I very much enjoyed judging this friendly and well run show. It was a shame that storm Ciara contributed to some absentees but congratulations to all the exhibitors on their presentation despite the dreadful weather.
VETERAN DOG 6 (2)
1. Gerholds Sh Ch Ramchaine Fabulicious (IMP NED) JW ShCM. Beautifully balanced dog with strong bone and neat feet. Clean in front angulation with good length of neck. Well turned stifles. Moved out well with style and drive and in tip top condition.
2. Goddard’s Soneve Stargazer at Glenseven. Lovely balanced head with dark eye and kind expression. Strong level topline held on the move. Well sprung ribs, neat hocks. Moved well.
3. Whites Sandusky Zulu Warrior.
MINOR PUPPY DOG 12 (5)
1. Haxtons Dantassie Double Take. Cracking 7 month puppy who must have a very bright future. Took my eye immediately for his overall balance. Lovely head. Excellent front and upper arm. Good length of neck. Good stifles. Lovely carriage on the move and moved with drive and purpose BPIS.
2. O’Gormans Berrymeade Grand Central. Another very promising youngster and close up to 1. Sweetest expression and balanced head. Very well all through with good front, neat feet. Well bent stifles and neat hocks. Moved soundly. Very promising.

PUPPY DOG 12 (4)
Mains Denmarella Mr Bright Skies over Gwngala. This lovely puppy nearly threw this class away but a change of handler enabled me to go over him and for him to settle on the move. Good size puppy of substance with the most beautiful head. Strong bone and very well balanced body proportions. Good turn of stifle and eventually moved out very soundly and with drive.
2. Becks Denmarella Everyday the Sun. I saw later he is litter brother to above and he was a close second to his brother and the same remarks apply. Super layback of shoulder and correct upper arm. Loved his happy attitude and he moved out well. Beautifully presented.

JUNIOR DOG 7 (2)
1. Clarkes Ousevale Tobermory. JW. Lovely cream of quality with masculine head and soft expression. Good lay of shoulder and correct upper arm. Level topline, well sprung rib. Short in the loin. Moved out well from strong hindquarters. Super coat and condition.
2. Loverock & Waldron Smiths Thornywait Space Cowboy at Lovissa JW. Another lovely dog presenting a very balanced outline. Straight front with neat feet and good angulation front and rear. Beautifully shown and presented. Just not as mature as 1 at the moment but a lovely boy.
3. Davies Chinnordale Comet.
YEARLING DOG 10 (2)
1. Becks Happier de Ria Vela (IMP ESP). Well grown youngster with strong bone and neat feet. Correct front and good spring of rib and short in loin. Stong hindquarters and in hard condition enabling him to move out well. Im lovely coat and condition .
2. Boltons Stanroph Superstravegante at Shiresmill (IMP ESP) JW. A lovely boy and very close up to 1. Clean outline and excels in front angulation. Level topline, lovely coat and condition. Moved out soundly.

2. Taylors Alibren Eccles at Tannandice. Masculine head with the most lovely expression. Well sprung rib, short in the loin. Deep through the heart. Excellent condition and moved soundly.
3rd Chappells Creekside Royal Nuptials.
GRADUATE DOG 9 (3)
1. O’Gormans Berrymeade Grand Central JW. Loved him on my first look around the ring. Most attractive balanced head. Neat feet and hocks and strong second thigh. He presented a very balance outline. Moved out well. A very nice boy.
2. Jacksons Tierra di Siena Lorenzo at Swansavon. Deep golden in beautiful coat and condition. Balanced, chiselled head & super pigment. Strong topline,Good bone, neat feet, Good spring of rib and short coupled. Moved out well.
3. Keenes Shinehill Snow Rebel.
POSTGRADUATE DOG 8 (4)
1. Parrys Mitcharron Kentucky Road. Lovely Balanced head. Stong, Level topline and good tailset. Deep through the heart. Short coupled. Good bend of stifle. Neat hocks and feet. Moved out well.
2. Williams Thornywait Full Monty at Trebettyn. Lovely head and expression with good pigment. Well made all through with strong hindquarters enabling him to move with drive. Well presented and handled.
3. Whites Ninell Indiana Jones.
MID LIMIT DOG 9 (4)
1. Swattons Suntide Exceedingly Good. Deep golden in excellent coat. Excels in front angulation, balanced head with pleasing expression. Well turned stifles and strong level topline. Moved out well. Lacked maturity in the challenge.
2. Millingtons Carnival of Golden Duck. Beautifully presented pale golden in full coat. Clean in neck with good spring of rib and depth through heart. Strong, Level topline with well bent stifles and he moved out well.

LIMIT DOG 14 (4)
1. Joys Shardanell Just Like That. A beautiful upstanding dog and a delight to go over. Straight front with good bone and feet. Clean in neck. Strong topline and tailset but need to watch as he sometimes dropped into his hocks, a delight to watch on the move with his level topline and strong driving movement. Delighted to award him the Res CC.
2. Rix’s Gowergold Endeavour. Loved the head of this dog and his overall balance. Good front, short coupled with a good spring of rib. Well presented. Moved soundly.

OPEN DOG 6
1. Archibalds Sh/Ch/IR Sh Ch Abinvale Levanto. I gave this dog a first in yearling when I judged Crufts and he has only improved in the last 4 years. Beautifully balanced with no exaggerations. Good front and bone, strong topline, short coupled. Well let down hocks. Beautifully handled and presented as always from this kennel. Drove out around the ring with drive and style and I was delighted to award him the CC and then BIS with the agreement of my co judge.
2. Loverock & Waldron Smiths Lovissa Space Dust. Such a lovely boy who lacked maturity compared to some but could not be denied his position on his overall balance. Lovely balanced head with kind expression. Very good front angulation and so balanced all through. Good free mover.
3. Kipps Wheatcroft White Flame.
SPECIAL OPEN DOG 4 (1)
1. Vermander & Adams LUX/CIE/SWISS CH Quite Some Legend of Sunshine’s Valley. A beautiful boy who I did well for as a puppy and he is maturing very nicely. Masculine, balanced head, good feet & bone. Clean in the neck with good spring of rib and deep through heart. Im lovely condition & drove round the ring from strong quarters.
2. Rose & Neil’s Gildas Amori Infiniti (IMP SWE). Such a lovely type of golden with the most appealing head and attitude. Very good overall conformation & balance. In excellent coat and his hard condition enabled him to move out freely and with drive.
3. Woodens Salako Smooth Operator.
