Dogs

Minor Puppy

1: Palmer’s ARROWBIEN FRANKIE GOES TO COMBLEYWOOD, 8-month buff, pleases in head and expression. Good for size, strong topline and well-set tail. Needs to body up a bit, on the move he has precision on the out and back and also keeps his topline in profile. Just needing a little confidence and then he’ll be away. BPD

Junior

1: Price’s JACLEE STANDING OVATION, beautifully presented black boy. All male, he is in full coat. Pleases in head, with plush muzzle and good rise of the skull. Well made front, strong topline and well-set tail. A little immature in body at the moment but that is to be expected. On the move he uses himself well and keeps his outline.

2: Harris’ HARRISBURG WRECK IT RALPH, black boy going through a bit of a teenage stage at the moment . His head shape is ok, but I would prefer a better expression. Needs to rib up but he has a decent topline and keeps it on the move. Time is on his side

Novice

1: Harris’ HARRISBURG ONCE UPON A DREAM, buff boy who is very good for type. Has a masculine head and pleasing expression. Decent front, firm topline which he keeps on the move. Moving he is very good going away , has enough reach in front and holds an outline. Coat coming along nicely.

Post Grad

1: Mangria’s EXCLAMATION ROLL WITH IT, black dog who scores in head and expression. In between with his coat at the moment, but it is coming along and was well presented. Well made in front and he scores in rib. Perhaps a tad long in loin. He holds a strong topline and has a well-set tail. On the move he carries himself well and uses what he’s got.

2: Kirton, Dackcombe, Oxbury & Stanton’s SABISABI LAKOTA TEETONKA, masculine in head this b/t has a very good topline and is well ribbed and short in loin. A tad upright in front and he could reach a little more in front. Has other things on his mind but when he settled, he held himself in profile and has decent drive from behind.

3: Edwards’ AFTERGLOW BANG TIDY

Limit

1: Kingsley’s BIGTOP’S EQUALIZER, black dog in superb condition. Presented to perfection. Pleases in head and expression. Good front with enough layback of shoulder which gives him plenty of neck. Strong topline, well ribbed back to short strong loin and perfect tailset. On the move he holds himself with importance and covers the ground. Champion quality for sure

2: Fryer’s FONESSE BIRTY DANCING AT CAROLCO, b/w of excellent type, beautifully presented and scores for shape in the stack. Not quite the expression of the winner and this tipped the balance. Moves out very well and holds his topline. He too should carry a title.

3: Dummett’s LETJASHAJA PTITSA SAINT PIERRE AT ALMONDSBURY (IMP)

Open

1: Jennings’ PETT WOOD NATIONAL TREASURE FOR ALIBAMA (IMP), mature buff dog, beautifully presented. I liked his head and expression. He has an extremely eye-catching outline stacked, with firm strong topline and well-set tail. He is well ribbed and has a short loin. On the move he has precision on the out and back and this is where the class was clinched. Holds himself so well. RCC

2: Murray & Mckenzie’s JACLEE DREAM THE IMPOSSIBLE AT SANELLE, beautifully presented b/t in full coat. On the stack he impresses enormously, and he is in optimum condition. Masculine in head. Good neck and strong in topline. Short and cobby, he is the correct shape. On the move he uses himself well behind but was today a little wide coming towards me. Keeps his topline in profile but could possibly carry himself with a tad more carriage. Decent one though.

3: Morris’ CHURCHILLS MOSER DOG AT MYCALLEYS

Champion dog

1: Manser’s SH CH TOYBOX IT’S A RAP AT NUJAX, choc/t dog at the height of his form. I gave him the RCC last time I judged and predicted a bright future. He has not disappointed. Presented to absolute perfection. His head and expression are delightful, enough rise of the skull and plush fore face. His outline is breathtaking stacked. To go over there is little you would change. Decent neck, strong topline with that slight fall, perfect tail set and carriage. Short and cobby. On the move he carries himself with the importance that only good ones do. Totally precise and super stylish.CC and RBIS

Bitches

Minor Puppy

1: Franklin’s NADEZHDA NATSII IZ MAZHORNOGO LADA (IMP), b/w 8-month-old baby with a delightful outlook. Very feminine and well presented. She is a decent shape. In super condition, she moved out well. Just needs to strengthen in a couple of departments .

Puppy

1: Whincup & Glendinning’s PARTISKY LOUISIANA LIAZIN (AI), r/w baby of quality. Head coming along nicely, and her expression is good. Totally feminine. Decent forehand which she uses well on the move. Good topline and balanced behind. On the move she was a little erratic at first but soon settled into a free and easy stride keeping her outline . Well presented, she has a future. BPIS

2: Madigan’s MISPERROS SAVANNAH, b/w of a slightly different type being a little more of her all over. Not quite the head or front of the winner. Moves ok in profile but could possibly use her front a little more. In good coat.

Junior

1: Manser’s NASAILLEEN SECRET AGENT AT NUJAX, black of superior quality. An object lesson in presentation. Her outline simply blows you away. She is totally feminine, short cobby but looks as if she could go all day. On the move she cannot be ignored. I loved her and could not deny her top honours. On this form she quite simply cannot be overlooked. I see she is by my DCC winner. CC and BIS

Novice

1: Clay’s LA TOYA OT CHICARNOJ KOMPANII AVEC CUTIEPOOCH (IMP), 12-month-old Black with personality plus. Coat coming in nicely and she obviously loves to show. At that teenage stage at the moment and she was a little erratic on the move, but time is on her side.

Post Grad

1: Kirton, Dackcombe & Oxbury’s MIRANDA FLOWER IZ MAZHORNOCO LADA, r/w of pleasing size and type. Well presented and in good coat. Won the class on her deportment and precision. Pleasing head and expression, short in back and well-set tail.

2: McKeirnon’s JACLEE WHERE THERE’S HOPE, black bitch of quality, apparently at her first show, so all very new to her. Just needs confidence and experience and then she’ll most certainly be away. The more she moved the more she settled, and I could see moments . But today had to give way.

Limit

1: Murray & McKenzie’s CHARMAGEN VIVA DIVA AT SANELLE, black who scores highly in type and won the class on her movement in profile today, where she held her topline and also reached in front. Beautifully presented. In the challenge she stepped up and put on an excellent performance on the move to take the RCC

2: Nelson & Bryant’s NASAILLENN RAP IT UP, another black of obvious quality and she has a title in front of her, her mind was elsewhere today, and she lost her outline in profile and this cost her the class. Beautifully conditioned and presented.

3: Jennings’ ALIBAMA BROWNIE POINTS.

Open

1: Iremonger’s MOONMIST BLUEBELL, b/t of good size and shape. She has a feminine outlook, pleasing expression and good to go over on the table. Moves with precision and keeps her outline. Short and cobby, she is strong in loin.

2: Whalley’s KENDESSANGE VIRGINIA FUR LOVE TO RAITARO (IMP), red who moved well in profile keeping her outline. Not the lines of the winner and she could be a little more positive going away. In good coat.

Veteran dog / bitch

1: Edwards’ AFTERGLOW DANCING BRAVE, black dog, in super condition for 12 and a credit to his owner. Moved out still holding an outline but doing it at more of a sedate pace.

2: Glover’s AFTERGLOW MOON REFLECTION AT MICKALS, buff bitch who was also in super condition, pleasing for type and holds her outline on the move. Another who was very much a credit to her owner.

3: Kirton, Dackcombe & Gale’s SABISABI PAWNEE POW WOW
