Thank you to all the exhibitors for a lovely entry. I had some excellent classes with some close decisions. I did unfortunately find a couple of incorrect bites. Also I was disappointed to find some exhibits not in good muscular condition and carrying too much weight which affected their outline and movement.
Class 379 SBD (3 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: HASLAM, Ms L Manorwell Buckskin At Lynquest JW
Strongly built yellow, masculine head, good length of neck and well-placed shoulders, good body with spring of rib, well angled hind quarters which were well muscled, good bone and feet, moves with drive. In good condition. Best Spec Beg.
2nd: HILL, Mr A & Mrs J Kimbajak Full Golden Monty of Waggador
Yellow with a lovely head and eye, well-constructed throughout, good topline and tailset, he moved well when settled. In good coat and condition.

1st: LEWIS, Miss L Crammondkirk Buckley
6 ½ month black, he takes showing very seriously! Lovely head with good length of muzzle and kind eye, fabulous reach of neck and correct front. Good body with rib, correct hind angles. In excellent condition. Excellent topline and on the move carries his tail straight off his back. Moves easily. Very promising baby.
2nd: SMITH, Miss C Flyenpyg Pie Eyed
8 month black, I preferred the size and substance of 1st. Lovely kind head with good eye colour, Well made throughout. Short coupled body, good hind quarters, moves ok.

7 month choc. Lovely head for his age and good eye colour. Good reach of neck and correctly angled front. Good topline and tailset. Has good hind angulation and just needs time to develop. Moves well with good reach in front.

Black, love his head and expression. Correct eye colour and his head is balanced. Clean outline with correct front angulation. Short coupled body and strong hind quarters, Excellent topline and tail, lovely bone and tight feet, moves very easily with extension. Correct coat and good condition. Considered him in my final 4.
2nd: GRUMMITT, Mrs E Manorwell Danny Boy
Yellow, lovely kind head and eye, good reach of neck and front angulation. Good body and rib, correctly angled hind quarters and well muscled, in good condition. Moves very well.
3rd: ALLEN, Mrs C & MR D Tylersgreen Narsil at Timouron

1st: JOHNSON, Mr G &Mrs J Cremino Calabrese
Yellow, he has a lovely clean outline and is just right for his age. Masculine but very kind head and eye, excellent reach of neck and correct front angulation. Flowing topline and tailset. Well sprung rib and short coupled body. He has a good length of leg. Well muscled hind quarters. Moves out very easily. Correct coat.
2nd: ELLIS, Mrs S W & ELLIS, Mr A & MATULLA, Mrs E Dolwen Stargazer
Yellow of slightly smaller stamp, he is very well made throughout. Kind masculine head with correct eye colour. Well sprung rib. Level topline and tailset. Not in his best coat today. Just preferred the movement of 1.

Choc male who is maturing well. Excellent eye colour and kind head and expression. Clean reach of neck and excellent front assembly. Short coupled body and well sprung rib, Level topline that flowed into tail. Strong hind quarters. Moves very well. Not quite in full coat.

Black, kind head with kind eye and expression. Excellent reach of neck, well constructed front and rear. Short coupled, good topline stood and on the move, moves very well with reach and drive, in good condition.
2nd: LESLEY, Mrs P L Steeleigh Love Machine
Black, not in his best coat today, masculine head and expression, has excellent construction, sightly longer cast than 1, very well angled hind quarters. He can move well when settled.

Mature choc, masculine head and good eye colour. Lovely reach of neck into good front construction, he has a decent length of rib, excellent bone and neat feet, well muscled powerful hind. In good coat and condition, moved well.
2nd: WILSON Mrs E R Stelainros Westpoint
Old fashioned type of black, I loved his head and eye, he has excellent construction throughout, Lovely reach of neck, good spring of rib, double coat, lovely bone and neat feet. Moved out very easily with a big stride.
3rd: PERKINS, Mrs S Carromer Teguila By Keeninspires

