I always enjoy the Bedlingtons and thank you for a decent entry with some interesting competition.

Thank you to my steward, Paula Meacham who worked hard all day and definitely earned her lunch.

Class 1675 PD (3 Entries) Abs: 2

1st: 6150 COOPER, Miss J & DAVIES Mr J Plumeria's Dolphin Striker-7 months and quite mature looking for his age. Good head, lovely bone, decent puppy coat. Needs to settle on the move but he is only a baby.

Class 1676 JD (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 6151 CUMMING Mr & Mrs P & J Rocabec Riding Shotgun-super quality boy who could have coped with some competition. Masculine but not coarse, lovely outline standing, correct front, good rear, really well presented and has a bright future. Would prefer head carriage a little higher but he is still quite young. Super tail carriage. Res CC

Class 1677 PGD NO ENTRIES

Class 1678 LD (3 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: 6163 MARTIN Miss L Velvety Eye Of The Storm At Honeymist-another eyecatcher with a great head, super coat, correct outline. Was a touch proud of his tail today but is still quite young.

2nd: 6154 GILLIES Mrs J Rhicullen Rennie Mac-looked good when stacked but flattened a bit on the move. Ok in head, correct eye shape.

Class 1679 OD (4 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: 6164 MARTIN Miss L Ch Honeymist Blue Bols-one who has done well under me before. Lovely outline which he held on the move, great proportions, super to go over and correct coat texture which was well presented. Maturity took him through to the CC and then on BOB. Lovely boy.

2nd: 6168 MIDDLEBROOK Mr H & Mrs T Tcheria Tcharleston-a dog who caught my eye when he came in to the ring. Looks well. Not quite the movement of the CC and Res CC winners.

3rd: 6173 ROSS Mr S Major Tufts

Class 1680 VD NO ENTRIES

Class 1681 PB (8 Entries) Abs: 3

1st: 6146 BANNISTER Mrs Y Miteymidgets Tiewie-very promising baby, super to go over, correct proportions, lovely outline and she held it well on the move. Correct movement front and back. Still a little raw but I considered her for the Res CC. Promising. Was best puppy.

2nd: 6147 BISHOP Mrs P & Mr N Chaselyne About Thyme-quite mature in body and coat. Lovely type and decent head. Was a bit reluctant on the move today which was a pity.

3rd: 6159 JONES Ms K A Miteymidgets Little Hottie

Class 1682 JB (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 6159 JONES Ms K A Miteymidgets Little Hottie-stood third in the puppy class but was not disgraced as it was tough competition. She possesses all the basics, not a bad mover, ok outline and coat coming through. Is still immature but settled in this class and the next and looked a lot better.

Class 1683 PGB (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 6159 JONES Ms K A Miteymidgets Little Hottie

2nd: 6174 ROSS, Mrs G & CREGGAN Miss R Raphelyans Unzip To Roisin's-decent size, head ok, just a bit untidy on the move.

Class 1684 LB (5 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: 6169 MIDDLEBROOK Mr H & Mrs T Poppyblu Elara-the best type in this class, good in outline and a good front. Failed a little in hind movement.

2nd: 6155 GILLIES Mrs J Rhicullen Joy Of Patchwork-my notes said “an old fashioned sort of Bedlington”, decent coat, feminine head, moderate outline,

3rd: 6153 DOBLE Mr & Mrs M & S Daisy Rose Petal

Class 1685 OB (7 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: 6152 CUMMING Mr & Mrs P & J Ch Rocabec Gossip Girl-super sort, lovely outline, great head, really good rear and a good mover. Is a touch bigger than I like but super quality. CC

2nd: 6172 OWEN Mrs D Bisbee Razzle Dazzle-this one got better the more I looked at her. Is a good mover both ways and very active. Was a bit uncooperative with her handler when stacked otherwise she would have presented better competition. Her quality earned her the Res CC but she nearly threw it away to the puppy.

3rd: 6165 MARTIN Miss L Honeymist Posh Sugar

Class 1686 VB (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: NO ENTRIES
