My apologies for the delay of my critique being printed. It was originally sent in September but as my computer was hacked. Unknown to me, all my emails were never received. The fact that it didn’t appear in print wasn’t brought to my attention until late January and it’s been a nightmare trying to recover the original article.

1. Green’s Grandways Exquisite Black. One year old today, a feminine bitch with soft dark eye and a pleasing head. An elegant length of neck and well coupled body. Good bone with correct angulation, straight in hock. Plenty of coat for her age completing the overall picture. Moved well up and back. BPIB & RBB

1. Hulford’s Lunalah Mr Happy. 2yr old brown boy with a broad skull and good width of muzzle. Moderate neck set on well laid shoulders. Good depth of chest and well sprung rib. Strong loin and thick tail set, carried well. I would prefer to see a little more turn of stifle. Full wavy coat presented well. BOB.

1. Green’s Grandways Black Dahlia. 4 yr old Bitch Feminine in head of correct proportions. Overall a smaller size but well balanced short coupled body. Level top line, tail set correctly and used well. Correct rear angulation. Moved a little close behind today.BB

1. Bennet & Thompson’s Seijitsu Amafumi Go Tsoyu. 11mths red dog. Head developing nicely, dark eye obliquely set, good pigmentation. Ears thick and set well leading down a moderate neck to well laid shoulders. Short loin and good tail set and carried correctly. Good bone and developing in body nicely for age. Good rear angulation and will strengthen with maturity. Moved confidently and true. BPIB & RBD. .2. Chapman and Thompson’s Tsoyu Tamashino Go. 8mth brindle bitch. A lovely attitude to this young girl. Skull of good width, defined stop, dark eye of good shape. Thick hooded ears rounded at tips. Compact body of good balance. Well set tail finishing the overall picture. Good angulation with straight hocks. Moved well fore and aft. 3. Heyes & Phillips Wendbarry Miyu Go At Chillipaws

1. Dunn & Mudrova’s Yasunobu Go Fuen No Oka (IMP POL). Silver brindle dog just a year old. Broad skull, moderate stop. Nice shape eyes and ears nicely hooded. Good arch to neck and level topline held on the move. Straight in front and straight in hock. Movement on side gait very good. This immature male just needs time to develop in body.

1. Janes & Chapman’s Tsoyu Rinzentaru Go. 17mth old rich brindle dog in good coat. Well-defined urajiro markings. Broad skull with cheeks developing nicely. Dark eyes nicely set apart, good stop and defined furrow. Clean bite and nice strong under jaw. Ears small, thick and hooded. Good strong front of good bone and depth of chest. Level top line and tail set high, good rear angulation. Coming together nicely. 2. Horrobin’s Charadon No Kotarou Go. 18mth old red dog. Nice rich colour coat, well presented. Head maturing nicely. Blunt muzzle and good stop. Dark almond eyes obliquely set. Small thick ears well positioned and hooded. Well-developed neck on to well laid shoulders. Straight in front but chest still to drop and develop. Tends to loose top line and tail set a little low. Good rear angulation but moved a little close behind today.

3. Thompson & Chapman’s Tsoyu Reizenhime Go. RBB.

1. Thompson & Weismuller’s Tsoyu Kokoro No Hiroi. 5yr old red boy is top size but well balanced in appearance. Mature head of good proportion. Developed cheeks, good width of muzzle, blunt in appearance with good under jaw. Dark almond eyes set correctly. Defined furrow and broad skull. Small thick ears follow the line of neck. Well-developed chest and well laid shoulders. Firm in body and loin giving good level top line. High set tail carried well. Rear angulation good with firm muscle tone. Handled to his best today, he held himself together and moved straight coming and going. BD & BOB .2. Duffield’s Hasaki Team Nobu Meiho (IMP SERB). This 3yr old red younger dog is still maturing. More open in head, cheeks to develop. Good width of muzzle , good pigmentation with correct bite. I would prefer a darker eye. Moderate stop and width of skull. Ears small and thick , nicely hooded. Straight in front with good bone and well laid shoulder. Body developing nicely with level top line and high set tail. Moved ok. 3. Horrobin’s Kenichi No Mitsuru Go Charadon.

Bitch. Very feminine head, broad skull of correct proportion. Mature in body, good depth of chest and exhibiting good substance in firm condition. Coat turned out in top order. Move well. BB

2. Horrobin’s Jaidev No Setsuko Ayami Go Charadon.6yr old red quality bitch with all the correct attributes. Mature in head with dark obliquely set eyes, neat thick well-set ears. Strong neck, well laid shoulders. Straight front with good depth of chest. Well coupled loin and tail set high.

Good angulation and straight behind. I would like to have seen her in harder condition.

Short neck on to well placed shoulders and a cobby body. High set straight tail & plenty of coat of proper puppy texture finishes his appearance nicely. Moved well up on his toes. BPD & BPIB. 2. Holman’s Oroslando Silvestr Levis At Altina IMP NAF TAF. 7mth old o/s boy. Broader in muzzle than 1. Good bite, dark mask with dark eye broad skull with small ears set slightly wider apart. Short neck on to well laid shoulders. Short coupled body, good tail set. Moved well when settled. 3. D’Arcy & Duffield’s Paavali’s Rocket Man.

