I would like to take this opportunity to kindly thank the Kennel Club judges committee for the invitation to judge Smooth Collies it was a great honour and privilege. With an entry of 56 with only 4 absentees it was pleasing to find all had excellent temperaments with no visual health issues at all. My steward Mrs Andrea Keepence – Kezte I would thank as she controlled the ring on her own and kept the classes moving along smoothly, Andrea did an excellent job well done.

Veteran Dog; (2.0) 1st Williams, Ch Foxearth Forward Thinking For McClelland, S/W with a balanced head and excellent eye, ears right on top, well placed, good angles at shoulder into straight front, good depth of chest, balanced length to height ratio ,well muscled with nice bone and sound on the move. 2nd West, Alopex Oysterman, Tri not as as balanced in head properties as 1st, ears right on top which he used nonstop, a little short in neck, good angles at shoulder and good depth of chest, in excellent condition, moved ok.

Puppy Dog; (3. 0) 1st Naulls, Wynele Indian Ink, Tri lovely puppy dog excellent masculine head well balanced, lovely eye and correct ear set, skull flat with a great reach of neck ,good angles at both front and rear, good depth of chest and overall shape, nice bone and correct feet, best mover in class and well deserved to be Best Puppy in breed.,2nd, Wilson-Brain, Koczkodan Sweet as Honey, A little shorter in head than 1st with an excellent eye and well placed ears which he used non stop, lovely make and shape, slightly finer for a dog in lovely condition moved ok. 3rd, Cooper, Breckamore Beat That, B/M Balanced head with a good eye and well placed ears, good angles at shoulder and a good depth of chest, nice length to height ratio with a good overall shape, moved ok.

Junior Dog; (3. 1) 1st, Martin, Shandlmain Blu Chief, B/M Well balanced head with a good reach of neck, good depth of chest and spring of rib, correct upper arm and lay back of shoulder, lovely make and shape, moved best in class.2nd, Griffiths, Shulune Imperial Galaxy, S/W Lovely eye with a good ear set a little short in neck, good shoulder angles nice overall body shape, unfortunately did not settle on the move today.

Post Graduate Dog; (1. 0) 1st, Bodle, Blamorder New Dawn over Lionsridge, Tri A compact dog small in eye with well placed ears excellent shoulder angles into straight front, good depth of chest and spring of rib, good breadth behind shoulders, well muscled with good bone ,moved ok.

Limit Dog; (2. 0) 1st, Howard, Jack Mack’s va Buidhinn of Shandlmain, Tri with a well balanced head, flat skull, lovely eye and ear placement, enough neck into a straight front, well laid shoulder, good depth of chest and ribs well sprung, excellent overall shape, good turn of stifle and well let down at rear, nice bone and was excellent on the move . Res; C.C. 2nd, Tumova, Lugh Little Prince Smart Love Jch, Another lovely Tri all dog with a balanced head skull flat with ears right on top nicely tipped lovely shoulder placement well laid back, front straight nice bone would have liked a little more turn of stifle good hocks moved ok.

Open Dog; (9. 1) 1st, De Feijter, NI/BE/INT CH, Woody Krasna Louka Nljch Bejch, S/W Upstanding masculine dog of great beauty head properties excellent, the head was in proportion to his size and his almond shaped eye gave the desired sweet expression that one appreciates, his good arched neck runs smoothly into well laid back shoulders, front straight, good depth of chest and spring of rib excellent confirmation, good turn of stifle nice muscle and bone, excellent on the move which he proved in the main Group ring and did not let the breed down in any way, well done. Pleased to award him the C.C. and B.O.B. 2nd, Lundakava, CH Eukleides in Situ, Unfortunate to meet the 1st placed dog today a Tri of smaller proportions but balanced throughout, he has excellent head qualities with a well placed eye and ears right on top, neck strong and well arched, nice lay back of shoulder and correct upper arm, good depth of chest and spring of rib, he has a lovely body shape, well toned muscle and moved well. 3rd, French, CH Foxearth Flock Master for Breckamore, Another quality Tri dog 8 Years old in excellent condition, he has excellent head qualities and a well placed eye, he has a good reach of neck well arched and good angles at the shoulder, a good depth of chest and spring of rib and has a lovely make and shape, he has lovely bone and the neatest of feet. Another tri with good head properties, excellent ear placement, lovely arched neck leading into good lay of shoulder, excellent confirmation, well let down at rear and moved soundly both fore and rear. 3rd, Forbes, MULTI CH Kangasvuokon Venice (Imp Fin) S/W With a well balanced head ,flat skull, she has a good reach of neck, good angles at shoulder and a good spring of rib, lovely overall body shape, did not settled on the move.

Puppy Bitch; (5. 0) 1st, Timperon, Blamorder Fancy Patter, B/M Excellent balanced head well set ears and lovely eye, good depth of chest excellent confirmation nice angles at rear, one to watch in the future, moved best in class.2nd, Naulls, Wynele Could’t could She, S/W lady with a lovely eye and well set ears, good neck and nice angles at shoulder, good depth of chest. excellent make and shape another one to watch out for in the future, moved ok. 3rd, Richardson, Koczkodan Sweet Dreams of Lizoni, Another Tri with a balanced head nice angles at shoulder, good spring of rib good overall body shape moved ok. Res; Sweeney & Lusty, Blamorder Do Quite Nicely. V.H.C. Peacock, Saraneth Edgedancer.

 Post Graduate Bitch; (6. 0) 1st Jerrett, Blamorder Sunny Sky, A quality s/w bitch with the most gorgeous head, balanced throughout, lovely almond shaped eye with ears right on top which she used nonstop giving the desired expression, good lay of shoulder, good depth of chest and spring of rib, good turn of stifle, excellent make and shape in lovely condition sound on the move both fore and aft, moved best in class. C.C. BITCH. 2nd, Williams &Hamilton, Blamorder Poco Loco, A S/W lady a little finer in head than 1st however the head was balanced, neck was strong running into a good layback of shoulder, good depth of chest and spring of rib, lovely make and shape good turn of stifle, moved well.3rd , Caulfield, Blamorder Marvellousness, Very similar to 2nd balanced head with a good flat skull with ears well placed, nice shoulder and spring of rib, good turn of stifle and overall body shape moved ok.Res; Benton & Bemelmans,V.H.C.  Open Bitch, (9. 0) 1st, Lusty, Blamorder Ice CreamDream, Looking over my winners today this Kennel has done extremely well and this lady is no exception, she has a lovely balanced head, great almond shaped eye and great ear set, well arched strong neck flowing into good shoulders, good spring of rib and lovely make and shape, sound on the move, I see her two Daughters litter sisters won Puppy and Junior Bitch classes today well done.2nd, Fort, Shulune Imperial Storm, Tri of excellent type the head is well balanced with a lovely eye and good ear set, good length of neck into excellent well laid shoulders good depth of chest and spring of rib, nice turn of stifle, her back was level and strong and her overall make and shape was excellent, well let down at rear she moved soundly.3rd, Naulls, CH foxearth Fudge Wynele, Excellent head properties, good reach of neck into well laid shoulders, front straight, nice bone, good depth of chest and spring of rib, level top line with nice rise over the loins, well let down at rear mover well.Res, McArdle, IR.CH.Blamorder Jelly Bean Queen for Silvermac.V.H.C.
