What an adventure this appointment turned out to be! A warm welcome awaited me and thank you to the committee for the invite. My thanks to my 2 lovely stewards Michelle and Karen who kept the ring running efficiently. Some horrendous weather settled in overnight causing horrific transport problems but suffice to say Storm Ciara escorted me home …… eventually, many thanks to everyone who sent messages of help and concern.

Argyle’s Elygra Poetry in Motion. 12 month old bitch just out of puppy, feminine head with happy Sammy smile. Nicely angulated throughout with sound top-line, good bone and feet. Very excitable on the move which proved difficult to assess, coat developing well, RBOB.

Argyle’s Elygra Ice Knights Legacy ShCM. 8 year old male in fit, well muscled condition, nicely angulated with good top-line but would have liked a better tail carriage, showed some good reach and drive on the move, BOB.

Capell’s Ruholfia Jasmine in Llepac. 21 month old bitch, kind expression, acceptable angulation but would like a better length of neck and stronger top-line. Well up on feet with good bone. Looked well moving in profile, just a little untidy moving away. Presented in good coat and condition.

Massey/McGeoch’s Jojavik Kissy Suzuki ShCM ShCEx. Very elegant and feminine bitch of 4 years, beautifully handled and presented, excellent temperament. Lovely head with good definition. Nicely angulated throughout with appealing outline, good bone, feet and overall balance. Moved out well with purpose, BOB & G2.

Lafford’s Lateagain Satisfaction JW. Upstanding male of 3 years with good bone, nicely angulated all through with sound top-line and good muscle, tight feet, good croup, tail-set and in excellent, well muscled condition, moved out well with good reach and drive, RBOB.

A lovely entry of Alaskan Malamutes where I was spoilt for choice.

Lethbridge/Simler’s Palladium Glimmer. 10 month old bitch with kind head and expression, good depth of chest and well ribbed, nicely proportioned with good muscle tone although would prefer a better tail-set, once settled showed some good movement in profile, BP & PG3.

Smith’s Snowshoes Telmarine King. Lovely youngster of 2.5 years commanding presence in the ring, appealing head and good ears, good depth of chest with correct proportions throughout, lovely angulation and good bone, moved easily around the ring with power, presented in excellent coat and condition, BOB & G1.

Woodgate’s Snowshoes Ring Presence. Another lovely male, less mature but of good type. Appealing head, good pigment and ears, correct length of neck with strongly made front and bone. Well proportioned throughout with good muscle tone, he moved freely, another who was presented in excellent condition.

Smith’s Ch.Snowshoes King’s Legacy ShCM ShCEx. Super male, full of presence and attitude. Masculine head with lovely expression, good ears. Well set neck leading into a sound front assembly, lovely proportions, he moved well in all directions, just felt my BOB was slightly freer on the move today, presented in tip top condition, RBOB.

Woodgate’s Snowshoes Mountain Ranger. Lovely male of nearly 3 years. Masculine head and expression. Good depth of chest, good bone and strong top-line, well angulated throughout, he covered the ground with lovely reach and drive, presentation was excellent.

Crowther’s Kobuk Foxtail Lily. Well handled and presented bitch of 20 months with good temperament. Nicely angulated with good body proportions and depth of chest, well ribbed. Showed some good reach and drive when settled into her stride, BOB.

Crowther’s Kobuk Midnight Stargazer ShCM VW. 8 year old male who looked well in profile, kind expression and good ear-set, would like a stronger top-line but sound enough body proportions, presented in well muscled condition, showed some easy movement in profile but untidy when moving away, RBOB.

Ash’s Bluesun Leaf On The Wind. 15 month old male, very aware of his surroundings, just needs a shade more confidence. Kind head and expression with nicely angulated front, would like a little more neck and a stronger top-line but he moved out well in all directions and beautifully presented.

Ryan/George’s Keirkane’s Poetry in Motion. Really liked this young fawn bitch of 15 months who I’m sure has a very promising future ahead, lovely feminine head and expression, good neck leading into a sound shoulder, well balanced throughout with good depth of chest, ideal body proportions and well muscled, she moved steadily with correct gait and handled to bring out her best, BOB & G3.

