Junior – Dog 1 1st DEUCHAR‘S; RIKARLO GABLE; 16 month young male, head developing well with nice dark eyes & well placed ears, strong well-muscled neck on well-placed shoulders, elbows fitting close to body, firm back with good hind angulations. Firm hocks & tight feet & tightly curled tail, nice harsh outer coat, very positive on move & in challenge for best dog felt he was just slightly lighter on his feet & today had slightly more drive than open winner. BD

Open – Dog 4 1st DEUCHAR‘S; CH/BEL CH TONYLYNN'S CHARLES LAFITTE AW(P)R2EX; 12 year old who came into ring full of confidence, sound in every way. Nice wedge-shaped head, well placed erect ears, correct bite & with dark eyes, moderate neck with good lay of shoulder. Good depth of body & elbows fitting tightly to body, firm back with tail carried in tight curl over back. Effortless stride & parallel both front & rear view. RBD 2nd STONTON’S; CH ARNSCROFT IN DI ANA JACK RL1 EX; Nicely balanced male, with masculine head, dark eyes & good ear placement, good length of neck & well laid shoulders, body firm & good rear angulations, just preferred 1st slightly steadier movement today. 3rd COBB & KENT’S; CH KOROMANDEL BEST SERVED COLD AT KNYTSHALL;

Puppy – Bitch 2 1st SHORER-WHEELER, WHEELER & DEELEY’S; STURTMOOR FFASCINATION WITH KOROMANDEL; Just 9 months & a real show off, feminine wedge shaped head with well-placed ears, dark eyes & neck of good length, shoulders well placed & chest developing, elbows close fitting, body firm with good hind angulations, lovely tight tail, very steady mover, which won her the class. BPB, BPIB & shortlisted in Puppy Group 2nd RUMSEY’S;KATA SYNDATTIR AV FJELDVIDDA; just 7 months, balanced puppy, although I’d prefer a little more weight on her, but everything is in the right place, steady on move once settled.

Junior – Bitch 1 1st STRONG’S; LEGGATTS DANCING QUEEN AT DRACCUS; 17 month black bitch in lovely hard condition, slightly smaller than other bitches here today but well balanced. Feminine wedge-shaped head, with well-placed ears, moderate amount of stop & correct bite, muscular neck on well laid shoulders, chest deep & elbows fitting closely, firm top line & tail curled tightly over back with good rear angulations, steady on mover.

Open – Bitch 3-1 1st SHORER-WHEELER’S; CH MAIDOFCOPPER FOR KOROMANDEL JW; Very confident bitch & beautifully balanced. Nice broad wedge shaped head with good distance between ears, moderate amount of stop, tight lips with good bite, moderate arch to neck, strong forequarters with nice tight elbows with good depth of chest with straight top line firm over hindquarters & slight tuck up, well placed tightly curled tail, feet nice & tight. Steady movement both coming & going away. BB & BOB 2nd SMITH, DEUCHAR & DEUCHAR’S; KIMURASTYRA AT ARNSCROFT; Lovely balanced bitch in profile, but not quite so confident as first, feminine head & well placed ears, muscular neck & good lay shoulder, chest deep, back firm, tail not as tight as 1st with nice rear angulations, steady mover.
