1st Kelly’s Edge of Dreams at Archenset. Just 6mth, blue belton D. What a sweetie and such a happy baby. Lovely outline, good head shape with nice eyes and ears. Clean neck to well made forequarters with well laid shoulders, forechest developing, good depth through chest and loin. Well angled rear, moved well. BP

1st Stead’s Upperwood Michaelmas Man. 5yr orange belton D. Liked his overall stamp and shape. Masculine head with good stop, dark eyes and a gentle expression. A little throaty through neck. Lovely forequarters with well laid shoulders, good return of upper arm and nice forechest. Good depth of chest, nice bone and neat feet. Level top line to a muscular, well angled rear. Good tailset and carriage. Moved well.

2nd Owens’ Sunrush Secret Love. 22mth orange belton. Feminine B and another of good shape and size. Good through head and neck, well made forequarters but lacking depth of brisket. Level topline and good rear angles, moved well.

1st Howarth’s Alolfrana Kansas Kate of Moorbrook JW. 2yr blue belton B. What a super B. Love her size and shape, feminine head of good length, well defined stop, nice eyes and expression. Good length of neck, clean and flowing into well laid shoulders, good forechest and depth of brisket. Level topline to a well angled, muscular rear. Best mover, true from all angles with good drive. BOB and Group 3.

2nd Owens’ Sunrush Star Struck. 3yr blue belton B. Not handled to advantage but a well-balanced B of good shape. Very feminine in head with dark eyes. Good length of neck to well made forequarters with depth of chest. Level topline, tail set a little low. Moved well behind but a little close coming on.

1st Pocock’s Fayemm Sea The Stars. 10mth D and what a lovely puppy. Good type and shape with a super head and lovely expression. Neck flows into well laid shoulders, good forechest and depth of rib, good bone and feet. Straight topline over a well-muscled loin into super rear angles. A joy to watch on the move, true fore and aft with lovely reach and drive. BP

1st Milligan’s Isara Kurzhaar. 4yr B. Another lovely example of the breed. Mature feminine B. Lovely head and neck into well laid shoulders with good depth of chest and a level topline. Good bone & straight front with neat feet. Well-muscled rear and another good mover with reach and drive. BOB

1st Morrall’s Ente Kommandant. An upstanding 10mth D. Quite square in outline at the moment. Masculine head with nice expression and good furnishings. Short neck to well laid shoulders, deep chest and level topline and correct tail set. Good bone and feet. Well made, moderately angled rear. Sound mover. BP

2nd Geary’s Germanus Go Dutch. 6mth D. Liked his shape and head but was a little unsure of himself today. Not the lay of shoulder of 1st, Good depth of chest and level topline. Nice rear angles. Moved well.

1st Donnelly’s Kimmax Who Kares Wins JW. What a super 21mth B. Love her shape and type. Balanced all through. Super head & eye, good width to skull but remaining feminine, nice furnishings. So lovely to go over, super neck and well laid shoulders, lovely forechest, deep chest, level topline, good depth of loin to a well angulated, muscular rear. Easy true driving mover and a lovely coat to finish it all off.

2nd Kearns’ Germanus Gotta Catchem with Rudishaw. 3yr Black B. Pleasing outline with feminine head of good proportions and an inquisitive expression. Well made forequarters, straight topline to a well made rear and good tailset. Moved well with drive but a little distracted today.

1st Donnelly’s Sh Ch Kimmax Knock Yourself Out JW ShCM. Well, I thought I had found something special in my PG winner but this 2yr D took it to the next level. Excels in so many areas, gorgeous, masculine, well-proportioned and well-furnished head. Muscular front with well laid shoulders, good forechest, good bone and feet. Deep well sprung ribs back to a short strong loin and a well angulated muscular rear. Presented with a harsh coat and another true easy driving mover. BOB and Group 2

2nd McCullough Sh Ch Kimmax Koz I Can. Another lovely B from this breeder. A little longer through body but excels in head and forequarters. Deep well sprung ribs extend well back under a level topline. Correct tailset and good rear angles. Another super mover.

1st Hart & Stewart’s Gwendariff Hands Off Your Mine. Just 12mth B. Love her head, long, lean and classic with dark eyes. Racy all through, well laid shoulders and straight front. Long through loin and good tail set. Good rear angles and moved well.

1st Hart’s Gwendariff In The Limelight with Gilliegrae JW ShCM. 2yr D. Another pleasing head of good shape. Long neck to well laid shoulders. Good bone and neat feet. Deep chest and correct spring of rib. Slight slope to topline through to a well angulated rear. Moved true with drive. BOB

2nd Walker’s Thendara Soul Sister. A very fine 2yr B. Feminine through head, nice eye, low set ears. Long neck to well laid shoulders. Very fine all through and a little underweight today. Feet could be tighter. Well angled rear, moved well.