Newton’s Shlarra Sent From Above. Another nice bitch of 2 years, lovely expression and head and nicely angulated all through. Good depth of chest and well muscled throughout, good feet and bone, moved out well with easy reach and drive, just preferred the top-line on my BOB today, RBOB.

Condron’s Khyannes Valene at Covarney (Braque D’Auvergne). Nicely presented male of 1 year, in beautiful condition and well muscled. Appealing head with kind eye and gorgeous expression, pleasing shoulder with good angulation all through, moved out well with purpose, BIR.

West’s Ojons Ghost Rider De L’aige De La Tournelle Shepalian (White Swiss Shepherd). Very handsome male of 20 months, a little distracted whilst ‘searching’ for someone! Lovely masculine head with good bone, well structured all through, a lovely example. Moved out well with effortless reach and drive, presented in excellent coat with good muscle tone RBIR.

1. Franklin’s Shinglebay I’ve Gotta Be Me. 2 year old bitch presented in good clean coat, lovely feminine head with kind expression and good eye. Correct neck leading into a good shoulder placement, ideal body proportions and sound top-line, well muscled rear, she moved effortlessly around the ring, BOB.

2. Royle’s Royleway Bears Bronte. An exceptionally well mannered youngster of just 7 months, very well schooled! Kind head with good pigment, nicely angulated throughout with correct proportions, good bone and substance, moved out extremely well for such a baby, BP.

Newton’s Stelamah Quiang at Shlarra JW ShCM. 4 year old male with kind head and expression, good length of neck leading into a sound front assembly, well muscled and in fit condition, good depth of chest and well ribbed, just a shade too much length for me, presented in immaculate condition, RBOB.

Neate’s Mangookoa Dynamo The Great. This 2 year old dog was a little more settled in this class. Kind head and expression, front ok with good bone and depth of chest, well ribbed back. A little untidy on the move and presentation could be improved.

Shayer’s Bevanray Scoobie. 2 year old bitch shown by a rather nervous owner who actually handled her very well indeed. Beautiful temperament with kind head and expression, good bone and depth of chest with sound body proportions, would like richer tan markings but looked well in profile. Showed some good profile movement, RBOB.

 Vick’s Ava Von Der Alten Festung at Vickangels JW (imp). Well handled and presented this 2 year old bitch knew her job! Good neck and nicely angulated all through she showed some easy reach and drive, in well muscled and fit condition, BOB.

 Hill’s Ingo Ushi Vd Vanenblikhoeve (imp)(Bouvier des Flandres). Handsome male of 2 years, excellent head and lovely temperament. Well angulated with correct body proportions, good depth of chest and bone, lovely type. Stood well in profile and moved freely in all directions, well presented and handled, BOB.

Leonberger (Folkes/Skilling’s Ch Dacfolke Obie ODakota) - lovely example of this breed, in fit and well muscled condition, beautiful clean coat and very sound in movement.

WORKING PUPPY GROUP

Leonberger (Folkes/Skilling’s Star of Love Valuer at Dacfolke (imp Pol) - promising youngster who moved out well in all directions, lovely head and expression, good bone and feet, good depth of chest and correct body proportions, moved steadily with an easy gait.

Boxer (Tonkin/Pellow’s Rosanyos Santa Flora) - well presented and handled, lovely head with nice eye and enquiring expression, correct body proportions, well muscled, she moved well in all directions covering ground with ease.

Boxer (Cross’ Markinshell Bomber at Dajoxx) - Nicely made male of 20 months, kind expressive head and good depth of chest and bone, good body proportions and angulation, he covered the ground with ease, in excellent coat and well muscled.

 Massey/McGeoch’s Kodam I Can Be Your Hero (Dobermann). 7 year old male looking well in profile, lovely head and expression, nicely angulated throughout with steady top-line and well muscled throughout, moved easily covering ground well. Well presented.

Smith’s Dacfolke Vagabond ShCM (Leonberger). Lovely male of 7 years with masculine head and expression, well angulated throughout with sound top-line, good bone and depth of chest, in excellent coat, he moved out well in profile. Beautifully presented and handled.
