Lovely mover, true from all angles with good drive. BOB and Group 2
2nd Douglas’ Taronakits Krackerjack of Troystar. 9yr D, different to 1, shorter in back giving a more compact look. Well made fore and aft, straight front and plenty of bone. Deep ribs with good spring through to a well angled rear. Profuse coat and another good mover. RBOB

Three nice puppies
1st Bird’s Irisaddition She’s All That with Bridus - Bearded Collie. What a gorgeous 8mth B. Lovely outline of correct proportions. Feminine head with flat skull. Super forequarters with well laid shoulders & straight front. Level topline over well sprung ribs through to correct tailset and a well made rear. So lovely to watch her move, straight & true coming and going, reach and drive in profile and carrying her tail correctly. If she carries on like this she has a very bright future. BAVNSC Puppy and Puppy Group 1 then thrilled to watch her win Reserve Best Puppy in Show.
2nd Birdsall’s Beauvallon Realms Of Glory – Old English Sheepdog. Another very nice youngster, 12mths on the day. Well proportioned head of good shape. Well laid shoulders, straight front, deep well sprung ribs. Good rear. Steady mover but not as fluid as my winner.
3rd King’s Altussi Aryan Mist – Australian Shepherd

1st Rutland’s Mellowdee Mask Of Zorro - Old English Sheepdog. Another very nice looking OES. 15mth D. Looking a picture both on the stand and on the move. Good shape and proportions to head. Well made forequarters with laid back shoulders, good forechest, strong bone and straight front. Deep ribs through to a short loin and a well angled rear. Nice coat of good texture. Easy, true driving mover. BAVNSC
2nd Benton’s Oakestelle Artemis ShCEx – Smooth Collie. 2yr B who pushed hard for the class. Lovely clean wedge shaped head with very slight stop, well set and carried ears. Well laid shoulders and straight front. Good spring & depth of rib. Level topline through to a well angled rear. A true mover but today it looked like she didn’t like the weather and was a little reserved both on the stand and on the move.

1st Benton’s Oakestelle Venus De Milo - Smooth Collie. 9yr B. Another feeling the cold but no denying the quality of this B. Super head and ears, well made forequarters with straight front. Level topline over deep well sprung ribs. Correct angulation behind. True but a little erratic in a straight line but I suspect this was more to do with the handler. In profile she is smooth, effortless with reach and drive. RBAVNSC

1st Rennison’s Kaylar Kiss Ze Shetlandu by Zaniah (Imp Cze). – Shetland Sheepdog. 2yr Blue Merle B. What a pretty B she is and so attentive to her handler. Lovely head shape and so feminine, well set active ears, good length of neck through to a very well made forehand and straight front. Correct spring and depth of rib through to an equally well made rear. Lovely even colouring and in reasonable coat today. Impressed on the move, true & graceful. Reserve Best AV Pastoral
2nd Graham’s Elessar Moon Dancer of Ancksunamun. – Cardigan Corgi. 21mth B. Lovely shaped head with well set, wide, erect ears and nice dark eyes. Very good forequarters with a good lay of shoulder and return of upper arm, straight front. Deep well sprung ribs and a level topline through to a well angled rear. Steady on the move but not looking too impressed. I think she may have been as fed up with the weather as the rest of us.

1st Corin & Camm’s Kligenthal Almuric. – Norwegian Buhund. A very smart 2yr D. Lovely wedge shaped head with flat skull, dark eyes and well set ears. Well made forehand with good lay of shoulder, straight front with neat feet. Deep well sprung ribs under a straight topline. Correct high set tail with neat curl. True fore and aft on the move with a light steady trot. Best AV Pastoral

Gp1 Benton & Smith’s Brooklynson El Dorado – Rough Collie. 5yr D that owned the ring today. Caught my eye when he walked in. So typical and a lovely shape and size shown in good coat today and well handled. Super head of correct shape with a very slight stop, well set and mobile ears. Excels in front assembly, well laid shoulders and return of upper arm giving some forechest. Straight front. Level back to a well set tail and well angled muscular rear. Moves with ease & drive, true all round and with correct tailset.

1st Chessell Araki Areu Ready for this at Stylaxian ShCM – Tibetan Terrier. 8yr B showing the youngsters how to do it. Super B, loved her size and shape. Lovely head and so well made fore and aft. Level topline and shown in good coat and handled well. On the move she is still smooth and effortless with drive.
2nd Flack & Hannah’s Mifcahs The Young Pretender – Shih Tzu. 10mth. The other end of the age scale but this young D has type, conformation and attitude. Lovely head and body, so well made and already carrying a nice coat to give a lovely picture on the stand. Impresses on the move, clean, and true with drive.
