Pointer

Puppy (1)

1. Gerrard’s Chesterhope C’Mon Over to Carmandine (IMP NZL) – almost 12 month old o/w young bitch, who is an ideal size, balanced throughout and presenting a flowing picture of curves and pleasing to the eye. She has a balanced head with good neck into well laid back shoulders. Correct oval bone and nice tight feet. Good body length with well turned stifles, sufficient muscle tone. Moved with drive and enthusiasm using her neat tail. BOB, BP and pleased to see her go RBPIS.

Junior (2,1)

1. Rowell’s Daledancer Rita Owla – O/w young bitch maturing nicely, very pleasing outline, just enough bone, good feet, balanced throughout, good length of neck into well laid back shoulders, deep chest. Moved ok when she settled.

Yearling (2,1)

1. Booth’s Lundgarth Finch – O/w dog with masculine head and kind expression, long clean neck, good shoulders, deep chest and well sprung ribs. Mature in body, but still needs to settle on the move.

Graduate (9,3)

2. McCudden and McCudden’s Forthbourne Fifth Gear – O/w dog full of substance and type, loved his masculine head, straight front, angles correct front and rear, deep chest with good spring of ribs, well muscled and moved the best in the class.

3. Gerrard’s Carmandine Count on me – B/w dog masculine head with a kind eye and expression. Long muscular neck into well laid back shoulders, straight front, enough depth to his brisket, well sprung ribs, good turn of stifle. Moved ok but not the profile of the first on the move.

4. Barker’s Ragus Lets Get Moving at Flinthill

Limit (5,1)

1. Nelis’ Freebreeze Easy Virtue – B/w very feminine bitch with a kind expression, full of type, a series of curves and balanced front and rear. Neck muscular onto well laid back shoulders, straight front. Chest deep with a good spring of ribs, short coupled, good width to second thigh, hocks well let down. Moved ok but just lacked the drive of the BOB in the challenge.

2. Gerrard and Galloway’s Sharnphilly Santorelli with Carmandine – B/w well built dog of which I wouldn’t want any more. Strong head, neck muscular, good depth to chest, rear angulation correct with well let down hocks. Not the movement of the first.

3. Booth’s Lundgarth Teal

Open (4,2)

1. O’Driscoll’s Pawprint Flaming Soul to Fowlington (IMP HU) – O/w bitch loved her size and overall balance both stacked and on the move. Lovely proportioned head, long neck flowing into her well laid shoulders, good depth of brisket and spring of rib, straight front, pleasing well muscled hind angulation. Moved with reach and drive.

2. Blowers’ Fydal Blown Away to Deadaway – O/w bitch full of breed type and one I have admired from the rings side. Feminine head with kind expression, correct body proportions, deep in brisket and well sprung ribs, short coupled, good bone and feet, correct turn of stifle and well muscled second thigh. Didn’t have her normal sparkle for me today.
