I was v pleased with the quality of this entry, plenty of dogs that met my understanding of correct breed type. I have judged this lovely breed many times in the UK so I guess exhibitors know what I like. Interesting that 3 of the 4 main winners were siblings.

1st: 3110 HAMILTON, Mrs J & RAINSBURY Mrs V Alanura Incognito Ipotane 

Masc d who is v typical. Long head, ears are a bit soft and he didn’t really use them. Lengthy neck. Correct short, short, upright shoulder and straight in pastern. Shallow chest, flat ribs. Well made rear. Fairly accurate mover, could curl his tail less.

1st: 3114 SAYLES Miss R Abbotsoak Music Of The Nite 

V typy d, would like to see him carry more weight. Alert and uses his ears well, he could be slightly finer in skull. He has a good length of neck. Correct front. Shallow chest with flat ribs. Moderate rear. Accurate out and back. Preferred his side gait to 2. Really good d. CC & BOB 

2nd: 3112 JANKUNE Mrs M Multi Ch Bes T Bruno Baltas Vejas (Imp) 

Lots to like about this male. He has a good head. Correct front and his chest is well above his elbow. Well ribbed back and a good rear. He is a bigger dog with heavier bone than 1. Lifts his front feet too high moving. RCC

Promising pup with a delightful temperament. She has a lengthy and fem head, which needs to finish, well carried ears. Long, crested neck. Needs to firm in pastern. Well bodied. Liked her rear. BP 

Post grad b  (2) 

1 st: 3118 WOODCOCK Miss V Abbotsoak Greese Lightnin 

Slightly unsettled but she is a lovely type of b. Fairly long head, planes could be better. Correct neck. Short, steep shoulder. Straight in pastern chest is a bit deep, but still above her elbow. Flat ribs. V good rear. Accurate enough. Typical profile gait. RCC 

2nd: 3109 HALL Ms S E Afilador Wheal Grace  

Limit b (1) 

1st: 3119 WORRALL Miss S Alanaura Unseen Unicorn 

Fem b of v good type. Long head, slight stop. Stiff ears. She has a lengthy neck. Correct front assembly. Chest could be a little more shallow, but still well above elbow. Flat ribs. Well bent stifle. Careless how she stands at the rear and could be tidier coming towards. Typical side gait.

1st: 3116 TAYLOR Miss J L Ch Abbotsoak Carousel JW 

She is a super b, so v typical. Liked her lengthy head. Well set ears, used well. Long, crested neck. Correct front. Chest well above her elbow. Long, flat ribs.  Fairly accurate mover, v good in profile. Her hind angulation is correct, but needs to muscle up, and was slightly weak going away, which cost her BOB. Conditioned and muscled she could do top winning. CC 

2nd: 3111 HAMILTON, Mrs J & RAINSBURY Mrs V Ch Kalo Skilo's Rose De Immortal Juno With Harrisc  

Not putting much effort in, scored in hind action over 3. She is typical. Lengthy head. Long neck. Good front. Well ribbed back. Looked slightly bored. 

3rd: 3107 EGAN , Mrs E F & CATCHPOLE Mrs P Ch Snowlief Red Sector A  

Res: 3115 STEELE Mrs S E Ch Falconcrag Queen Nefertiti At Threadgold Sh.CM 

Veteran b (2) 

1st: 3108 EGAN , Mrs E F & CATCHPOLE Mrs P Ch Snowlief Prime Mover  

Almost 10 and looking really well. She has a lengthy head. Long neck. Correct front. Well ribbed back. Good turn of stifle. Just a bit wide going away, she is v typical. 

2nd: 3117 TAYLOR Miss J L Falconcrag Valenta 

Liked her a lot and she is v accurate out and back. Not quite as fem as 1. Long head. Decent front. Slightly deeper in chest than ideal. Could have a more level topline.
