Puppy (1)

1. O’Neill’s Tenshilling Queen of Fools – b/w young bitch, full of breed type, very pleasing outline with feminine head and kind expression, balanced throughout, good length of neck into well laid back shoulders, moved well when settled. BP

Post Graduate (6,2)

1. Hinton’s Fleurfield Morning Glory – O/w young bitch, feminine head, correct body proportions, deep in brisket and well sprung ribs, short coupled, good bone and feet, correct turn of stifle. Moved true front and back.

2. Lowe’s Lowsmoor Crazy For You JW – O/w dog and one I have judged before, up to size yet balanced dog, head masculine and in proportion, good length of neck into well laid back shoulders, good spring of rib with depth of brisket, correct turn of stifle. Not as foot perfect today on the move.

3. Wilkins’ Wilchrimane Iced White For Lottieboo

Open (9,3)

1. O’Neill’s Tenshilling Biscuits JW - O/w dog painting a balanced picture both stacked and, on the move, masculine head, clean lines throughout, front and rear angulation correct, deep chest with good spring of rib. Moved with reach and drive with the correct tail carriage. BOB

2. Stilgoe’s Enzo Del Almojon Through Teisgol (IMP ESP) – O/w dog who was full of breed type. Balanced head with plenty of chiselling under the eye. Clean muscular neck, plenty of width to his chest, ideal oval bone, good ribbing and muscular loin. Moved ok.

German Shorthaired Pointer

Special Yearling (3,2)

1. Taylor & Taylor-Morris’ Drysika Cha Cha at Pelenrise – young bitch who caught my eye when she entered the ring, shown in excellent condition. A feminine head of good proportions, good length of neck into well laid back shoulders, angulation correct front and rear, straight front, deep chest with well sprung ribs, level back. Moved effortlessly around the ring. BOB

2. Whittaker’s Pingarypoint Top Class – another young bitch, finer boned than my winner, feminine head, neck muscular and slightly arched, good spring of rib, not as co-ordinated on the move as first and would prefer better tail carriage.

Open (5,2)

1. Thomas & Taylor’s Knabynnus Aurora Borealis – bitch with pleasing head and expression, clean neck leading to well laid back shoulders, ample depth and ribbing, short back and well muscled. Moved ok.

2. Hayne’s Zakova Gabbana in Rebeldye – another bitch with a balanced head and kind expression, smaller in stature than the first but with more bone. Never really settled on the move today.
