Breed: Hungarian Puli

Hungarian Puli

As always a quality entry, although sadly not large in numbers. None of the heads were of the correct proportions, some being 50/50. Presentation was very good. Encouraging to have 3 super puppies. Good to see some whites.

Puppy D (1)

1st: 4174 KNIGHT Mrs C M Flindattie The Shogun

Fairly square pup of just 6 mths. Beautifully presented and in v good muscle. Quite a good head. Dark eyes. Correct length of neck. He is slightly too moderate in his angulation, but it is balanced and gives a typical side gait. Super topline. V well bodied, short loin. Lots of promise.

Junior d (1)

1st: 4177 LEWINS Mr J Pedro Zwierz W Dredach

Plenty of this 13 mths old d, but he has correct bone. Masc head. Dark eyes. Medium length neck. Fair front. He has well sprung ribs, just a fraction long in loin. Level topline. Moderate rear. V good mover.

Really liked his proportions and size. V wiry in his build. Head is masculine and of correct size. Correct length of neck.. Fair front. He has well sprung ribs which go back, but he could carry a little less weight. Super topline, which he held on the move. His rear matches his front. Accurate on move, and typical short, quick steps. Coat presented in super condition. CC

2nd: 4170 COWLEY Mrs L J & Mr K D Callendu Despicable Me At Kashbeluli Sh.CM ShCEx

Lots to like about this d. He too is square in build. More neck than desired. His shoulders could be better set. He has a super body. Level topline. Well set tail. Rear matches his front well. Typical mover. RCC

Puppy b (3,1)

2 really promising pups with very little between them.

1st: 4182 WATTS Miss H Moonshadow Causa Commotion At Cordmoor (Imp USA)

She can look slightly long stood, but shortens up on the move. Fem head. Correct length of neck. Quite a good front. Well sprung ribs. Level topline. Moderate rear. Went v well. BP

2nd: 4171 COWLEY Mrs L J & Mr K D Flindattie Cherry Blossom By Kashbeluli

She has a fem head and is square in her outline. Correct neck. Moderate in front and just needs to tighten as she matures. Well bodied. Firm topline. She has a super rear.

1st: 4175 KNIGHT Mrs C M Enter Suzy Q Vom Mullersgrund To Weetoneon (Imp)

Beautifully presented white b. Feminine in head. Correct length neck and a well laid shoulder. She has well sprung ribs and a firm topline, but slightly long. Well made rear. Could be fIrmer going away, and maybe just kicks up a bit too much. But very many qualities.

Open b (4)

Very good class and I would happily award a cc to very one entered. First 2 were very similar and not a lot to split them.

1st: 4176 KNIGHT Mrs C M Ch Weetoneon Polly Flinders

She is square and wiry and super on the move. She has a fairly small, fem head. Correct length of neck. She could be righter in elbow. Super body, well ribbed with a firm topline. Well made rear, matching her front. Just a bit better out and back than 2. Carrying the right amount of weight and so v typical. CC & BOB

2nd: 4172 COWLEY Mrs L J & Mr K D Somogyi Betyar Bodza At Kashbeluli (Imp)

V much the same lovely shape and proportions as 1. She has a fem head. Correct neck. Elbows could be tighter. Well ribbed back with a firm topline. Typical side gait. Liked her rear. RCC

Veteran b (1)

1st: 4169 CHESHER Mrs M & Mr P S Cariadus Arwenevenstar

She is in great form for her 13 years. Slightly off square. Fem head. Correct neck. Elbows could be tighter. She has a firm topline. Well sprung ribs. Good turn of stifle. Accurate on the move.
