Thank you to the exhibitors for your patience whilst we waited for our ring. It was an absolute pleasure to have the honour of your dogs, they are all a real credit to you. 1st: 3400 PALMER, Mr N & PALMER, Mrs K Arrowbien Frankie Goes To Combleywood

Raw babe at just 8 months old, but this buff boy showed himself off with style. He has a pleasing overall outline, compact and with enough substance for his age. Nice rounding to the backskull, good stop and median line, having width and depth to the muzzle. Soft and gentle expression from dark full eyes. Holds a firm topline both stood and on the move. Nicely boned limbs. Moving out well for one so young - BPD

2nd: 3383 BURT, Mrs M J After marines rightvoilet

6 month old black tri dog, not the easiest to assess, but you can see he has the basic essentials there. He has a well proportioned head, lovely dark eye. Having enough depth to the ribcage for his age. Slight slope to his topline. Nice short hocks. Moving out with enthusiasm

1st: 3403 PRICE, Mrs J JACLEE STANDING OVATION

Eye catching youngster with a lovely outline to this 13 month old black dog. He is sturdy and well built, but with a touch of elegance all giving an impressive look when stacked. Handsome head, nicely proportioned, well placed ears, and dark expressive eyes. Clean neck flowing nicely into a firm topline. Liked his well sprung ribs, would like a fraction more forechest. Well boned limbs and strong hindquarters. Showing lovely drive on the move

2 year old black & tan dog, won this class for his compact and well developed body. A little stronger in head, but with a lovely dark eye and strength and plushness to the foreface. Enough neck, strong firm slightly sloping topline. Lovely spring to the ribcage and depth to the brisket. Moved out purposefully

2nd: 3404 WALDEN, miss K & WALDEN, Mrs S TARAMOUNT WOT DREAM MAY COME Sh.CM

Liked the outline to this 7 year old buff dog, as he is clean and compact, but not the body or bone of the winner. He has a pleasing head, such a kind and gentle expression. Nice flow to his topline and a well set on tail. A happy and positive mover

This 2 year old tri dog is quite the charmer, such a lovely character, happy and outgoing. Liked his sturdy and compact outline when stood, having strength and substance through the body. Handsome masculine head, well proportioned, good stop, plush foreface and those dark mischievous eyes. Enough neck, with a slight arch, a firm well held topline. Lovely spring and depth to the ribcage. Moving with style and vigour, a little proud of his tail today. Presented is super coat and condition.

What a stunning class, where I wish I had more CC’s to award

1st: 3398 NELSON, Mrs L & MORRIS, Mrs B & BRYANT, Mrs B Am Ch Ir Ch Sh Ch Silhouette troubling nasailleen

Stunning mature 6 year old black dog. He has masculinity and elegance, along with a compact and robust stature. Beautifully balanced and flows from nose to tail. Such an appealing head, with good rounding to the backskull, deep in stop, nicely chiselled under the eyes, correct length and plushness of foreface. Those full dark eyes giving a melting expression. Flowing from his arched neck, into a well held slightly sloping firm topline, finished with a well set on and carried tail. Especially liked his well sprung ribcage, which was let down to the elbow and carried well back to give the compact outline. Standing on good boned limbs, and well angulated hindquarters. A joy to watch on the move, showing power, reach and drive. Put down in first class coat and condition. DCC & BOB Delighted to watch him go onto win Gp4

2nd: 3394 LYNN, Mr J B Afterglow Striking Midnite (ai)

Another super dog, with quality in abundance. This 3 year old black & Tan dog is so very smart, and cuts a lovely outline when stacked. He has such beautiful body lines. Well balanced and masculine head, with expressive dark eyes. Good length of neck and showing a slight arch, firm slightly sloping topline and well set on tail. Enough depth and spring of rib, correctly angulated fore and aft. Moving so soundly with precise and positive footfall. At one with his handler and shown in full bloom. Wish I could have awarded 2 first places! RCC

Oh my what a sweetie this 11 month old Red & White bitch is. There is so much to like, her outline when stood is showing all the virtues and should finish well. Liked her overall body proportions, they show a compact and sturdy profile. Feminine head, which is still needing to finish, but with rounding to the backskull, good stop, lovely full dark eye and pigmentation. Well boned and bodied for her age. Good width of thigh, well rounded bum, lovely sweep of stifle. Hocks well let down, which she used well on the move to drive around the ring. Shown in good coat. BPB & BPIB Pleased to see her win Puppy Group 3