Close decision between 1st and 2nd and I just preferred the overall balance of 1.
1st: DODD, Mrs G & Mr W Carriegame Moonshine
Black, balanced masculine head and good eye colour, he flows beautifully from neck into topline and excellent otter tail, good front with lay of shoulder, in excellent coat, strong short coupled body. He moved with reach and drive from well muscled hind quarters. Considered in my final 4.
2nd: BROWN, Mr Mrs & Miss A Ramsayville Revolver
Black, loved his head and kind expression, good eye colour, has an excellent reach of neck and front construction, well sprung rib, very well muscled hind with good angulation, moves out well. He wasn’t in his best jacket today unfortunately.
3rd: LESLEY, Mrs P L Aramis Britannica Archipelago At Steeleigh JW

1st: MCLELLAN, Mrs S & Mr D Saranden Pensacola
Mature choc male, with an excellent eye colour, kind biddable expression, he has excellent front angulation and he flows into his topline. Lovely bone and neat feet, excellent double coat, he moves out with good reach and drive. To be super critical I would prefer slightly more angulation on his hindquarters. He was in fabulous condition and well muscled. I liked his size and substance. Pleased to award him the RCC
2nd: MEREDITH, Mrs D Tweedledum Off The Record
Black, masculine head which is balanced, I preferred the eye of 1. Lovely reach of neck and good shoulder and upper arm, slightly longer cast with good rib, well angulated hind quarters, in good coat and well muscled. Moved ok.
3rd: HODGKISS, Miss S M Dinnozo Top Notch Alfie

Mature yellow, I just loved his head and expression, I could look at him all day! Good eye colour, strong neck which flowed in well placed should and upper arm, excellent spring of rib, depth of chest and good body, powerful well angulated hind quarters and second thigh, lovely bone and neat feet, his topline flowed and good otter tail, he was in fabulous coat and condition. He moved with reach and drive and kept his outline on the move. Pleased to award him CC and BOB.
2nd: HARVEY MAJOR, Mrs L LINJOR RIGSBY JW Sh.CM
Mature yellow, I preferred the overall balance of 1st, he has a lovely kind head and expression, well constructed front and good angulation behind. He moved out well, good coat and condition.

Black, pretty head and correct eye colour. Good lay of shoulder and upper arm, well sprung rib, decent length of body, well angled hind quarters, moved well with drive. Correct coat and otter tail.

Yellow, beautifully schooled, loved her outline and shape. Pretty head, good pigment and kind eye, excellent reach of neck which flowed into good top line and tail, excellent front, good body and hindquarters with second thigh. In excellent condition. Moves so easily with reach and drive. Best Puppy.
2nd: PERCIVAL, Mrs M Wynfaul New Years Eve
Black sister to 1st, shorter coupled but a lot to like about her. Pretty balanced head with good eye, like her sister she flows throughout with good angles front and rear. Moves out well, excellent double coat.
3rd: KENNETT, Mrs S & Mr D Magnavalleys Trebah

Choc, who turns out to be half sister to the first 2 in MP and all by my DRCC winner. She has a lovely clean outline, pretty feminine head with correct eye colour, good length of muzzle, correct front, short coupled body, flowing top line and good hind quarters. Moved out well.
2nd: ENNIS-HOLDEN, Mr R Mariank Tippity
Yellow, very pretty with good pigment, excellent reach of neck, correct front with lay of shoulder, well sprung ribs and short coupled body, good top line. Moved out well. Not quite as together as 1st.

Close decision between 1st and 2nd.

Yellow, eye catching bitch, balanced feminine head with length of muzzle. She has a lovely outline stood with correct front and rear angulations. Her neck flows so well into level top line and tail carried straight off stood and moving, excellent bone and neat feet. Good depth of second thigh and strong hind. Excellent double coat. Moves freely with drive.
2nd: MCGILLIVRAY, Mrs L BALLADOOLE WALK ALONE TO ANTONINE
A pretty black, with good eye colour and length of muzzle. She flows well throughout. Well angulated front with excellent reach of neck. Moved well and in good condition. Just preferred the overall finish of 1st today.
3rd: MCLELLAN, Mrs S & Mr D Saranden The River

Yellow, lovely pigment and pretty expression. Flowing top line into tailset. Correct front and well sprung rib, I liked her length of body, very powerful correctly angulated hind quarters, correct double coat, moved out well.

