Thank you to the committee for inviting me to judge at their open show. A lovely friendly show with a good entry and all places accepted with applause and sportsmanship.

Spaniel (Cocker)

Puppy dog or bitch 9 (abs 3)

A lovely class of puppies at different stages.

1st Maquire/Sugden Bencleuch Before the storm. 11mth dark roan dog. Broad skull with plenty of brain room, muzzle of good length and depth of flew. Well set dark eyes. Good length neck into well laid back shoulders straight front with elbows neatly tucked in. Enough bone moved with energy and drive. Super puppy Best puppy

2nd and close to one Brennan The Temptress 10 mth old bitch. Beautiful head with well set dark eye. Neat all over with no exaggerations. Moved well driving from the rear. RBP.

Junior dog or bitch 7 (2 abs)

A quality class with some lovely dogs.

1st Brennans Kerrijoy Maserati 15mth Dog Dark roan with a beautiful masculine head, set on a good neck into a straight front, deep chest, tight elbows. Short cobby body but with room to move with drive. Lovely happy boy close run for best dog.

2nd Maquire/Sugden Villaspaniol Pure Bliss 15mth Bitch lovely feminine bitch on the smaller side but well put together. Neat head correct shape with well set dark eye. Good amount of bone, short coupled moved happily and with drive.

1st Bailies Thurness The entertainer at Thornbrook 2 yr old black dog. Of good size, Handsome male head in correct proportions with well set dark eyes. Straight forelegs deep chest with tight elbows. Cobby body. Well set tail he used in usual cocker style while on the move.

Open dog 3 (1 abs)

1st Graham Gentle touch Sun Forrest Soul for Stiloga INT Ch (IMP UKR) 2yr old dog. Loved him when he entered the ring. Gorgeous masculine head, broad skull well set on ears. Well shaped dark eyes with soft expression. Depth to the muzzle with enough flew. Deep chest, straight front, tight elbows, Good body length to height. In lovely condition moved with drive around the ring. BOB Gundog grp 1 and BIS

2nd Brennans Kerrijoy Marlon Brandon 3yr old dog. A smaller dog but with everything in the right place. Neat head, dark eyes, good depth of chest with tight front. well laid-back shoulders cobby body moved with drive. Preferred the masculinity of one.

Open Bitch 2 (1 abs)

1st Grahams Stiloga Sweet Charity 2 ½ year old black bitch. Overall a lovely bitch. Feminine head but with skull width and good depth of muzzle. Well set ears, lovely dark expressive eyes. Deep chest, straight front. Tight elbows, cobby body. Very happy on the move which she drove well around the ring RBOB

1st Douglas Talard Lady of winter Fell 11mth black bitch. Feminine head with tight well shaped dark eyes, Deep chested body. Straight front, lovely tight feet good bone. Full of beans and moved out well RBP

Special yearling Dog or bitch 3 (2 abs)

1st Douglas Talard Glasdrumond Wood 11mth old yellow dog. Well up to size. Masculine well shaped head, Plenty of skull room, deep muzzle. Well-shaped dark eyes. Deep chest, with good width of ribs, straight front legs with tight feet. Good lay back. Wagging tail well set on a muscular back end. Moved well with drive. BP & BOB

1st Douglas English Guard Von der Sommerhohe at Talard (IMP AUT) 4yrs old yellow dog. Up in size. Masculine head dark eyes could do with more depth to flew. Enough bone moved out well.

2nd Armstrong Carnamaddy M’Lord Apollo 22mth liver dog. Good size . Nice head, Deep chested straight front. Moved well.