Small neat ears nestled in in head coat. Nice compact body of good bone. Stands four square naturally. High tail set with good plume. Moved well. 2. Hill’s Sharhazlah Luvs A Dare Devil. O/s of good texture.Good clean head. Slightly rounder in eye, adequate stop, flat skull. Ears well set . A little longer cast than 1 but a good body. Long tail with plume developing. Movement flowed smoothly.3. Brown’s Okean Zvezd Yours Forever At Shadowpoms (IMP UCK).

Flat skull, small neat ears hidden well within ample head coat. Straight in front with good width of chest. Short cobby body, well ribbed, with hightail set and profuse plume. Moved OK. 2. Hill’s Sharhazlah’s Son Of A Devil.21 mths black boy. Coat is improving with maturity. Clean head with dark eye and good stop. Medium ear set well. A finer boned dog, slightly longer cast. Tail well set. Moved briskly with drive.

Gooch’s Paavali’s Night King At Cassibawn. 2yr old o/s with a very dense coat giving bigger appearance, but very well trimmed to advantage. Clean head, eye dark but a little round. Small ears well set and used to enhance expression. Straight in front and body well ribbed. Firm top line with tail set high and super plume. Moved well

Well laid shoulders, straight in front with correct bone. Short coupled body and good angulation on rear. Not quite in full coat to complete the picture just yet. Moved really well. 2. Johnson’s Amardica Legend of Magic.2 ½ yr super rich o/s. Short muzzle, dark eye, broad flat skull. Small ears well set with in good head coat. Short in back with cobby body and high tail set. 1.Brown’s Snowvilla Tropical Storm JW. 3yr old o/s . A masculine head with good bite and width to muzzle. Dark eye, a little full which loses the sweet expression. Flat skull and neat ears set high. Straight in front and shoulders well laid back. Short back and compact body. High tail set and rear angulation correct. This boy produces a lovely shape and holds it on the move. 2. Gooch’s Ta Bozi’s Hippe Are Back In Fashion At Cassibawn.2 yr old clear orange in good coat. Clean head, slightly shorter and fuller in muzzle. Dark eye and good pigmentation, tiny neat ears hidden well in super head piece. Good straight front and a well ribbed body completed by a high set tail well furnished. Moved briskly and straight.3. Stones’s Bilijees Hidden Treasure.

1.Soulby’s Aizens Dream Of Being A Star At Trenarwyn{IMP ESP). 3yr old black Dog. Sweet head in correct proportions. Clean bite, good width of muzzle giving the desired shape. Dark eye with a little sparkle in them. Tiny ears hidden in the correct head piece. Straight in front, well laid shoulders. Body well ribbed, short in back and a high tail set. Correct amount of bone with good angulation in hind quarters. This boy holds himself with an air of confidence and moves briskly and true, with nothing to hide. My pleasure to award him the CC and BOB. 2. Cawthera-Purdy’s Lireva’s The Power And The Glory. 2yr old o/s . Another boy with a lovely head. Good bite and correct muzzle shape. Dark eye and tiny ears hidden in a full ruff. Short neck leading to well laid shoulders. Well sprung ribs, short in loin, tail set high and the fullest of plume. Excellent coat of correct texture, trimmed to perfection. Just lost out on movement today.3. Holman’s Altina’s Tom Thumb.

Correct eye, flat skull with ears set neatly on top. Nice little body, well-ribbed. High tail set with long straight tail carried flat on her back. She has a proper pom attitude, moved briskly, very confident.2.Baranzeck’s Capevidles Firecracker. Head still to mature with dark mask, slightly rounder in eye. Broader skull with small ears buried in good head coat. short back, well ribbed body. Good angulation. Tail short but high set. Moved well.3.Emmerson’s Aacharmoe’s Heaven Sent For Ismirelle.

Straight front with correct bone. Well knit body and tail set high. Moved well with drive and purpose.BPB.2. Johnson’s Amardica Walking On A Dream. 10mth old Black bitch in super coat, nicely trimmed with high tail set and oood plume. Lovely sweet expression, clean head with dark sparkling eyes. Small ears, buried in her head piece. Nice compact body with good angulation. Moved freely and true. 3.Holman’s Altina’s Costa Pretty Penny.

Plain in head, eyes dark and a little rounded. Flat broad skull with medium ears set well. Good straight front, Solid in body with good muscle on rear end. Possibly carrying a little excess weight and lacking her full coat and petticoats today. Moved well when settled.

High straight tail with profuse plume. Good angulation allowing free movement with drive. Pleased to award her the BCC.

2. Simmons’ Tiny Jewels’ Love Is Only Love For Pettipom(Imp Nor). Orange bitch of correct size in full coat and well presented. Clean head, correct expression, dark eye, small ears well set. Short neck on to a short coupled body. Correct tail set . This bitch stands four square every time presenting a lovely shape. Moved well.3.Reid’s Pomirosa Dancing The Dream.
