Many thanks to the Society for asking me to stand-in as a replacement Judge for their SAC at this well-run show with such a friendly atmosphere. I really enjoyed judging this charming breed!

SAC

PD/B (3) 1st Lujesa Dolly Daydream Wylyeview. Very pretty B/T bitch. Feminine in outlook. Cobby shape. Excellent head and muzzle with correct stop. Dark, expressive eye. Good ear set and length. Reachy neck leading to a well laid shoulder and return of upper arm. Well sprung ribs for her age. Correct slope of croup. Excellent bend of stifle leading to low set hocks. A really happy baby on the move, using her tail well and moving with a good depth of stride. Good coat, colours and presentation.

2nd Riondel Aurora At Carinosa. Another pretty baby. Compact outline. Excellent head, eye, bite and expression. Good ear set. Moderate neck and angulation. Carrying a bit too much weight. Holds her outline well at all times. Sound mover in all directions but not quite the freedom of the winner.

PG D/B (8) 1st Reemif Midnight Blue For Chanmalo. Masculine blue roan of pleasing size, cobby outline and sound type. Pleasing head, well defined stop, square muzzle and dark, expressive eye. Correctly set ears of good length. A bit stuffy in neck, Good depth of chest, tight elbows and well sprung ribs. Balanced angulation. Firm body. A really good mover, sound and driving off the soundest of hocks. Excellent coat, presentation and handled to best advantage.

2nd Cachel Heartthrob At Laurellakes. Another good blue roan and close-up here. Equally pleasing in head properties. Lovely eye and expression. Excellent reach of neck, good length and lay of shoulder and return of upperarm. Not the depth of chest of 1st or as compact in outline. Good croup and tail set. Strong, muscular rear. Excellent mover.

3rd Merrysprings Magic Star.

O (2) 1st Manchela Hugo Boss. Lovely, happy boy of pleasing proportions. Appealing head and expression. Excellent reach of neck leading to a well angled front. Good bone, tight elbows and compact feet. Good ribs, short loins and excellent hind angulation. Correct angle of croup and excellent tail set. Moved very well in all directions. Coat of good texture, colour and well presented.