Black, pretty girl who just needs time to mature. Pretty head and expression with good eye colour. She is well made throughout, short coupled body. Double coat. Moves out well.

Another sired by my DRCC winner and similar remarks apply to her siblings in MPB. Lovely outline and excellent angulation in front. Good spring of rib, short coupled body. Pretty feminine head and lovely kind eye. Strong hind quarters. Moves out easily and like all from this kennel beautifully presented.
2nd: STOKER, Mrs E Madgack Morella
Scopey choc bitch with a lot to like about her. Starting to mature. She has a beautiful head, kind eye and excellent eye colour. Lovely clean reach of neck, well placed shoulder and reach of upper arm, well sprung ribs, flowing top line, strong muscled hind quarters and second thigh. Good bone and neat feet. Otter tail. Moves well with reach and drive.
3rd: MCGILLIVRAY, Mrs L BALLADOOLE WALK ALONE TO ANTONINE

Very showy, pretty black. Lovely outline when stood. Feminine head, excellent reach of neck, good front. I preferred her slightly more balanced body over 2nd, well angulated hind quarters. Good depth of chest and rib. Moved freely, in good coat.

Black, very pretty head and eye, flowed well from her neck into correct front. Slightly longer coupled but held a good top line and tailset. Well sprung rib, strong hind quarters and second thigh, in good coat and condition.

Black, so pretty, lovely head and eye, presents a lovely outline when stood. She has an excellent front, good rib and moderately angled hind with good second thigh. Good bone and neat feet. Correct double coat. I really liked her. She moves well but I would just like a little bit more enthusiasm. Shortlisted in my final 4.

Feminine black with petty head and dark eye, super each of neck into good lay of shoulder and upper arm. Short coupled body and good rib. Well muscled and angulated hind quarters. In the challenge I just felt she didn’t flow in top line as my 2 winners. She moves out well and was in good coat and condition. Shortlisted in my final 4.
2nd: BRADDON, Mrs F & Mr D Trendlewood Simply the Best
Very pretty yellow bitch, with attractive head and expression. Short coupled with flowing top line to tail. I preferred the reach of neck on 1, she has good angle front and rear, in good condition and coat, moves out freely.
3rd: ALLEN, Mrs C & MR D SARANDEN SANTEE SIOUX TIMOURON

A lovely class.
1st: STOKER, Mrs E Madgack Mimosa
Black who I have done well before and has matured well. She has the prettiest of heads with a kind expression and good eye. She flowed through her neck into a good front with good angle, strong through body with good rib, moderately angled hind quarters with good depth of second thigh. Good bone and neat feet. She moves well fore and aft and in profile presented a lovely picture. She had a good double coat and was in fantastic condition and well muscled . The more I looked at her the more I liked her. Very pleased to award her her 1st CC.
2nd: LEWIS, Miss L Crammondkirk's Yo Yo JW
Scopier black with a soft gentle expression, she flows throughout. Excellent reach of neck and correctly angled front and rear, she has a nice length of body but strong rib. Moderately angled hind quarters, neat feet. Moves out well in profile, just a little close behind. In excellent coat and condition.

Black who I have done well before and I still admire her. She has great ring presence. Love her head and expression, good reach of neck and excellent front, short coupled body and excellent rib, powerful hind quarters. She moves out well with good reach and drive. Love her outline when stood. It was a close decision and she had to settle for the RCC as her coat was starting to blow.
2nd: JONES, Miss C Hafnau Georgette
Another black who I really liked. Pretty feminine head with kind eye, she flows beautifully through neck and topline. Well angulated front and rear, excellent coat and condition. Good bone and feet. She moves well but I preferred the outline of 1 on the move.
3rd: KEY, Mrs I Keydella Kafe 'noir