1st Gordon’s Hawkfield Happy. Super 10mth B, love her outline. Feminine classic head, good length of neck into well made forequarters with good lay of shoulder, matching upper arm and some forechest. Deep ribs of correct spring, level topline and well set tail. Super rear angles and neat feet all round. What a mover, true fore and aft with good reach and drive. BP and Puppy Group 1

2nd Gordon & Howarth’s Hawkfield Jolly. Litter brother and very similar. Masculine refined head with dark eyes and an inquisitive expression. Good length of neck into well made forequarters. Good depth of chest, level topline through to a well-muscled and well angled rear. Easy driving movement but not quite as tidy in front today as his sister.

1st Mason’s Morgan Van Freebreeze (Imp Nld). Now 16mth I remembered this young lady as a puppy. Lovely shape and super head & expression. Well made forequarters with well laid shoulders and deep chest. Level topline over a well-muscled loin to a well angulate rear. Lovely profile mover with reach and drive.

2nd Gordon & Howarth’s Hawkfield Jolly. Moved better in this class.

1st Parry’s Mitcharron Kentucky Road. 3yd D. What a well made boy. Pleasing head with a lovely expressive eyes. Muscular neck into an excellent front with well laid shoulders and return of upper arm giving good forechest. Deep well sprung ribs and short loin under a level topline and correct tail set. Muscular rear of good width, short pasterns and moves so well. Strides out with ease, true and with good reach and drive. BOB and Gundog Group 1.

1st Millington’s Carneval of Golden Duck (Imp Srb). 4yr D, another good example, slightly heavier through the head than my PG winner but another with a kind expression. Super forequarters with well laid shoulders, return of upper arm and goof forechest. Good bone and feet but not as tight as PG winner. Deep well sprung ribs, level topline and correct tail set. Good rear angles. Moved well with drive but not as tidy in front at PG.

Steady true mover. BP and Puppy Group 3

1st Bold’s Shaymiloney Saint Signed by Loubert. 16mth Black D. Nice size and shape and very naughty. A happy smiling expression with dark eyes. Good neck and shoulders, nice forechest. Good bone, feet a good shape but nails need to be shorter to enhance them. Deep well sprung ribs under a level topline. Muscular rear and good tail set. Moved well.

Very bouncy on the move but showed glimpses of good movement.

Super forequarters, well laid shoulders, good angles and nice forechest. Level topline over deep well sprung ribs, short loin to a well angled rear. Steady and true on the move with a happy tail. 2nd Prydderch’s Rockllocers Freshfaced Pig. Litter brother to 1 and a little more compact through the body at the moment. Lovely head, eyes and ears. Super forequarters like his sister, deep well sprung ribs, level topline and good rear. Moved well in front but a little erratic behind today.

1st Prydderch’s Rockllocers Break The Bank. 14mth golden D. A very happy boy. Masculine head of good shape with dark eyes. Lacks spring of rib and width across the hind quarters and tends to drop behind to give a slope to his topline. Good bone and feet, moved with reach and drive.

1st Prydderch’s Rockllocers Saru. 2yr golden B. Dam of the puppies, lovely size and shape. Well made forequarters with well laid shoulders and good forechest. Level topline over well sprung ribs &, short loin. Good rear angles and moved well with reach and drive. A close call between her and her daughter in the challenge.

2nd Roberts’ Sunabil Esgid Y Gog O Libanus. 2yr Blue Roan D. Finer in build and longer through head. Nice eyes and good ear set. Good length of neck into well placed shoulders. Not the forechest of the winner and would benefit from more spring of rib. Nice bone and feet, moved well.

2nd Roberts’ Blodyn O Libanus at Sunabil. 5yr Blue Roan B. Finer throughout like her son in the previous class. Pleasing head and expression with lovely eyes. Good length of neck into well laid shoulders. Deep chest and level topline. Good mover with reach and drive.

1st Caunce-Partridge’s Yankeetank Slave To Love – Spaniel (American Cocker). 8mth B. A little reserved to start with but soon came out of her shell. Lovely head with deep stop and dark eyes. Well arched neck to well made forequarters. Straight topline with gentle slope. Good rear angles. A lovely true mover with reach and drive. BP and Puppy Group 2

2nd Weaver’s De Merrall She’s A Minx – Hungarian Vizsla. 9mth B. Another nice puppy, I liked her head and expression. Good length of neck into well made forequarters with good lay of shoulder. Nice amount of bone and neat feet. Good rear angles. Hunched herself up on the stand which spoilt her outline. Moved ok.

2nd Jones’ Ewtor Crazy Kinda Love at Pennybeck – Spaniel (Field). 2yr B. A little unsure to start with but stood her ground. Lovely head, always watching what was going on. Well made forequarters, not the forechest of 1st. Level topline and enough rear angulation. Moved well.
