1st Edward Eddery handling a Pug. A top-class handler. He made sure that his free stood dog was always stood perfectly creating a lovely picture. When showing the teeth, he showed all sides clearly and gently never obstructing my view. Edward completely his triangle and straight up and down well, moving his dog at the perfect pace and used just the right amount of ring needed for his dog. On the end of the straight up and down his dog was a little naughty but Edward remained patient and encouraged the dog to get back to the right position quickly and calmly. Overall, a great performance. BJH

2nd Lauren Goddard handling a Border Terrier. Another very accomplished handler who has done well under me before. Many of the same comments apply, on her individual she showed the teeth cleanly and gently, encouraging her young puppy throughout. Lauren’s pattern work was well executed with straight lines and tight corners at just the right pace for the breed. There was very little to separate the two handlers on the day, however in the line she stood her dog a little too far into the corner so at times it was difficult for me to see the dog.