2nd: 3392 LATVIENE, mrs J HARLEQUIN SHOW ZIMA WINTER TAILE

A sweet red & white bitch at just 6 months of age, was not showing herself off today, a little unsure. I am sure it will all come together in time. She has a pleasing overall shape when stood with good balance. Nice rounding to the backskull, defined stop, plush foreface and a kind dark eye. Good length of neck. Enough depth and ribbing for her young age. Good bend of stifle and short hock to heel. Needing to settle on the move

Lovely shapely silhouette on this 16 month old black bitch. She is so feminine and elegant yet under that glorious coat is a bitch with substance and bone. When stood shows to be compact with good body proportions. She has an appealing head, well rounded, defined stop and plush foreface. Her dark eyes giving a soft and gentle expression. Liked her long clean elegant neck flowing into a firm topline. Ribcage is well sprung with good depth, short in her couplings. Strong and well angulated hindquarters. Beautifully presented and handled. A free and positive mover. BCC. I understand that this is her 3rd, congratulations on gaining her crown

Black bitch 13 months of age, very feminine all through and not overdone in anyway. She has a lovely head, ultra feminine, beautifully balanced, nicely chiselled, and dark full almond shaped eye. Enough neck, good depth to the brisket with decent forechest. A little level in her topline today. Strong quarters which she used to advantage on the move. Shown in good coat and condition

Happy and outgoing 16 month old black bitch, so elegant and pretty. She has a compact profile when stood, but today she was tending to lose her topline, which detracted from the overall picture. Lovely head piece, nicely rounded, well defined stop, beautiful dark full almond eyes. Good length of neck, nicely boned limbs. Enough ribbing, short coupled with well bent stifles. Moving soundly fore and aft with good drive and presented to perfection.

13 month old black tri bitch, previously 3rd in Junior class. Liked her overall size and shape, she is compact and holds a firm topline. Pretty head with kind dark eyes. Enough neck and ribbing. Not really showing herself off on the move, a little erratic in the rear

Very honest 2 year old buff bitch. Fell for her compact and sturdy outline. When stood she gives the impression of strength yet retaining her femininity. She made her presence felt and never stopped showing herself off, with her happy demeanour. Thought her to be very smart and with good body proportions. Her head is not quite as refined, but still feminine with a lovely plushness to the muzzle good stop and expressive eyebrows. Muscular neck and strong firm slightly sloping topline. Liked her well developed forechest and spring of rib, which are carried well back into a short firm loin. She used her strong hindquarters to drive around the ring. Clean in her action and covered the ground well, holding her outline as she drove around the ring. Put down is super coat and condition - RBCC

Class 1289 LB (3 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: 3389 JENNINGS, Mr D Alibama Brownie Points

Exuberate and full of life chocolate who is coming up 2 years of age. Pretty and elegant bitch who is smaller in stature, but all in proportion. Feminine head, eye colour toning with coat, nicely rounded backskull, well defined stop. Clean neck, flowing seamlessly into a well held firm slightly sloping topline and correct tail set. She has a good ribcage and short coupled. Liked her strong hindquarters, which once settled powered her around the ring.

2nd: 3387 IREMONGER, Miss P A Moonmist Bluebell

2 year old black & Tan bitch, feminine all through and standing gives a pleasing outline. She has a well proportioned pretty head, with good depth and plushness to the foreface, kind dark eyes and well placed ears. Strong neck of adequate length, nicely sprung ribs, holding a good topline when stood, but tending to level out on the move. Not quite the hindquarters of winner. She has free flowing movement and well presented

Beautiful 2 year old black bitch. When stood loved her shapely silhouette, as she is elegant and feminine. Quality head, nicely rounded skull, good stop, depth to her plush muzzle and such a kind dark eye. Her neck flowing smoothly into a firm topline. Today she did not have the body or ribbing of the winners. Strong hindquarters which she put to use on the move, showing scope and drive. Thought she was lovely and close up for top honours

2nd: 3393 LATVIENE, mrs J VOLZHSKAYA VICTORIA NATURAL BEAUTY

Pretty 3 year old black bitch, not quite the showmanship and glamour of winner, but honest and sound. Well proportioned feminine head, nicely rounded, good width and depth to the plush muzzle and well chiselled under the eyes. She has enough depth, a little more level in the topline today. Nicely angulated hindquarters. Sound and positive on the move.