1st Douglas Talard Lady Kawarymono 14mth old yellow bitch of medium size. Neat feminine head. Dark well shaped dark eyes. Deep chest, straight front with neat tight feet. Well laid back shoulders. Good width to ribs. Good bone. Moved okay

Open dog 1

1st Douglas Sh Ch & IR Sh Ch Talard Cee Three Pee Ohh. 2yr old yellow dog. Strong masculine head, dark well shaped eye. Deep chest with good width to ribs. Tight elbows with good bone on straight front legs. Tight feet. Moved okay. RBOB

Open bitch 4 (2 abs)

1st Douglas Allmark Rock royalty In Talard Medium black sized bitch. Wide in skull, well set on ears, lovely dark eye, would prefer more length to muzzle. Nice deep chest and well laid back shoulders. Good bone straight legs with tight feet. Moved okay

2nd Armstrongs Valley Acacia 6yr liver bitch. Feminine head, enough width to skull would prefer slightly more flew. Lighter in bone but deep chest, straight legs and tight feet. Moved okay

Special yearling dog or bitch 4 (1abs)

1st Byers Balibeau Breaker of chains 11mth dog. Masculine head which needs to mature in the muzzle to match the skull. Dark well-set eyes. Deep chest well laid-back shoulders. Elbows close fitting. Straight front legs well shaped feet. Level topline which he held on the move. Happy wagging tail moved well. BOB & BP

2nd Worsleys Bushbane Kanata 23 mth bitch. Feminine head well shaped eyes. Well laid back shoulders. Straight front. Good bone Level top line. Moved okay

1st Sheilds Cassaire the general 3yr old dog. Masculine head, lovely dark eye. Throat could be tighter but good deep chest, straight front with good amount of bone, neat tight feet. Good length to height. Moved okay. RBOB

1st Jamison Cassaire Goldilocks 9yr Bitch. Feminine head with well-shaped dark eyes into good neck into well laid shoulders. Moved okay

Flat coated retriever

Open dog or bitch 4 (2abs)

1st Kenning Lacsar Gin & Bear it NAF 11mth Dog. Mature for his age. Nice head with well shaped dark eyes. Deep chested with straight front, feet need to tighten. Broad neck into good lay back to shoulders. Well-developed back end. Held top line on the move. Moved well.BOB & BP

2nd McLaron Kazval made to measure 7mth old Dog. Balanced head with well-shaped dark eyes. Well laid-back shoulders. Straight through front. Good height to length. Enjoyed his day with a wagging tail Moved well lost out today on maturity.RBOB

English Setter

Open dog or bitch 1 ent.

1st McKeirnans Bushbane Celtic prayer 3yr old bitch. Lovely sized bitch feminine through and through. Lovely head balanced skull and muzzle. Dark eyes well set eyes. Straight well boned front legs. Good depth of chest. In lovely coat and moved well on well-muscled back end with wagging tail. BOB

Pointer

Special yearling dog or bitch 2 ent

1st Mckiernans Joneva cut to the chase at Bushbane. 17mth old B/W male of good size. Masculine head with well set dark eyes. Well boned straight front legs, with good length of upper arm into well laid back shoulders. good tight neat feet. Back end needs to mature and muscle up to match the front. Moved okay.BOB

2nd Nesbitts Snowflake Dazzler, 7mth old bitch. Very light all through needs to mature. Not happy today.

1st McKeirans Glenariff Rock rose via Bushbane. 2yr old bitch. Very feminine all through. Neat head, eyes well set with a clean muzzle. Well laid back in shoulders. Moved oaky RBOB

1st Toms Ir Sh Ch Toberbilly I wish you luck Ir jun Ch. Masculine dog all through. Lovely masculine head, dark well set eyes. Good reach of neck into well laid back shoulders. Deep chest with Good bone. Good length of rib in rich full coat moved well BOB

2nd Toms Clanrua Birch Smaller type that one. Nice head, good bone In good coat moved well. RBOB

Weimaraner

Open dog or bitch 1 ent

Nugents Callan Banks dervias Dream 8mth old bitch. Lovely shape all through just needs to mature. Good width to skull, muzzle just needs to deepen. Nice shaped eye. Enough bone with straight front legs into neat feet. Well laid back shoulders, good deoth of chest and length of rib. Moved happily and freeky for a baby just needs to tighten up BOB & BP
