Maidenhead & District Canine Society

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my thanks to the officers and committee of the society for their kind invitation to judge at this show and all their hard work to ensure that it ran as smoothly as possible.  I very much appreciated the opportunity of this appointment and for the warm welcome I received. A special thank you must go my steward who kept the ring running smoothly throughout the day.  The exhibitors should be commended for battling through some awful  weather to attend the show and for providing me with beautifully well turned out dogs to go over, they were a credit to you which made my job judging them very difficult but so enjoyable.  I would also like to thank the exhibitors for your sporting acceptance of my placings.

1st. Morgan’s Happypaws Kiss in the Dark.  A very masculine 15-month-old boy, slightly towards the top end of the standard, but well balanced and shown in very good coat.  Very expressive eyes with good pigmentation to eyes, nose and a mouth with correct scissor bite. Good skull with slight stop. Well covered pendulous ears set slightly above the eyes. Good neck length set into well laid-back shoulders. Chest well let down to elbows with slight tuck up. Good top line with slight rise over loin to correct tail set. Good parallel legs to tight feet and with good angulation fore and aft. Driving will across the floor and retained top line on the move with correct tail carriage. Coat correct of length and type.  Would not like to see him get any bigger.
