A really lovely group filled with quality dogs and I thoroughly enjoyed judging each and every one of them.

G1 Cocker Spaniel Miss S AMOS-JONES SH CH VERATEY VINCENZO AT CASSOM hard to believe he is now a Veteran but a dog that just keeps on giving, have judged him in a group previously and he topped that group too, he was in tough competition today but pulled out all the stops to go all the way again, so many well deserved superlatives have already been written about this dog throughout his exiting career and he will surely go down in history, shown in excellent coat which is presented to perfection, head to tail I just loved him, his movement is a joy to watch sound and steady, his handler takes I’m at just the right pace keeping a firm topline and a lovely tail action definitely a merry cocker, a stunning dog who is a credit to his owner and the breed.

G2 American Cocker Spaniel AM CH/IR CH/SH CH SILHOUETTE TROUBLING NASAILLEEN WITH MYCALLEYS another top quality dog shown in pristine condition as always, another who I have awarded top group honours previously, lovely head and expression, ample length of neck just flows seamlessly into his topline, body and quarters well developed powers round the ring with enthusiasm and is at one with his talented handler.

G3 SH CH LIZZLOG GRANNY WON'T LIKE IT JW Flat Coated Retriever MISS H S WALKER lovely male with great ring presence and shown in sparkling coat and condition, shapely head with good eye colour and expression, strong jaw and correct bite, clean neck to well placed shoulders, 

good brisket, straight front limbs and standing on lovely well rounded feet, mature in body and short in loin, muscular hind quarters with neat well let down hocks, strong topline, tail set on well, sound effortless mover with lovely tail action which was a joy to watch a very worthy champion.

G4 Pointer SH CH WILCHRIMANE FRANKEL Pointer MRS & MISS A SIDDLE quality graceful bitch with a super classic head and lovely expression, ears well set, strong neck of good length flowing nicely into her firm topline and good lay of shoulders, lovely bone and feet, quarters muscular, mature body with well coupled loin, overall a very balanced bitch who was sound and happy on the move with good footfall fore and aft, last time I judged her as a puppy one of my comments was “a champion in the making” and she has certainly fulfilled her early promise.
