PARSON RUSSELL TERRIERS

Thank you to all exhibits for a super entry of 33. Many thanks to my two stewards who kept the proceedings on track.

PUPPY DOG – 3

1. BAKER – TUSIQUEVALES EXTRA SPECIAL TO PACOLITO (IMP ITA) - pleasing dog, masculine head with a good bite and strong muzzle. Correct ear set and dark eye giving a keen expression. He is a nice size with an excellent coat and pelt.

2. HOBSON – PARTRIDGEDALE LITTLE ROCK – slightly larger than my winner. He has a pleasing head however his ear carriage needs to settle. He was in good coat and I could span him.

3. RIMMER – LENACOURT BOOGIE NICHTS AT KYLINI

JUNIOR DOG – 4

1. COLLIS – RIPLINGTON SEE YOUR DREAMS – he has a masculine head, moderately broad skull. His bite was good and a strong muzzle, correct ear set . He was sporting a harsh jacket and his pelt was thick. He has a nice topline and good tailset, strong loins and hindquarters with a well developed second thigh, moved well. His appearance was balanced. BEST DOG

2. HALL – FIRTHGARTH MASTER THE WORLD – Larger than my winner , he has a pleasing head and expression and is overall balanced. His coat was good, straight front and good bone.

3. NEWSTEAD – TOPHEAD TRUFFLE

POST GRADUATE DOG – 1

1. HALL – FIRTHGARTH STONE MEADOW – He has nice bone and was in good coat. His bite was good and pleasing dark eye. He moved ok but was a tad proud of his tail.

OPEN DOG – 2 – (1 AB)

1. BROADBERRY – CH. MINDLEN MAGNUM AT RATSCALLION – pleasing dog, of good size with a level topline and correct tail carriage. He was presented in hard condition. His head was a nice wedge shape with good ear carriage and expression. His front was straight and correct width, compact feet and I was able to span him. His hindquarters were well muscled with second thigh in evidence. RESERVE BEST DOG

SPECIAL BEGINNERS – 0

PUPPY BITCH – 4 – (2 AB)

1. HOBSON – PARTRIDGDALE BLUEBELL – a smart puppy, well proportioned in body. She has good bone and neat feet. Pleasing head for her age, nice dark eyes and expression, good bite. She was spannable and in good coat. Rear movement was good, however a little loose in front which time may correct. BP

2. BOWSHER – KYLINI KINDA KOOL – she appeared compact, her bite was good with a dark eye and nice expression. Movement was difficult to assess as she was not co-operating with her handler who withdrew her in the next class.

JUNIOR BITCH – 8 (5 AB)

1. NEWSTEAD – MUHLROSS MAGIC DIAMOND – proportioned in appearance, good bone and feet, straight front, nice length of neck. She was spannable and in good coat. Pleasing head and expression, well bodies and good hindquarters. Moved well.

2. BRIGGS – MALENKHAI ICE ICE BABY – she has a nice head and muzzle with a good bite and neat ears. She was spannable and in good coat and condition with a thick pelt. She moved ok however a tad proud of her tail.

POST GRAD BITCH – 7 – (1 AB)

1. NEILD – LOGIERAIT LUNA – she is a nice size and balanced proportions. Her head is a nice wedge shape, feminine with a dark eye, good ear placement and correct bite. She has a good neck, shoulders and ribs. She was spannable. Her hindquarters were muscled with low set hocks. Coat was good with a thick pelt. Her movement was sound. BB and BOB

2. BROADBERRY – RATSCALLION OKLAHOMA – similar lines as the winner, nicely proportioned, pleasing head, spannable, preferred the movement of the winner.

3. BROWN – AFINLEA WOOD LEOPARD

OPEN BITCH – 12 – (4 AB)

1. NEILD – LOGIERAIT LUNA

2. BAKER – PACOLITO DRAYTOGO PHIRSTCONTACT – pleasing wedge shaped head, shallow stop, good bite and dark eyes with a keen expression. She is in proportion, presented in excellent coat, thick pelt and was spannable. She has good bone and feet, muscled hindquarters and a good tail set. I just preferred the front movement of my winner. RBB
