Bournemouth Canine Association 14th August 2021 – Lagotto Romagnolo – Judge Richard Morris (Lascoed)

Another pleasing entry of your delightful breed to assess thank you each and all for your entries every time improvements can be noted. Good to find fresh blood coming through imports not so good to find a preponderance of short upper arms generally. Heads still need working on with the good ones standing out rear action often remains an area of concern. Coats were more impressive for curl, density and texture despite the height of Summer and were universally well matched by pleasingly attractive complementary eye colour and attentive expressions. I apologise for the lateness of this report, it was first sent to the dog press on 1st September.

1. Mort - Il Granaio Dei Malatesta Strawberry Syrup at Arcticbreeze (Imp Ita)

Two years nine months brown/roan pleasing length of leg to depth of body ratio shoulders well placed with strong neck the best boned exhibit in the class also excelled in compact webbed feet. Two bitches which could change places on another day.
