PGD (2,0)

1st Whitehead’s Gladsheim Helios – This dog drew my eye as he walked into the ring, oozing breed type and size. Typical head with a moderately curved skull and muzzle to skull length equal with the slight wedge shape. Dark eyes with well feathered ears set just above eye level. Well constructed and angulated, with a strong, level back carried on the stand and the move. His movement, once steadied by the handler showed good extension and drive, with a spring in his step. A lovely dog and was pleased to award him Best Dog and Best of Breed. I see I did him well when he was a puppy, and please to see that he has fulfilled his promise.

2nd Gutteridge’s Benitin Trojan – A longer cast dog who is stronger in muzzle. Good topline with tail set correctly in line of the croup and carried well. Compact, oval feet. Good turn of stifle but a little out at the elbow.

LD (2,0)

1st Guy’s Gladsheim Eleodoro – A smaller dog but in proportion. Alert expression and using his ears. Good front assembly. Slightly overweight today but held a better picture and overall performance to win the class.

2nd Suiter & Cargill’s Genetika Rumpelstiltskin – A taller dog and longer cast. Would prefer a little more stop in his head and today wasn’t using his ears to share his expression and looks like he was lacking in confidence. Moved well in all directions showing his springy movement with reach and drive.

OD (1,0)

1st Suiter & Cargill’s Chriskoois Octavius at Genetika (Imp Est) – a fully mature dog with a lovely head, slight curve to the skull and equal length of muzzle to skull. Dark eye with well feathered ears set above eye level. Good bone and feet, well angulated fore and aft and holding a strong, level topline. Good use of tail on stand and move. He flowed around the ring once the handler took him at his correct speed. Reserve BD

OB (1,0)

1st Johnson’s Sensation Vom Tespelkooi of Valleyrise (Imp Deu) – Lovely body shape in profile and moves well. Good front and rear angles. However looking very matronly and carry a little excess weight.
